The apartment was excellent, would definitely stay again. However the check in process was a disaster. No information was sent through, I had to call to chase up - thankfully I established this in office hours as it took several attempts to find a working number. Then I was sent to the wrong apartment. Eventually made it, but the process needs improvement.

This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We had the apartment with 2 adults and 2 teens. We were not in the room often so it worked. Small kitchen and table for 4. It is about 8 minute walk to Earls Court tube and near the station was a market and several restaurants. Would highly recommend

We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.
