The staff was very accommodating. I especially like the size of the room. It was quiet and we got a restful sleep. Very close to museums and parks, including metro.

Overall the stay was good with exception of few items. 1.AC issue was top of the list as we were paying something like £227 per night and AC doesn't work properly isn't justifiable. This really left us with a bad taste. You want to be comfortable at night but instead we had bad night sleep. The AC was programmed to be switched off at around 10pm and then at midnight. On Sunday, even the power to the AC was switched off at the keypad. 2.Second aspect was there was no food service after 4pm, so if you need a small meal then you are stuck. There is no room service at all. 3.Breakfast was ample but isn't justify the price being charge for the hotel per night. There was no real option as most of the items were same on a daily basis. I believe that a lot of efforts is being placed on paid breakfast from outside the hotel. 4.There isn't a hotel transfer available, instead a sub contract taxi service - we had a bad experience with this aspect as we were stranded at the airport for nearly 90 mins as the mis communication took place between the staff members (having booked a private car ended up in a Mercedes Vito). Positive aspects of the Hotel. 1.Location of the Hotel was perfect. 2.Local amenities spot on. 3.Hotel Staff were very friendly and cooperative within remits. 4.Rooms were very decent size and facilities were good.
