The location is superb, right by the main railway station in Geneva. There's a major tram stop nearby too, where you can get the tram to CERN in one direction, the UN and Red Cross Museum in another, and the delightful suburb of Carouge in another. The hotel wi-fi is very spotty and the breakfast is not particularly substantial, but there are many cafes and restaurants nearby.
The location is superb, right by the main railway station in Geneva. The hotel is easy to find if coming by train. It's just outside the station. The room was very dated. Nice brick work that was not enhanced by the colour scheme. Air con was good. Bed comfortable. Free bottled water and a coffee machine. It is barely a 4 star though.

The location was perfect-right next to the train station. The for options were great. The room was fine with an individual air conditioning unit for the hot days.

This visit we stayed in the studio around behind the hotel. We had several problems Small things, the pillows were flat and lumpy, the shower was very slippery. We did not notice these (except the pillows) until late our second night and we had an early departure so we just put up with it. However, when we tried to use the tv mounted on the wall we found it was not plugged in and the cords would not reach so we couldn’t plug it in. The bigger problem was that when we returned from dinner late there was a horrible sewer smell emanating from the shower drain. Our prior experience in the main hotel was definitely superior. We would stay again but those issues need to be addressed. The staff was very kind and would likely have tried to address those issues, but unfortunately, we discovered it very late and we were leaving early the next morning so it was not worth it we needed to sleep.
