I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the unethical and unprofessional treatment I have received from Arabian Courtyard Hotel regarding my recent reservation. I cancelled my reservation two days before my schedule check -in, Yet I was still charged for the full four- days stay. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this fairly, including four emails and multiple phone calls, their management has been completely unresponsive, Shockingly, my calls were even hung up twice, which is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. Asa good will gesture, I requested to be charged for only one night instead of the four- full day stay. Even Expedia intervened d on my behalf, they refuse to coperate. This conduct is not only unethical and unprofessional but also potentially illegal under consumer protection law. I demand an immediate refund for the excessive charged beyond a one -night stay. I am prepared to escalate this matter to Dubai's Department of Tourism.

The hotel is located in Meena Bazaar, Bur Dubai, with lots of Asian shops and restaurants. Abra-station (water bus) is a mere 5min walk away - take the Abra to Deira for 1 Aed! clean hotel, a little cold room - AC was too good, I guess! Hotel needs to be shined up a little, but is nice, generally speaking. Its a good 3.5 star hotel.
