The hotel is new and all new upgrades with USB charging. Beds, towels pillows all new and fluffy, super comfortable and this is rare in Italy. The hotel is gorgeous. The pool deck the service at the pool, away from all the noise but within walking distance to all the local restaurants to the ferry etc

This property should be rated 2 stars and is grossly overpriced. The room was filthy (carpet looked it had never been vacuumed, scuffs all over the walls, stains on the furniture) and the vanity mirror was literally falling off the wall. We had booked 3 nights but cancelled two and spent the first looking for an alternate. The atrium next to the lobby, and the rooftop terrace are the only nice areas of this hotel.

Close to Como SG train station. Helpful friendly staff. Extremely clean and well appointed rooms. Rooftop pool amazing views. Food, although pricey, is fresh and convenient. Opt for the “breakfast included” option the buffet is wonderful.

Hotel was amazing. From the moment you walk in it smells awesome and is beautifully designed. Customer service was great and everyone was so helpful. We stayed in a loft suite and the whole roof is glass windows overlooking lake como with the mountains (there’s automatic blinds for the roof) We came with our son and they had the sofa bed set up upon our arrival without having to ask. The location is very good as you can walk into the city center along the lake in about 15 minutes. There’s the absolute best pizza shop right around the corner as well (Bull como pizza). The rooftop pool is cool. Stayed at many hotels and this should definitely be rated 5 stars! We came from the train station and there were not many taxis available. Would recommend to have the hotel arrange a taxi for pickup.

The hotel is beautiful. Rooms were spacious, beds and linen are very nice. Roof top pool is so nice and has a beautiful views. A nice 15 min walk into town. My only negative is the food options are okay I would have expected the food to be better. They still get 5 stars. Not far from train station. Make sure to book a transfer from the hotel cabs are few at train station. We will definitely go back

Everything was smooth, the concierge are very nice and very detail oriented . We were asking for recommend restaurant and he was giving us alot of options and offer to make a booking for us. We also book a private ferry tour with them and it was lovely. The room was modern and spacious I had a really good rest. The only thing is the staff at check out wasn’t nice i was clear about my payment so i was checking my mobile banking app and she ask me to step aside but i didn’t finish about my payment. Not very friendly move. Other things was fine

The concierge function at the property is non existent. They should just have a sign saying handle it yourself. We made to requests for two transport arrangements and both were failures to different degrees. The front desk and housekeeping staff are very pleasant. Breakfast is very basic and service is again fairly poor. The pool and bar upstairs are probably the highlight of the hotel and are a nice feature and service was good. Overall not a five or four star hotel.

My wife and I loved this stay in beautiful Como. The location, the standard of the hotel and most importantly the staff contributed to a wonderful visit. Particularly Isa on the front desk and Riccardo on Concierge ironed out many of questions, and made our visit truly memorable

Very disappointed in this Hilton. The location and rooms were wonderful. The service however seriously sucked. We utilized the hotel’s concierge services. We were mislead through the process that they only offered private car services and not taxis. Additionally, every time we booked the car services the prices increased. We called them to the carpet and immediately offered to revert back the prices. It was very disappointing and left a very sour taste in our mouth. I will never stay here again. We seriously felt taken advantage of

Definitely worth it if you don’t like being right in city center or like taking a bit of a stroll. I really enjoyed walking along the lake to downtown. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff is really great. As frequent hotel guest, I’m not asking for perfection, I need the hotel to be attentive as life happens. The property is new, modern and clean. The rooftop restaurant is one of the best in Italy but the hotel is in an insustrial like area with no walk ability. You will need a car, taxi or shuttle to go anywhere. Again, the facility is awesome though and the housekeeping service are clean and attentive. I love it and will go back!

Amazing hotel overlooking lake Como, really wish we could have stayed here longer! One of our all time favorites, from the room to the terrace restaurant view (great view, meh, overpriced food). The hotel was conveniently located so you could walk into como city, to the ferry stop or to the train station. The food was very nice, we had the hotel breakfast each day and also ate in 2 of the restaurants and at the poolside bar. The rooms were comfortable and well cleaned with an evening turn service as well. The pool area was lovely, great pool with an amazing view of the lake plus very cold so great for cooling down after a hot day. Would highly recommend.
