Skønt hotel, der ligger perfekt. Hyggelig gade. Tæt på metro. Ved ankomst virkede personalet lidt trætte af at skulle hjælpe endnu en gæst. Der var en del ventetid ved elevator, da den ene var ude at drift alle dage under opholdet. Skøn gårdhave, hvor der dog rente elektrikere rundt og arbejdede, så det var svart at finde hel ro. Samlet set dog en en god oplevelse. Vil anbefale hotellet til andre.

Great location, very nice and safe surrounding streets. Easy access to metro and close to a number of notable destinations (only a 30min walk from Ile de la Cite, for example). My only complaint is the elevator-- there was only one operable elevator during our stay, and it looked in need of repair as well.

Lovely little quiet hotel with nice bar area and courtyard. Staff friendly. Room comfortable and clean. Towels, basic toiletries, hairdryer, slippers. There was a kettle and coffee machine. These had a few items but not many. Enough for one cup in the morning. Loved the location. If you are flying into CDG airport the train is so simple. Get off at Port Royal and then is a ten min walk from there. So simple. Would 100 % recommend this hotel. We walked everywhere! But the transport is also so easy and close by. Thank you for a lovely Stay in Paris

Parking difficile d'accès pour les voitures de taille moyenne a importante. Il faut se garer dans la rue. Chambres. Confortables et calmes Mais est devenu cher comme tous les hôtels du quartier. Petit déjeuner 29 euros par exemple..

Good news first, Front desk staff, Mouma and Hani, were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The other members of the desk staff were uninvolved at best. Hotel is being renovated. We requested top floor, when we arrived, I was told I was on the 4th floor ,now the top floor, since floors 5 and 6 were closed for renonvation.Bar was closed for rebuild. Construction noise was disturbing especially in the mornings. Elevators were not working on and off. Breakfast would run out of various items and not be replenished. Housekeeping was great, call in with request, reply in minutes.

Rooms nice and clean, free filtered water on tap available 24hrs, easy access to the Metro and only a 25 minute walk to the Seine, or 10 minutes to the Luxembourg gardens. Staff were nice and friendly (particularly the night staff), very helpful, with some good advice where to visit or eat. V handy to be able to park our car in the hotel underground car park. They say it can only fit small cars but our Volvo xc60 fitted down there without trouble. Would definitely recommend

Hotel was in process of renovation, but very usable during this time. Nice courtyard with new plantings, seating areas. Breakfasts are amazing-many choices and lots of food. Convenient to several subway stations. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I've stayed at this hotel 4 times now.

Personal nett und das Zimmer sauber. Umfangreiches Frühstück.Garage für normalen PKW geeignet ( Tonnenschwere SUV und mittlere Panzer ungeeignet ) Metro in der Nähe. Hotelempfehlung von uns !!!!

Hotel é ótimo . Fiquei hospedada por 5 dias e nesse período não houve uma troca dos copos sujos por limpos no interior do quarto. Além, da limpeza do banheiro (vaso sanitário) inexistir. Achei muito precária a limpeza do banheiro.

Excellent séjour en famille Chambres très propres

My room had bed bugs and a broken AC unit. The Manager Louise didn't care to fix the issues and refused to give me a clean room. He assistant told me they have had problems and many of the rooms on first floor were not fixed properly during renovation. It ruined my Paris vacation.

The room and corridors were dirty, musky and outdated. The toilet seat was old and chipped, the tub was dirty and slow to drain. The sink was also clogging and by the second day, the sink was almost completely clogged. The carpet was stained in several areas, and the air vents were covered in dust. Our heater wasn’t working, and after reporting it to the reception, they did nothing at first. When I complained again, they gave us a small portable heater that felt like a fire hazard so we didn’t use it, leaving my family to sleep in a cold room. I will never stay at this hotel again.

It’s a perfect location and staff was very attentive, but the hotel is very dirty and one day we even saw a mouse in the restaurant 😩😩😩

Hôtel attendant sniffling and wiping his nose with hands before giving me key card. Sheets full of hair, walls splattered with unknown liquids, pillows stained. All around dirty and uncomfortable experience. Only positive is the mattress was comfortable.

There was a pillow missing from one of the kids beds and when we asked for or, the staff member said they were on their own at reception and could we borrow one from the main bed and they’d sort it tomorrow. They didn’t provide one the next day though so that was slightly annoying. Otherwise our stay was excellent. Comfy beds, loved the gold out bunks for the kids, great room layout.

Set back off the Main Street the beautiful garden makes for a lovely entrance and introduction to the hotel. The recently refurbished rooms were tasteful and had all the amenities our family needed. From the sofa/bunk beds, the coffee machines, toiletries and even a handy pocket door for when the kids are asleep the adults could admire the view and have a glass of wine! Staff polite and accommodating

Excellent base to explore Paris, we booked a family room with a bunk bed for the kids, it was separated from the double bed by a sliding door and the layout worked really well. It was very close to the Metro direct to Gare du Nord and RER to Disneyland. Lots of options for breakfast and dinner within minutes. Recommend Crescendo, a lovely Italian.

Quiet hotel in a nice area with lots of restaurants around the area. Also lots of Metro stations very close by. Nice sized room with view of garden. Comfy bed and pillows. Reception was good too. Would definitely go back

This hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are beautifully appointed and clean. Staff were courteous, location is amazing with grocery store a few stores down and metro station at the end of the block. It also comes with a beautiful and quiet courtyard. We have 8 and 11 year old and stayed in a family room with the bunk beds. They absolutely loved their bunk beds! If we were to come back to Paris, we would definitely consider this hotel again.

My only complaint was about the room facilities. We were given a room with a tub. It was very tall and deep. Very hard for my wife and I to get in and out of. Otherwise, the room was excellent, service was excellent. And the property was very quaint! Loved the outdoor areas.

The room was excellent! Very well designed and beautiful. Had everything you need as a traveller. It was a very well thought through design. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Perfect for families. Our room had a large double bed and a bunk bed and appeared newly renovated. The hotel is set back from the road so very quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for a couple of nights in paris. Easy walking distance to jardin du luxembourg, montparnasse tower and pantheon and a short tube ride to others. Lots of restaurants nearby and bakeries for breakfast. A mini fridge and nespresso machine were also in our room for added comfort. We left our bags in a secure room on the last day so we could explore paris, very convenient. Would definitley return if we came back to Paris.

Professional, friendly and helpful staff

Avoid this hotel at all cost there are many hotels in this charming area and we have stated many others. They give no consideration to customers. Our flight was canceled after seven hours on the runway and they extended no courtesy no consideration whatsoever, even though we had been long time Customers the attitude was terrible and it was a money grab and they let you know that that is there primary interest not whether you give them repeat business or recommend them in the future very shortsighted would never ever stay there again, but many other comparable hotels, price wise in the area so much better and much more appreciative The staff is terrible a real bad attitude. Also they avoid calling you back even though they tell you they will they just drop the ball completely and intentionally.

Staff were lovely, both receptionist and bar staff. Room was great, very comfortable beds, particularly the bunk beds, which weren't too high. Location was fantastic with plenty of restaurants and two metro lines on the doorstep.

Malheureusement du très bon et du très mauvais. L’hôtel est idéalement placé en deuxième rideau et donc plutôt au calme. Il bénéficie également d’un parking. Les chambres sont correctement rénovées mais malheureusement nous n’avons pas eu les chambres présentés avec une grande fenêtre mais une chambre au 6ieme étage sous les combles avec une petite fenêtre. même en plein mois de novembre avec la Clim à fond (un modèle plutôt vieillot) nous avons eu très chaud + mauvaise odeur persistante que le personnel a dû essayer de cacher avec du parfum d’intérieur. Nous n’avions aucun minibar et pas de pancarte à mettre sur la porte pour demander le rafraîchissement de celle ci ni la fiche indicative des prix. L’hôtel vient de gagner une étoile, et même si sur le papier les équipements sont là, le personnel n’en a pas encore les codes et n’a visiblement pas eu de formation sur la satisfaction client. Quelques exemples : - Check in : très très très très long à cause de nombreuses coupures de la part des collègues de notre interlocuteur, - aucun bonjour/ … / bonne journée à l’entrée ou à la sortie - pas de set d’accueil pour le supplément chien. quand nous avons demandé une petite assiette à la personne du bar elle nous rit au nez car « le chien ne va pas manger dans les sous tasses des clients. C’est sale un chien ». - le veilleur de nuit qui écoute ses vidéos ou passe ses appels en haut parleur à la réception, - le vanity set non renouvelé que la réception n’a soit disant pas

The staff at the hotel were excellent. They met all of our needs. The rooms were extremely comfortable and newly fitted out. Couldnt want for a better base to explore paris.

We return to this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the recent renovation. The stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We will certainly return.

O hotel fica localizado num bairro ótimo, um pouco distante dos pontos turísticos tradicionais, porém servido pela rede de transporte público, tanto metrô como ônibus. Ele também é bem próximo a Gare de Montparnase, de onde saímos de trem rumo a Versalhes. Nas imediações uma impressionante quantidade de restaurantes, cafés, supermercados, padarias, cinemas e teatros, com intensa movimentação durante o dia e a noite. As acomodações são ótimas, silenciosas, quartos espaçosos, com uma decoração charmosa, TV, banheiros confortáveis, estranhamente a bacia sanitária é separada das demais peças do banheiro. O hotel oferece água filtrada na recepção, chaleira e máquina de café. O pessoal da recepção é super simpático.

Breakfast was good. Location was near to metro and convenient. Staff were not overly helpful. Bar was closed four of the five days we stayed. No water for guests in lobby after midday. When asked to replace container was told they only supplied one water bottle a day !! Room airconditioning was useless. Basically moved the hot air around.

The property was beautiful and we were comfortable. What we loved the most was the restaurant with the breakfast buffet, what a feast! There were many varieties of delicious food, all fresh. The dtaff were very friendly and helpful. There were many restaurants, cafes, markets, stores within talking distance and the surroundings very beautiful 😍. We will definitely stay again at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, i wouldstay there again and again. Staff are attentive and friendly. Even the single room is spacious with separate wc from shower and a TV that actually work. Breakfast is €19 a bit to steep to what was on offer.The honey and the coffee is to die for. There is cafe's, restaurants , wine bars from the pricey to the affordable. Close to the hotel is a supermarket and a pharmacy ( the pharmacy is a bit pricey There is good transport links and a 13 minutes walking to Port Royal, where i catch 1 train to the main Airport.
