The property was beautiful. The bed rooms were all a good size. The kitchen was very well appointed. There was plenty of outdoor seating and dining space. The fire pit was wonderful and cozy at night. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was nice having a shaded place to chill under the cabana. The views from the upper deck were exceptional. We enjoyed our stay and would I recommend this home if you’re looking for a place to relax in peace and quiet. And it’s just minutes away from great shopping and wonderful restaurants.

The property is fantastic! As advertised. The AC ran a bit warm but it was HOT while we were there. The auto locks didn’t work when we arrived but prompt communication fixed it within 10mins. The patio is absolutely everything - we spent most our time there. The outdoor portion of the property needed some TLC but we enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was great with a large island. About the walk down to the pool at dark - just watch for scorpions and black widows which is definitely common for the desert. Just keep your phone light handy! But the outdoor space at the pool is great, complete with kitchen area and restroom!

We just finished our week long stay. What a fabulous house! The views are stunning. We enjoyed the deck every night as it would be shaded by 5 and the breeze helped with the warm temps we had that week. The pool was delightful - nice place to congregate after morning hikes or activities. Please be aware though there is a stone path to get down to pool so might be difficult for some to walk down to. The house was amazing equipped from shampoo in the bathrooms to coffee. The kitchen had all we needed to cook . But the view was the highlight!!! We would definitely stay in this home again.

My wife and I, as well as our adult son and his girlfriend stay at this beautiful property. The home was clean and one of the most well-appointed properties we've stayed at. The kitchen had everything you could want. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Two outdoor grills available, which we cooked dinner on three times. Upper deck looking over the red rocks was a perfect evening dining experience. The firepit with the same views was awesome. Gameroom was fun, but the pavilion / pool / hot tub / putting green stole the show after a nice morning hike. Only had problems with the Internet going out a couple of times (owners recently had to change routers). However, when contacted, the owners were back to us within 10 minutes and contacted their local handyman, who was there to fix the problem within 20 minutes. The home has huge windows that let in lots of sun and spectacular views; the hot tub works and it was fun to sit in while it lightly snowed; the whole family enjoyed the pool table and putting green! Host responded promptly to all questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Doodlebug house! We had a group of 8 adults and the house comfortably held all of us. It was very clean and had lots of great amenities. The views from the decks are absolutely spectacular and were worth the stay alone! The pool area and putting green were a lot of fun. We didn't really use the game room but it looked like it would have been fun as well. Location was great. We felt like it was easy to get around Sedona from where we were. The neighborhood was also quiet at night, which made stargazing enjoyable, and seemed very safe. There were a few things around the house that could use a slight repair but nothing that impacted our enjoyment of the property. The hosts were very responsive when we ran into a minor snag. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends.

This home was perfect for our family of six adults. It has multiple outdoor space options, with comfortable seating and expansive views in almost every direction. Magnificent. It was clean and had enough interior space for us all to be gathered together. The kitchen space was easy for several people to work in at once and well-appointed. A few more forks and bowls would have been great, but otherwise, excellent. The provided teas and coffee was a special, appreciated touch. Beds were comfortable and baths were clean and current. We have always stayed in West Sedona but the location here was perfect; in between downtown Sedona and The Village of Oak Creek. Owners were a text away and communication was quick and responsive. Checkout was a breeze. We'd absolutely rent the Doodlebug home again, and look forward to doing so. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

The Doodlebug house was a great place for our group of friends who has not seen each other in a few years to get together. We found it clean, comfortable, and the landscape is beautiful. There were ample supplies for us to cook ourselves. Check in and out were easy, and the hosts were very accommodating when we made a last minute request to have the pool heated. Would recommend!

Beautiful spacious home and property with amazing Sedona red rock views in any direction. The house was clean, with tons of space for our family of four. The kitchen had everything you could ask for as far as utensils and small appliances. Excellent job providing plenty household necessities that many rentals skimp on (toilet paper, washing machine/dishwasher soap, trash bags, even shampoo/shower gel). Between the game room, and pool area with a putting green and whirlpool tub, my teens never ran out of anything to do when at the house. The house is only about 6 minutes to uptown Sedona, 7-10 minutes to most areas of West Sedona, and about 10 minutes from the Village of Oak Creek, making it the perfect location in Red Rock country. We hiked several days, and the furthest we had to travel to get to a trail head was 25 minutes. We would stay here again if in the area!

We loved this house. The view is just amazing from both inside and out and the house had everything that a great VRBO property should include. Kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets plus the owners included a lot of immediate need items like TP, paper towels, napkins, spices and more. Beds were super comfortable and great bathrooms that were well stocked. We spent 5 days here and did poolside some days and others in Sedona or touring around. Did the Pink Jeep tour, which was fabulous! But our favorite part was putting on music at the end of the day with cocktails and food and hanging on the deck for the evening enjoying the sunset and night view with family.

Really great location with easy access to the town of Sedona, neighborhood was super quiet and nice as well. The house has great views and the deck was a great hang out spot for our family! Nice to have multiple king beds and it was very convenient having a crib for my grandchild! Overall great experience!

Nice to have multiple king beds and it was very convenient having a crib for my grandchild! Overall great experience!

This house is very comfortable with incredible views from the balcony and just about every window. There are beautiful hiking trails a short walk from the house, and many more a short drive away. The house had everything we needed. It was the perfect place for our family and friends to gather, relax, and spend time together.

This home was perfect for our family of six adults. It has multiple outdoor space options, with comfortable seating and expansive views in almost every direction. Magnificent. It was clean and had enough interior space for us all to be gathered together. The kitchen space was easy for several people to work in at once and well-appointed. A few more forks and bowls would have been great, but otherwise, excellent. The provided teas and coffee was a special, appreciated touch. Beds were comfortable and baths were clean and current. We have always stayed in West Sedona but the location here was perfect; in between downtown Sedona and The Village of Oak Creek. Owners were a text away and communication was quick and responsive. Checkout was a breeze. We'd absolutely rent the Doodlebug home again, and look forward to doing so. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

The property is fantastic! As advertised. The AC ran a bit warm but it was HOT while we were there. The auto locks didn’t work when we arrived but prompt communication fixed it within 10mins. The patio is absolutely everything - we spent most our time there. The outdoor portion of the property needed some TLC but we enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was great with a large island. About the walk down to the pool at dark - just watch for scorpions and black widows which is definitely common for the desert. Just keep your phone light handy! But the outdoor space at the pool is great, complete with kitchen area and restroom!

The Doodlebug house was a great place for our group of friends who has not seen each other in a few years to get together. We found it clean, comfortable, and the landscape is beautiful. There were ample supplies for us to cook ourselves. Check in and out were easy, and the hosts were very accommodating when we made a last minute request to have the pool heated. Would recommend!

My wife and I, as well as our adult son and his girlfriend stay at this beautiful property. The home was clean and one of the most well-appointed properties we've stayed at. The kitchen had everything you could want. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Two outdoor grills available, which we cooked dinner on three times. Upper deck looking over the red rocks was a perfect evening dining experience. The firepit with the same views was awesome. Gameroom was fun, but the pavilion / pool / hot tub / putting green stole the show after a nice morning hike. Only had problems with the Internet going out a couple of times (owners recently had to change routers). However, when contacted, the owners were back to us within 10 minutes and contacted their local handyman, who was there to fix the problem within 20 minutes. Communication with the owners was excellent to say the least. Much appreciated. I'm sure we'll be back during our next visit to beautiful Sedona.

I cannot imagine a nicer place to stay in Sedona! My husband and I went with 2 other couples and had the best time. The house is spacious, comfortable and has everything you may need. The outside is a dream! We spent so much time in the pool and hot tub, we weren't able to take advantage of the large game room. Guess we will have to come back :) The owners are friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Doodlebug house! We had a group of 8 adults and the house comfortably held all of us. It was very clean and had lots of great amenities. The views from the decks are absolutely spectacular and were worth the stay alone! The pool area and putting green were a lot of fun. We didn't really use the game room but it looked like it would have been fun as well. Location was great. We felt like it was easy to get around Sedona from where we were. The neighborhood was also quiet at night, which made stargazing enjoyable, and seemed very safe. There were a few things around the house that could use a slight repair but nothing that impacted our enjoyment of the property. The hosts were very responsive when we ran into a minor snag. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends.

The fire pit was wonderful and cozy at night. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was nice having a shaded place to chill under the cabana. The views from the upper deck were exceptional. We enjoyed our stay and would I recommend this home if you’re looking for a place to relax in peace and quiet. And it’s just minutes away from great shopping and wonderful restaurants.

The house was spacious for 6 women to stay and celebrate a 60th birthday. We were able to have a place to gather and make dinner together. We could not get the outdoor fire to work but we let the property manager know about it. If you want a home with space indoor and outside with great views and close to town this home is perfect.

The pictures are exactly as described and the other reviews are on-point. It's a charming house with a location that is superb. The owners have done a great job of modernizing and adding personal touches. The kitchen is fantastic, well stocked and the view out of the kitchen window is second to none. We sat outside on the deck and watched the stars come out. My kids had never seen so many stars and it was one of the reasons we came to Sedona. Airport Mesa sunsets were also a huge hit for us. We drove up to Grand Canyon and stayed up there but we all wished we had booked a couple more nights in the Doodlebug house and made it a day trip. I would recommend parking in the upper driveway, even though you have to get used to the tight turnaround. We would absolutely go back!

We just finished our week long stay. What a fabulous house! The views are stunning. We enjoyed the deck every night as it would be shaded by 5 and the breeze helped with the warm temps we had that week. The pool was delightful - nice place to congregate after morning hikes or activities. Please be aware though there is a stone path to get down to pool so might be difficult for some to walk down to. The house was amazing equipped from shampoo in the bathrooms to coffee. The kitchen had all we needed to cook . But the view was the highlight!!! We would definitely stay in this home again.

We loved this house. The view is just amazing from both inside and out and the house had everything that a great VRBO property should include. Kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets plus the owners included a lot of immediate need items like TP, paper towels, napkins, spices and more. Beds were super comfortable and great bathrooms that were well stocked. We spent 5 days here and did poolside some days and others in Sedona or touring around. Did the Pink Jeep tour, which was fabulous! We loved this house. The view is just amazing from both inside and out and the house had everything that a great VRBO property should include. Kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets plus the owners included a lot of immediate need items like TP, paper towels, napkins, spices and more. Beds were super comfortable and great bathrooms that were well stocked. We spent 5 days here and did poolside some days and others in Sedona or touring around. Did the Pink Jeep tour, which was fabulous! But our favorite part was putting on music at the end of the day with cocktails and food and hanging on the deck for the evening enjoying the sunset and night view with family.

Wonderful week. Close to everything, great communications, kitchen was best stocked we have experienced, plenty of sitting areas both inside and out. Enjoyed our time outside with the wonderful view and breezes!

The house went beyond our expectations. Lovely big kitchen with everything we needed. Having four bedrooms made it a good fit for our family. Everything was clean, well maintained, and supplies were plentiful. The pool area with hot tub, barbecue area, and putting green was loved by my family! The amenities we paid for and expected were not provided such as:Pool balls missingVideo games not workingWater feature in pool not workingMissing smoke detectors Missing light bulbsWhirlpool dirtyIce machine in freezer not working/crushed onlyAdvertised to have all these amenities and paid good money for these however we were very disappointed. These amenities would not have been expected. Had they not been advertised and that was how we made the selection for the house and paid the price that we paid, otherwise I believe we probably would’ve selected a different property.

We were amazed at the beauty of Sedona and the vacation home. The big windows allowed us to see the view of the red rocks surrounding us at all times. The host was always readily available. The private pool area was an oasis to come back to after a long day of sight seeing. It truly was the perfect vacation home!!!!

We had a great stay at this home. The views were beautiful and made it a really relaxing place to spend time. The location was perfect—easy walking access to nearby trails and very convenient for getting to everything we needed in the area.We also appreciated the thoughtful extras provided, including plenty of soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent, which made the stay even more comfortable.The home itself was quiet and peaceful, which was exactly what we were looking for.That said, a few areas of the home and some of the furniture could use a bit of TLC to bring everything up to the same standard as the rest of the experience. Overall, a lovely stay in a great location with incredible views.
