Great location and better than expected!

The stay was good but the communication with the management through the website was very difficult. Once there, the communication and the service was very good.

The property is in a great location in Roma Norte and you can walk many places - it’s a very safe neighborhood. The front desk staff are friendly. The only issue is checking in as you communicate through What’s App and the person may or may not be there. You can leave your luggage in the main entrance while the room gets prepared - just don’t leave valuables as the front door is wide open at times. The rooms are modern, large and very clean. There are water filters for drinking water which is excellent. The roof top is beautiful to relax - the pool could be cleaner. Overall an excellent place with wonderful staff

Very nice staff. Clean. Excellent location

We were greeted by Paulina. She was so helpful and had great recommendations. Rooms were clean and each room had its own bathroom. Great location. We walked to amazing restaurants and shops.
