Elevator needed to be serviced. Absolutely no maid services. Room was not cleaned after first night. Only good thing was that it was conveniently located to the places we wanted to see and restaurants. Parking lot was clean and easy to access.

This is clearly a new building & it seems to have been completed around March. Clean & comfortable room, smallish but refreshing pool & a adequate gym with free weights. Breakfast is your standard hot type that most places provide. (Eggs, sausage, waffle maker, etc) Plenty of parking with entrances in front and out back. If you get a room close to the main street you’ll get the noise from loud cars or motorcycles that go by. We got good sleep anyway. We only had 1 issue and that was the deadbolt to our room did not work. An employee came up after we reported it and tried to lock it but it didn’t lock. They did not fix it during our stay but hopefully it’s fixed now.

Brand new hotel just 2 months old on Memorial Day 2024! Very neat and clean facility in a very good location. It was just 5 minutes drive from Okaloosa Island Beach access points which have free parking. The staff was courteous, plenty of parking, free breakfast, swimming pool. One star less for breakfast as no vegetarian options in hot breakfast (all meat and eggs), no fruits, no hot oatmeal. Also same breakfast menus two back to back days! the pantry lady was less interested in replenishing food on time. At 8am, most trays were empty.

From what I was told this hotel is brand new. But, our bathtub is peeling, there are hairs stuck on the shower wall that don't belong to us, it doesn't look like it was built up to code because the door frames don't seem like they're in the walls properly. The elevator has an expired inspection andis makinga weird noise, and the hallway outside our room constantly smells like marijuana. If you work for a contractor or the military, STAY AWAY! Also, the "free breakfast" is AWFUL.

The bed and pillows were not exactly for me. Parking was a major issue on the busy holiday weekend. The pool area was clean but not the actual water and was way too small to fit the amount of people staying at the hotel. Staff were pleasant and did the minimum to accommodate us on our stay

Pros- free hot breakfast, close to Destin Beaches and lots of restaurants, outdoor pool and fitness room, laundry, can purchase snack items, laundry soap, drinks,and treats, pain reliever. Cons- some guests were very disruptive and literally beating on the floor, non stop dog barking and when I called the front desk about the noise I was met with an attitude. Some staff were very friendly while others didn't even make eye contact. Overall, the rooms were ok but bathroom was very small and dated. This hotel met our needs while staying in Florida.

When asked to clean our room only towels were replaced. One bed would be made not both. Toilet paper was never replaced would you have to go down and get it. Breakfast was always cold and was a bit to be desired. Recommend to stay somewhere else.

We arrived at the hotel after our flight was delayed. There was a roach in them given to us. There was trash under the bed, stains on the sheets, and uncleanliness in general. We asked for another room and was told there was no other room. We were at the hotel a total of less than an hour before we were forced to purchase another room at a different hotel next door. I don’t sleep in rooms with roaches.

Majority of the room was clean but the tub was still dirty and looked like the last person who stayed there had just showered. Breakfast also wasn’t the best it left a dissatisfied taste in my mouth. Other than that it would’ve been a great experience.

There was hair in our bed when we turned back the blankets. We went and told the receptionist and they offered new blankets. Everything else was fine after that. The bed was hard as a rock though. Great location and the staff was very nice.

Our room had a giant roach ...front desk swore it wasnt a bed bug....i stayed 2 nights and had 2 more to stay but could jot stay in that room so they offered me another room and i tried to be understanding and take it but it was same floor and i just could not unpack my things again i was so uncomforbale so was my son and i asked for a refund so i could go sonehwere else ....just a refund of the days i was not going to stay and they refused and told me they couldnt help me to call where i booked it and i did book online but paid at location so it was there responsibility. The man argued then he would only give my money back if i went into the new room and found another roach !

On the outside, this was a nice, friendly hotel. Sleek, modernized, and clean. When I arrived at my room, however, that all changed. The desk chair had multiple spots of squashed food in the mesh seat. The wall-mounted A/C unit sounded like a prop-plane engine. The blanket on the bed had numerous black, mold-looking spots and dried blood stains. The bathroom was the cleanest part of the entire room. When I addressed this with the desk staff, they only said that they would send a message to the manager. I never received any communication about my concerns otherwise. There were plenty of parking spots available. There were several places to eat within walking distance. Apart from the rented room feeling like it was part of a budget $40/night with free cable, roadside inn, the stay was fairly decent. I recommend staying at Sleep Inn only as a last resort until they can bring their quality up to par with similar hotels in the area.

The only problem we had was you could hear people outside the room. Kids were running up and down the halls mostly late in the evening. Alarm went off late in the evening and was unsure what to do or where to go. Except for that, hotel was good.

Very clean and convenient. Room with double queen was a bit 'tight' for two to get around. Otherwise, room was comfortable. Nice firm bed and pillows were perfect. Good breakfast included and other snack/beverage options available for purchase at other times. Internet access was fine. No problems.

Hotel is good overall. Not a fan of the late checkout policy. Every other hotel I’ve stayed had a courtesy late check out. At this hotel, you have to be a member. Garbage rule!

The front desk workers on the way out were kind and sweet. They asked about our stay and had smiles on their faces. However, the lady during checkin was not friendly. And she didn’t offer to help or find someone to help me get a crib up to our room while I was tending to my daughter in a stroller. Another guest offered to help me get the foldable crib and my baby w/ stroller up to our room. She was it was our responsibility to get the crib up to the room. It was just inconsiderate not to help or get someone to help me. Other than that, everything was great. And we enjoyed our 1 night stay.

Room was taken by another person. When staff discussed it with the supervisor, question was asked suggesting I wasn't who I stated I was. Thank God there was 2 more rooms available. I started to stay out on the town longer and that would have been a mess.

I booked this room and chose the option to pay at room. Well we are traveling at 9 am that morning going to Florida and I get an email from my credit card. I was ran and charged without be knowing. I ask why they say manager decision…so never again will I stay and that’s all you give me just bad service

Our overall stay here was great. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Close distance to the weekend boat dock where we boarded our boat for Crab Island. The only thing I would recommend is to ask for a room away from a pool otherwise you’ll be woken up from your sleep by 8 am by kids screaming and swimming. We would stay here again.

The hotel was nice, the room was good my reason for not giving itvan excellent score are: the bed was not the most comfortable, the mattress or pillows were not very comfortable. The breakfast was literally the same thing every single day and no meats included it was mostly carbs.

The room was clean. I was surprised the breakfast had no eggs, just yogurt and some milk for protein choices. Pretty good for a one night stay, would come again. Good value for the price. Staff went above expectations to get my daughter's water bottle back to her while we were checking out. Would recommend.
