All amenities offered were not even close to what this hotel had to offer. There were no hair dryers, coffee makers, and no ice machines to fill up ice buckets. They had us fill up ice trays if we needed ice! Our shower leaked the whole time out of the spigot. There was no continental breakfast, and we had to ask for shampoo/soap as rooms had none. Was never told WiFi password, and the day worker wasn’t friendly at all! Two garbage bins in hallway smelled like pee and hallway by vending machine smelled like pee as well!

two beds that have no box spring. only a metal frame. the clock on the room didn't work. there's no soap in the bathroom's. no pool, or breakfast. this place is meant fort people who just passing though or military personnel out-processing

Can into a room with not one but 3 dead bugs on the floor and sand ,room wouldn't stay cold was muggy, the was a 100 Dollar deposit that wasn't mentioned until check in,rooms and hallway smelled of pot

The floor in the hotel was dirty and needed to be sept. The tub had long black hair in it and on the floor of the bathroom. The nieghbors had loud music playing. The hallway smelled like weed and the entry exterior of the was littered with cigarette butts.

The property is over run with roaches. The interior of the rooms are old, and run-down. You can easily see this from the interior of the room where the dresser and counter tops have noticeable wear. Bathroom had no toilet paper, among other issues, it was significantly outdated.

The first room we were given was dirty. Beds were not made food on the counter bathroom and toilet were dirty. Second room we were given water on the floor beds were not made and told that we could get a refund but it was 10 o’clock at night, so there was nowhere else to go. The staff person was apologetic and accommodating.

Where do I start. Room door was stuck, had to use my shoulder to pop it open. Enter the roo. And to the left was the rusty/mold ridden, fridge. Proceed own to the kitchen area ( hello the fifties want there kitchen back). Tv stand drawer face was broken off and laid on top of the stand. Blind covering the window could not be adjusted in any form or fashion, to include not be able to be closed. Dirty floors, bathroom flooring coming up from water damage. Would not recommend.

We visited the area but did not spend much time in the property. Only came back to the room to shower and sleep as there was nothing there to offer. The bed sheets and linens seemed clean but the LVP flooring was dirty. Wear shoes in the room, socks or feet will need to be washed otherwise.

Minimal staff hours with additional costs for every kitchen item necessary for using the kitchenette. The microwave was so old it looked unsafe. The tub leaked excessively and the door was too close to the bathroom sink. There was also only bright overhead lights with no lamps at all. Extremely overpriced for bare bones, old & subpar lodging in need of serious renovation. Luckily we stayed less than 12 hours for an overnight stay only.

Staff were very friendly but the floor in my room was dirty, makes me wonder the last time it was mopped. The bed is bad, mattress made with springs which is weird and hard. The only good things was the price and they accept pets for $28.

Room itself was clean, there was NO remote for the TV, front desk didnt have one. Homeless sleeping in the hallway, halls smelled like pot, people arguing loudly and slamming doors. Left hours after I arrived and stayed somewhere else. Have to ask for kitchen items, wasn't a factor as I had planned to eat out. Will not stay at or recommend this place again.

Checking in was great because of the very nice black lady who checked me in….she was super friendly and I hate that I didn’t get her name Some of the room was dirty, bathroom shower dripped on tub faucet making noises, stove hood light and fan didn’t work, and 2 of the lights in the ceiling didn’t work, and no bed side lamp in room All of the above were mentioned to front desk, work order slip done, work was to happen the next day but nothing was looked at of fixed.

Horribly designed and constructed building. No carpet, hard floors that transferred sounds of chairs and footsteps. I was there 3 nights without one good night's sleep. Think you're getting a kitchen? Think again. Nothing but the appliances. NOTHING, not even a coffee maker. I traveled across the country for 2 weeks this trip and this was the ONLY place without a coffee maker. READ THE FINE PRINT

Neat and clean facility friendly staff very accommodating and attentive ESPECIALLY KAREN she saved my nieces favorite stuffed animal from certain death ...Karen saved the day for sure!!! had a cozy family vibe... Conveniently located in the center of town easy to get an Uber lots of stuff to do nearby for the family I will definitely stay there again

Our key to our hotel didn’t work 3 times and we were almost left outside without a room. For context we’re 2 young girls with 2 dogs who have no business being left alone in a town they don’t know. The only reason we got into our room is because the worker (Mike I think) was staying 2 doors down from us on the 4th floor. He came out the room after ignoring 3 of my calls and when he came out he was literally saying on the phone that he wasn’t answering the phone anymore. But we clearly got his attention but imagine if we didn’t see him we would have been locked out. There were 3 roaches in the room, people constantly just hanging out in the parking lot for hours, & the dog area was filthy.

I arrived at 23:15. The check-in counter was locked.There was a sign to use the lobby phone and dial ext 500. It did not work. I wound up calling the hotel # using my cell phone. It was answered by someone with Extended Stay call center. They got ahold of the property and said someone would be with me shortly. Long story short is it took me over 1 hour to get checked in. I do not like that at all.

This was the worst stay at a hotel I’ve ever had. I had higher expectations but the management was late….cancelled my reservation on accident and then BARGED INTO MY ROOM THIS MORNING AND ASKED WHY I WAS THERE. The person “forgot” to reserve my room..

There was trash underneath the sink, dirty clothes in the dresser drawers, Walter on the floor from the A/C unit, room smelled like mold and no remote to the television. All this was taken care of by the nice young lady at the front desk. I came away from the stay feeling a lot better about this hotel, but I called today to check on my deposit that was supposed to be refunded only to find out that it had not been processed. Now I will have to wait and additional 5-7 business days to get my money. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

We made the mistake of booking this stay because it was relatively close to the airport. When we showed up to the property, it is located in sort of a nook of a large parking lot that is not very well lit. This doesn\'t help at all with the safely concerns of the area. We showed up and the Uber driver even joked about the area and drug activity. Sheesh. When checking into the property, the front desk person was friendly enough, polite, and helpful. The positives end there. The hotel itself does not seem clean and we saw several people walking in and out of the property. We got up to our very disappointing room with what has to be a 15-year-old 43" flat screen, a very uncomfortable, very creaky bed, and sort of a musty smell. We ended up walking to a CVS pharmacy in the same parking lot to grab a few items and walked past several people outside. This included a shirtless guy walking out of the hotel ahead of us, a guy loading or unloading something from his trunk in the parking lot (not sure what), and a group of men outside with a very strong odor of marijuana coming from their area in the parking lot. We wanted to have one last night in Destin before our early flight in the morning but decided against it due to safety concerns after walking past all of that and not walking to come back home too late to walk past it again. We were very happy to leave in the morning and will never be back.

It was a good place for our budget to stay overnight while traveling along the coast. The front desk lady was nice and she shared the information about the nearest beach that was just 5 minutes away and was not crowded. The room was okay, the bed was comfortable. It smelled a little in the room because of the humidity but other than that there were no major issues.
