No power or water due to hurricane. Property common areas, including pool, all unusable and abandonded. Area was trashed. Expedia refused to issue refund. Hotel unresponsive.

No había agua caliente, la chapa de la recámara principal no servía, se estancaba el agua en la regadera principal, el reglamento dice que no ruidos después de las 11 y hubo gente en la alberca haciendo ruido hasta la 1, tiene moho la escalera porque se mete el agua
