It's a little far from Lake Como, but it's within walking distance, and above all, it was good that it was close to the station. There are a lot of guests and it's a fun atmosphere. The staff is also kind, and if you leave your luggage, you can get a voucher, so you can leave it with confidence.

Great for one night, location brilliant, room clean, the aircon wasn’t the best but it was tolerable. Staff were friendly, easy check in process and parking was convenient and cheap. Would return for a short stay again, wouldn’t stay for an extended period, the hotel is good for convenience and had everything we needed.

Sehr nah vom Bahnhof, freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer sehr ruhig (3. Stock, weg von der Strasse), grosses Bett für Einzelzimmer, Bad, Wlan funktioniert gut, gutes Frühstücksbüffet (sehr empfehlenswert zum Mitbuchen)), nach Auschecken Gepäckaufbewahrung. Alles bestens.

The hotel is close to all you want a 5 minute walk to the train station and a 24 hour supermarket,10 minutes you are at the lake and ferry,the hotel is very nice,staff were excellent,room small but decent apart from the shower if you are a big person the shower will cause some issues,the hotel has a well stocked provisions corner,drinks,food everyday essentials,breakfast was more on the continental side scrambled eggs and frankfurters were available orherwise bread rolls ham cheese cereals and pastries all very tasty,would thoughly reccomend the hotel.

My wife and I would like to thank all the staff for their outstanding services during our 5 days stay. We are not expecting a lot from this hotel, but I was amazed! The cleanliness of the room, bathroom, eating areas and the reception were absolutely spotless. There were also bits and pieces of essentials available by the counter in which we find very useful. The breakfast was more than enough to fill your day. The location was excellent! Just about 5 minutes walk from the train station of Como San Giovanni. And of course, we would like to commend the young lady from reception named Virginia who's very attentive and approachable for every things we need. This hotel is lucky to have Virginia on the front desk! So, calling all travellers who are planning to visit Como, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. Go for it. The price is absolutely reasonable! By the way, kudos to the free bedroom slippers, we love it. Thank you Team Ɓ&B! Hope to see you again.

La camera superior senza bidet, però appena detto ad Andrea ( il ragazzo della reception, super simpatico e gentile) ha subito provveduto al cambio con una con un bagno più ampio e dotato di bidet, la pulizia veramente pessima, anche questo ho fatto presente alla reception e la camera trovata pulitissima, il resto dei giorni è tornata come prima, sporca e pulita grossolanamente con gli asciugamani che lasciavano a desiderare,rovinati e non puliti bene. Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti ma certamente non torneremo più. Qualità prezzo pessima, unica nota positiva è la vicinanza al centro

The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was suppose to be a “superior” room and it was not. It had dirty walls with lots of scuff marks everywhere. I swore when I booked it said breakfast was included,but I was told it would be an extra $9 per person per day. A lady in front of me during check in booked a room for nearly a hundred dollars less than I paid and it included breakfast. The sink made some awful noises when using it and the water pressure was low/slow.There was also some small bugs.We kept the windows closed so I have no idea where they came from.

I already sent a review of our check-in which worked out only by sheer luck. Had the employee left two minutes sooner we would have been sleeping on the street due to an employee misspelling my name so I couldn’t self check-in . It would have been a nightmare had there been no staff present. The room was fine but lacking furniture. We were two people with two bags, and there was no place to put the second bag, so it was on the floor. There were no side tables. There was no dresser. The shower was tiny (the smallest I saw in Italy in the last 28 days) and high off the ground. I have a bad knee and I couldn’t even get in. So no shower in three nights. Not fun. The air conditioner made a loud rattling sound. The room had a musty/moldy smell most likely coming from the shower. The tracks on the shower doors were black with mold. The breakfast was good.

The property was just OK. There were no carpets in the rooms or hallways so every sound could be heard in the room from the down the hallway. The shower was very small as my wife and I kept hitting the shower doors and the fixture which would turn off the water or change the temperature rapidly. The towels were the thinest Ive seen in a hotel. There were no wash cloths and only one soap for both shampoo and body wash.

Posizione buona per visitare la città piedi, appena fuori del centro a cui si arriva con 10 minuti di camminata. Siamo arrivati verso le 20 e la receptionist era un po' nel pallone, poverina, non per sua colpa, visto che da sola doveva occuparsi sia dei check in, che di altre questioni di organizzazione della struttura. Iin reception, non sono stati in grado di dirci se il parcheggio dell'hotel fosse disponibile o meno, siamo dovuti scendere a piedi e controllare da soli e per fortuna era rimasto un solo posto libero. L'indomani mattina c'era un'auto parcheggyin mezzo al passo che ostruiva la nostra uscita ed in reception non sono stati in grado di dirci di chi fosse. Solo dopo mille manovre siamo riusciti ad uscire. Letti scomodissimi: materassi completamente deformati e privi di qualsiasi sostegno, in pratica prendevano all'ingiù dalla parte della testa. Pulizia appena sufficiente. Il rotolo di carta igienica era già avviato e usato da altri in precedenza... proprio no!

Fantastisk service av ansatt i innsjekkingen! Hoyellet ligger nærme togstasjonen, og sentrum forøvrig. Store rom med gode puter og dyne. Minikjøleskap og safe. Rent og pent. Bra trykk i dusjen. Liten kuosk. Har frokostbuffé, vi benyttet oss ikke av den.

Die Lage des Hotes ist sehr gut. Der Bahnhof ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Zentrum und die Fähren sind ebenso schnell zu Fuß erreichbar ca. 15 Minuten. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung und das Frühstück mehr als ausreichend. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Ich war erstmal in Como und B.B. Hotel. Ich habe diese Hotel für einen Nacht ausgewählt, weil in der nähe Bahnhof war. Wenn ich aussenseite von Hotel gesehen habe, erwartete nicht so einen Hotel. Pozitive Überaschte mich freundliche Empfang von Check-in bis Check-aus. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber. Noch mehr überaschte mich Badezimmer, mit grosse, gut funtionierende Dusche, und hoch stellbare, altersfreundliche Klozet. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Ich wurde gern wieder in diesem Zimmer übernachten. Frühstück war auch sehr gut, sogar für mich Gluteinfreie Angebote hatten. Am Früchstück aufräumte eine Mitarbeiterin ständig der Tischen. Alles war sauber. Im Reception freundliche Damen bedinte mich, leider kein Deutsche kenntnisse hatten. Ich wünschte mir noch Deutsch sprechende Person im Reception. Als negativ kann ich mich nur ausdrücken, wegen einen Mosquito, weil ganzen Nacht störte. Ich danke sehr an Alle Personen mich bedint haben.
