Nicely maintained older hotel in the middle of everything Como. It is a bit noisy on the weekends as the hotel is right off a busy square with music and vendors that are open late. Parking for 25E daily available but otherwise a bit tricky.

This is a beautiful old hotel located right on the main square and Lake Como. You can walk to everything, including the ferries, trains, top shopping and restaurants. It’s a bit of an older hotel, but meticulously maintained with a bar and restaurant onsite. We were there in mid-March, so we didn’t take advantage of the outdoor seating, but it is perfect.

No taxis nor hotel shuttle for getting guests to and from the train station. As seniors, having to walk over a half mile in the rain with heavy bags ruined our stay! Attitude at the front desk was poor. (Older blonde woman)

This hotel is rather dated. The beds were excessively hard and the room's extremely small. However, the location more than made up for it. the biggest issue we encountered was the limited parking onsite/ Nearby. We were required to park our car a 20 minute walk away.

I love this hotel. Less than two minutes walk from the ferry that takes you to all other towns on Lake Como. It had a comfortable room with a small refrigerator, desk and Air conditioning. I had a terrace Overlooking the lake. Breakfast offered by the hotel was amazing - Great cappuccinos, yogurt and granola, vegetables, meats, cheeses, and incredible pastries.

Well located directly opposite Lake Como. Nice clean spacious room with balcony overlooking the lake and surrounds. Close to shops and restaurants. Friendly helpful staff. Would not hesitate to book again.

Staff at the hotel were pleasant and polite. Everything was good upon arrival. We went out for the night and came back at about 11pm in which we were surprised to find that our bathroom was infested with flying ants, leaving us unable to use the toilet.

Old hotel, without any confort. This is not even a 3 stars hotel. Bad conditions. The room was very old and not looking at all like the pictures they are using to advertise. Staff was not pleasent. No hot water at all. All the clients were complaining but nobody solved the problem. Room old and not sure about the cleaning.... Location: near the boat station, very noisy and lots of harbour working around. I DON'T recommend at all

Booked a superior lake view room. View was amazing and room was spacious and clean. Hotel is opposite lake with ferry just in front and buses just around the corner. Plenty of restaurants within meters of the hotel. Buffet breakfast was good but I expected better considering it's a medium size 4 star hotel. A few more hot options apart from just bacon and eggs would have been good. Overall a good place to stay.

The hotel is well located adjacent to Lake Como and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and the train station. The front desk staff were always pleasant and helpful. A full breakfast buffet was included. Our room and bathroom were pretty small, but OK for the two days we were there.

The bed was hard and springy, the pillows were so low and thin. The air condition quality was low. I was shocked women lifted my heavy bags and i felt embarrassed. Overall i would stay in this hotel if it was a good price in future

Nem sequer o hotel estava cheio, era época baixa e dia da semana! Quando percebemos que não conseguíamos dormir naquela cama, pedimos troca de quarto e os funcionários que fizeram o turno da noite porque chegamos perto das 23h ainda se riam da situação! Parece me inacreditável que isto seja um hotel de 4 estrelas mais parecia de 2 estrelas!

The staff was amazing. The front desk was very helpful, booked a private boat on Lake Como, then called the next morning to find out more info for us. The room was very nice and clean. The restaurant was clean, the staff was attentive, and the food was really good. I would definitely stay here again! Great location and right next to the lake.

The Lakefront Property is a short walk to the ferry that can take you all over the lake! What was really special about this place was the amazing staff that helped us! We had some hiccups with the train coming to Como... several hiccups. Lorella was great about responding and reassuring us that our room would be waiting for us. She had went home but also communicated with her co-workers. When we got there we were celebrated for making it to the hotel. What a warm welcome. Alphen at the front desk was always eager to help us. He got us taxi's, and did his best to answer all our questions with a smile! Bernie helped with our unusual request to measure and weigh my 85 yr old mother's mobility scooter for "easy"jet's requirements. Their restaurant (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) recommended an amazing dinner for 2 that I shared with my cousin and him and another couple employees sang Happy Birthday to my mom and served her a warm chocolate cake that even though we were completely full we couldn't resist trying! Top to bottom this place was wonderful. If I was staying in Como again, I wouldn't stay anywhere else! Thank you all! :)

Great location on the waterfront. Minutes from ferry terminal and easy walking access to town. Nice buffet breakfast with fresh fruits, breads, pastries, eggs etc. Friendly staff. Quiet rooms. Easy checkout. Only very minor wish is less hard pillows.
