渡仏15回以上でしょうか。その内アパルトマン滞在はこれで2度目。滞在したホテル、アパルトマンの中で私の中ではトップレベルです。部屋の広さ、バルコニーの快適さ、メトロとバス乗り場も５〜6分歩けば行けます。そして静けさ、朝はクラクションの音ではなく鳥の囀りで目を覚ましました。ただ2日目からエレベーターの故障で階段しか使えなかったのが大変だった点で、日本の3階の部屋でしたがチェックアウトの日は汗だくでスーツケースを下まで運びました。それと、スタッフが部屋をノックする音に気づきにくいのでドア入り口に呼鈴またはチェーンをつけて欲しい。気づかないと突然ドアを開けられます。 ともあれ次回もパリに行く事があったら迷わずここに泊まりたいです。

Difficile de ne pas inonder le plancher. Tel que discuté aussi avec personnel sur place, manque d'ustensiles ou couverts de base pour la cuisine, pour la moindre envie de cuisiner...

The Residhotel is recognized as good for long stays, and that certainly matched my experience. The room includes a small kitchen area that allows someone to have snacks or meals at the hotel. The hotel is well located. You have a short walk to one Metro station, and a slightly longer walk to other Metro stations and RER. And if you want the shuttle to Beauvais (for Ryanair) that station is a 20 min. walk. Also, you have two laundries nearby, and a variety of small to large grocery stores. There are plenty of options nearby for eating, coffee, drinks. The Arc de Triomphe is an easy walk from the hotel, and the hotel location allows you to go to most of the important sites within a half hour (on foot and by Metro). The facility itself is clean. I was very comfortable there. The staff there were very helpful to me, with the front desk people making it their job to work out any issues I had. I'd have to agree with one of the other reviews that the facility is showing its age. There were no real problems as far as I was concerned, but some updates to furniture and appliances would make the rooms might be in order.

The check-in process was great- I let them know we would be late and got an email with very detailed instructions for how to check in. The staff was super friendly. The room was large, cleaned each day, and there was AC (which was vital given we were there during a heat wave). It was in a great location, walkable to the Metro and accessible to all of the sites we wanted to see. It felt very safe, with locked gates and doors. We hope to go back.

Es ist ein kleines unscheinbares Hotel, jedoch wurden wir sehr sehr freundlich empfangen, unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss, wir hatten eine große Terasse kleinen eigenen Garten, das Zimmer war riesen groß , ausreichend Platz für 2 Erw. 1 Kind, in der Küche findet man alles was man zum kochen (Selbstverpflegung) benötigt, das Badezimmer mit Badewanne war auch sehr groß, jedoch leider nicht ganz sauber, auch ein kleiner minuspunkt ist die Lautstärke vom Gang der war enorm, und der Fernseher ist rein nur auf französisch (alle anderen Sender sind gesperrt) allem in allen sind wir aber mit dem Preisleistungsangebot zufrieden

Check in was easy. We even got an early check in. Pierre was very helpful and available. The room was clean, spacious, and confortable with many amenities. We are very particular aboutbathrooms and this one was very hygienic. Area was safe, close to at least 2 metro stations, many restaurants, 2 laundramats and a lovely farmers market on Saturdays. Within walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. We strongly recommend.

The room was a nice size for my wife and I. There was a table in the kitchen area, a bath tub to soak in in the washroom, and an outdoor sitting area. While close to transportation and sightseeing areas, the room was extraordinarily quiet. We loved it!

I arrived after 8pm, very tired after long trip. Reception was closed, the telephone number that was listed had answering machind. No message for me, or whatever. I had no alternative than to book room in very expensive hotel nearby (prices are redicilous downtown Paris).

Os funcionários são extremamente solícitos e simpáticos, sempre prontos para ajudar em qualquer necessidade. A localização do hotel é excelente, próxima ao famoso Arco do Triunfo, o que facilita bastante a locomoção e as visitas turísticas. Bonjour, J’ai trouvé l’établissement très bien situé et bien entretenu. Le personnel était gentil et accueillant. Personnellement, j’aurais souhaité avoir une réception habituelle et accès plus facile. Nous sommes arrivés avant l’heure prévue et nous avons dû attendre le retour du réceptionniste dans la rue. Une chance qu’un occupant nous a laissé entrer et la femme de ménage a pu contacter le réceptionniste.

Check in was easy. We even got an early check in. Pierre was very helpful and available. The room was clean, spacious, and confortable with many amenities. We are very particular aboutbathrooms and this one was very hygienic. Area was safe, close to at least 2 metro stations, many restaurants, 2 laundramats and a lovely farmers market on Saturdays. Within walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. We strongly recommend.

Love this hotel, it was safe and everyone was friendly. Most of all it was clean we received fresh towels everyday. The hotel was near everything walkable distances lots of places to eat and shop.

The hotel is in a great location for both walking to sights and the metro. It is a small cozy hotel. It is not in a quiet area so if you looking for quiet this is not your place. The breakfast was brought to us every day and it was the same each day. But we took the baguette with us and ate it on the go. It is a perfect place to go for a lovely Paris experience! The staff is very welcoming and the location is safe! Enjoy Paris at this hotel!

Had issues with a lot of dust balls and a lot of hair. There's no restaurant where you can eat breakfast; they deliver breakfast to your room. The choices are nonexistent; there is no protein to choose from, and they get your order wrong 70% of the time.

We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel and utilized the continental breakfast. The check-in process was great- I let them know we would be late and got an email with very detailed instructions for how to check in. The staff was super friendly. The room was large, cleaned each day, and there was AC (which was vital given we were there during a heat wave). It was in a great location, walkable to the Metro and accessible to all of the sites we wanted to see. It felt very safe, with locked gates and doors. We hope to go back.

El personal es lo mejor que tienen muy amables, Tranquilina & Lety Maravillosas anfitrionas. Buen desayuno, Metros cerca, múltiples restaurantes en la zona y muy tranquilo. Nos quedamos en una habitación exterior, muy silenciosa y el colchón de la cama muy a gusto. En general, una buena opción en un modelo de servicio diferente.

Exactly what I’m looking for in a hotel. The room was spacious, the balcony was perfect and the aircondition saved our lives. The hotel staff was absolutely lovely, and our room was cleaner every day. I don’t really have anything negative to point out. We will definitely be back next time in Paris.
