The room was clean and fresh. It was a little mold in the upper corner of the tub. Overall for the price i would give it an 8. It had a pool and it was good. I would stay here again. I love the way you check in the hotel.

Yes the property is welcome to pets as long as they are kept on leashes and according to the law and respect of others. The staff is very well versed on pet policy and very professional about circumstances.

Pool area needs a deep cleaning, lot's of trash and over grown grass and weeds. Room was clean and comfortable and the beds were comfortable. The guy working front desk was very friendly. Room had refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, coffee, and condiments for coffee. Close to everything you need and walking distance to a beach.

The room smelled terrible, the refrigerator freezer was one big chunk of ice, the baseboard was ripped off one wall and laying on the floor, big stain on the top cover of the bed and burn holes. Holes in the sheets. The floor of the bathtub was so dirty, we didn't even use the shower. I'll NEVER stay at this place again

The room was very musty and had a smell to it. Meaning it was damp smell. Rug felt damp. Had roaches. The room served its purpose and wasn’t bad but could use air filter to help with damp issues and smell.

I asked for a non smoking room. The room stunk so bad of stale cigarette smoke it gave me a headache. I asked yhe fromt desk to give me a different room. They didnt do it. I had to go buy room deodorizer and scented candles just to sleep!! I actually left a day early because it was so bad

I I am extending my stay here, as it is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. It's very functionable. I'm able to do my office work in my room. It's quiet and peaceful. It's clean and the location can't be beaten. Every night I see your beautiful sunset and every morning I see a beautiful sunrise from my room. The staff is very professional, very on top of things, and very courteous.

Worst bed I have ever tried to sleep on. Metal framed bed was noisy and every time you moved or got up, it made a rumbling tin sound. Also had to check in and out on a machine in the lobby. Didn't like that either. Will never stay here again.

Perfect location at a great price. You are 10-15 minutes from Destin activities one way and Navarre Beach the other way. Close to a Walmart and Target. They have a park for the kids across the street. The bed was uncomfortable was the only complaint I had. The check in process was easy and the staff was very friendly.

No one at the desk at 11:15 pm the check in machine broke no one answered the phone we had to go get another hotel , and they had few people outside waiting and others sleeping in the cars because the hotel keys didn’t work, we are asking for our refund….

There was not a real person. Had to check in with a remote person thru a screen interaction. Additional money was charged for deposit and the key did not work the first time. To make things worse, English was not their first language. Will not be staying there again.

I had a terrible experience during my stay. It is unacceptable that there was no one at the front desk to assist us. More than ten of us waited outside from 10 PM to 5 AM because the system was down and our room keys were not activated, preventing us from entering our rooms. I do not recommend staying here, as the only support available is a malfunctioning computer system, and the staff simply blamed the poor functionality of the system.

Not to far from food places and there was a park across the street. It was about a 20 min drive to Destin. Their beach in that area was not so pretty as how Destin was

The room was clean. The bed was uncomfortable; like sleeping on the floor, killed both mine & my girlfriend back. The pillows were awful; like putting a towel in a pillow case. Housekeeping only brought new towels everyday; no other cleaning was done. For what we spent on 3 nights was very disappoint on anything extra. “No coffee, no breakfast offered etc. We’ve stayed at much nicer hotels in Orlando for less money & got free breakfast & cleaning.

I thought it was a hotel, by looking at the picture you were sure it was. Nothing for breakfast but coffee and the lights weren't on in the buffet area so you couldn't see the coffee.
