WoodSpring Suites Winston-Salem near Hanes Mall

Very good stay, helpful staff, clean room.

was expecting breakfast, not included. expected ice machines, not included. expected a bed with comfortable mattress, mattress basically sat on the floor. does work to well who has trouble walking. didn't use the shower because I couldn't figure out how to turn it on. there was no personnel onsite to call and ask. front desk was all shut down.

When I booked the room, it was because there was an advertised stove. The listing said I could get a room with pots/pans or bring my own. I brought my own but when I got up early Saturday morning to cook breakfast, the stove said E1. I called the front desk and was told I needed induction pans. I questioned if they had some, I was told to call back ar normal hours but the last time they checked, there were none. This was at 5:30a because we had somewhere to be at 7:30a. When we left at 7:30, the desk was covered. I came back about 8a and the desk was sill closed. When I left again at 11:30a; I asked about pots and pans, my room number was noted and the gentleman said he would check. I never received an answer. It was not advertised that induction pans were requires. There were also four people, three males and one female sleeping in the lobby when I left this morning at 7:15a. The front desk was still covered and closed. I wasted my money to stay somewhere where I could not use the amenities as advertised and no one assisted with trying to obtain pots/pans.

Has a great stay, the room and bathroom were clean. Very quiet, was able to get good sleep.
