This hotel was fairly close to Kings Cross, Saint Pancras and walkable so that’s why we chose it. It is a little quirky in the way it’s laid out with stairs going off in every different direction and different levels, but the room itself was very comfortable. Nice amenities And a good size shower for London. Comfy beds. Nice coffee service with bottled water and biscuits. Toiletries were very nice The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. I am handicapped and use a wheelchair, one of the lifts was out of order, but they made sure that I was able to get around using another lift, how far personally assisting me when necessary. They made us feel very welcome. The restaurant on site is quite good. It had some great specials, we had a great burger and fries. It’s very close to the Euston tStreet tube station and not far from a bus stop as well. Good base for getting around London.
