The front desk staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They went above and beyond to communicate with you and make sure you had everything you needed. The service was exceptional. Also, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the hotel itself was beautiful. Very modern, spacious, and well designed rooms . Also, you cannot beat having free laundry on the premises! I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the Fraser Suites was very nice, although the room we got had scaffolding, so we couldn't open the window which was overlooking champs d'elysees, the construction is said to finish end of February. Everyone at the reception were very helpful especially Melissa, Akifa and Charles.

Check in was pretty smooth. The room was not very appealing. The carpets had lots of stains and we had annoying guests (ants) in the bathroom of all places. Super weird they would be in there as no food was in there. We called and they took care of it promptly. But ants do not just go away. When I called for several items they were usually brought right up. They only give you enough coffee for maybe 2 days ( I like coffee) but they do not refill without a charge and they do not refill the bottled room water. Although I asked housekeeping and she just gave it to me. The check in time is good at 2pm. We got there early and they accommodated us. The check out is noon with no flexibility. Which I guess is fine. There is a doorman which is nice. It was a good location for our first trip to Paris but it's a busy location and we came in down season. But the metro is closed and Convenient. The breakfast was always cold. Large selection of food but never hot. Pastries were fresh though. I suggest getting away from the strip to get great local food. It's a metro stop away and for a novice the metro works great.it's cheaper to eat away from the Champs....

Location was perfect for the family who wanted to shop on Champs D’Elysses. Hotel accommodations were NOT what I paid for originally. Hotel stated it was for a 1 bedroom suite and it was actually for a 2 bedroom suite. This is really the fault of hotels.com. Upon calling the customer service line, I was told to check back??? The hotel staff was nice with the exception of the fact that did not clean our room for 3 days! When we did go to the front desk and ask about how this could happen, they immediately sent two maids to clean. They cleaned a small portion of the room and left. Overheard some other guests furious about their reservations not even going through. I did notice the property has some residences under construction. Maybe their concentration is on that end of things. In any case, there is a great Marriott literally next door. A lot of other options nearby too if you want to be on Champs E’lysse

El hotel está muy lindo! Súper ubicado, muy cómodo, el desayuno muy rico, el personal muy amable. Lo único es que nos toco es que estaban arreglando las alfombras del piso en donde estaba nuestra habitación y había mucho polvo y basura.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive. The location was excellent. The property was clean and we felt very safe during our stay. The room space was excellent compared to other hotels within the same price range. Some things could be updated (i.e. carpet, furniture), but overall it was a wonderful stay. Again, the staff were excellent and helped make our stay in Paris one to remember.

Everything was fantastic. We all enjoyed our stay. Convenient location with a large grocery store, many restaurant options, easy access to metro and bus, etc. Hotel staff was very friendly and polite. Our room on the 6th floor was spacious, had a nice kitchen, comfortable terrace facing the yard, and very quiet. We'll choose this hotel next time we come back to Paris.

Our suite was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable. However, the shower was weak… very low water pressure. Best of all was the location. Right on the Champs Elysee (not on a side street like some of the other options). We literally walked everywhere. If I come back to Paris, I would stay here again!

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay here for my husband’s 40th birthday. The suite was great beautiful with great views of the Champs-Élysées, Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. We will definitely return, thanks!

Tout s'est bien déroulé, juste l insonorisation, laisse à désirer, entre les chambres, on a peu dormi, la TV était allumé, avec grand son, jusqu'à 1h du matin, et ce matin, au départ, des gens ont fait beaucoup de bruit, dans le couleur, à 5h30..... du matin. sinon, c'etait bien, et les chambres, sont bien et le personnel poli. On peut encore espérer, un peu plus de choix, pour le petit dejeuner. il manque pas mal de choses.

I disliked the fact that our 3 keys were cancelled after a few hours of getting them. We stayed 2 days and had to constantly go to the front desk to have them cleared. We felt as if we were treated like thieves.

Very bad experience. The service apartment is prioritising profit over anything else. We have two reservations but the management refuse to change and insist us to move the room midway. Even we reluctantly agree to move the room midway the luggage was not delivered to our room directly. Additionally the room being reallocated has internal stairs and broken toilet (we have senior citizen and children and no one told us the flat is a duplex—which cause safety issues). Obviously trying to shove customers whenever is easier for them to fudge with.

Everything was fantastic. We all enjoyed our stay. Convenient location with a large grocery store, many restaurant options, easy access to metro and bus, etc. Hotel staff was very friendly and polite. Our room on the 6th floor was spacious, had a nice kitchen, comfortable terrace facing the yard, and very quiet. We'll choose this hotel next time we come back to Paris.

Our suite was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable. However, the shower was weak… very low water pressure. Best of all was the location. Right on the Champs Elysee (not on a side street like some of the other options). We literally walked everywhere. If I come back to Paris, I would stay here again!

If you want to be in the middle of the bustle of the Champs Elysée this is the place for you. An executive room gives you a large opening door with views of the avenue and the top of the Eiffel Tower. Perfect for the Christmas lights season. The service was outstanding.

The front desk staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They went above and beyond to communicate with you and make sure you had everything you needed. The service was exceptional. Also, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the hotel itself was beautiful. Very modern, spacious, and well designed rooms . Also, you cannot beat having free laundry on the premises! I highly recommend this hotel.

Check in was pretty smooth. The room was not very appealing. The carpets had lots of stains and we had annoying guests (ants) in the bathroom of all places. Super weird they would be in there as no food was in there. We called and they took care of it promptly. But ants do not just go away. When I called for several items they were usually brought right up. They only give you enough coffee for maybe 2 days ( I like coffee) but they do not refill without a charge and they do not refill the bottled room water. Although I asked housekeeping and she just gave it to me. The check in time is good at 2pm. We got there early and they accommodated us. The check out is noon with no flexibility. Which I guess is fine. There is a doorman which is nice. It was a good location for our first trip to Paris but it's a busy location and we came in down season. But the metro is closed and Convenient. The breakfast was always cold. Large selection of food but never hot. Pastries were fresh though. I suggest getting away from the strip to get great local food. It's a metro stop away and for a novice the metro works great.it's cheaper to eat away from the Champs....

It was a nice hotel in the middle of champs Elyse’s. So many big shopping store. I would have loved it more, if they gave us more toilet paper. Breakfast in this hotel was fabulous. Staff was excellent and friendly. Very hard to get a taxi in a moment notice though.

It was ok. Location is convenient to subway so easy to get around. Room is fine and has bath tub which is critica breakfast not worth the price. Stop on corner cafe and eat for a fraction and will be better. Staff is polite and helpful

Tout s'est bien déroulé, juste l insonorisation, laisse à désirer, entre les chambres, on a peu dormi, la TV était allumé, avec grand son, jusqu'à 1h du matin, et ce matin, au départ, des gens ont fait beaucoup de bruit, dans le couleur, à 5h30..... du matin. sinon, c'etait bien, et les chambres, sont bien et le personnel poli. The bathroom vent did not work, The bathroom shower glass is broken. We asked for the room to be changed , the staff refused Above all , we checked out with multiple insect bite marks . All the above with a very overpriced tag We will never come back
