Hotel is in a good location and I appreciated the tv and coffee facilities in the room and the friendly staff but a few small things added up to it feeling unnecessarily shabby - the mattress was terrible - must have been decades old, mould in the bathroom, no shower gel, and nobody clearing away plates in the breakfast room or noticing that there's no mugs for coffee. The staff member was helpful when I asked but said "I THINK this mug is clean". It's a budget hotel so my expectations weren't high but it still felt lacking

It was a lovely room to stay in whilst I was visiting friends in the city, spacious and comfy. It is near some good restaurants and stores so good location.

The stuff was very nice and let us check in about 30 min earlier … but the room was not ready (bed was not made and looked like someone was still there). They gave us another room immediately. Just to sleep kind of room.The breakfast was super basic.The location was great. Less than 5 min walk from Lime station and super convenient
