We got an upgrade on the third floor with steep steps and the entire floor was still under construction. Staff is very nice and location good.

Clean room and staff

A lot of bait and switch for this hotel and that's why I am giving it a very low score. The stock photos are of finished and decorated rooms published by Expedia bylut the one we got was not totally finished and see signs of dry mold , watermarks from floods, hole in the wall, and unfinished decor. The third floor where this bedroom was located was not fully enclosed and you can see that the walls are not fully erected. Also the breakfast is really bad and doesn't look like the stock photos. I feel like I have been duped and scammed. After we checked in about 1 hour the electricity to the hotel and half a block around it lost power.

Great location by the ferry and the market. Rooms are very spacious, grand, clean, great views of the volcano from the window. Amazing staff.
