It was easy and fast communicating with the property. I know the neighborhood near the train station (very convenient) and some may worry about it but there’s plenty of illumination and security presence so you don’t feel unsafe even at night. The station has great connections to the airport, port and the city. The property is immaculate and the staff friendly. My room was spacious and had a great bathroom and air conditioning as well as access to a very pleasant terrace. I highly recommend a stay here

We enjoyed our stay here, The staff were very responsive and helpful. Used self check in which worked well. Very close to train station and ideal for a city stay. We found the apartment very quiet and restful. We chose this 2 bed apartment for its accessibility and space (one of us was using crutches) as it had a lift, mini kitchen (with fridge) and outdoor space on one level while being close to restaurants. However the property does have 2 steps up to the lift and in the apartment, including a step up into the bathroom which did make things a bit difficult so would not be suitable for wheelchair users.

Very disappointing – nothing like what was promised I booked this accommodation 6 months in advance and even double-checked beforehand that we would get the exact room we had booked. When we arrived, there was no reception, and the room we were given was completely different – and extremely small. When we asked if we could leave and find another room we were told that we would still have to pay the full price. To this day (more than 2 months), I have not received the difference for the room we actually received, as the owner, according to Hotels.com, is not responding to their attempts to contact them. The area is also not one I would recommend. The breakfast was another disappointment: one single croissant and no drink whatsoever. This accommodation was nothing like what we booked or paid for. I would not recommend this place and will never stay here again.

The rooms are ok and the staff was very nice. But the location is horrible and very dirty and crime ridden area of Napoli. The restaurants in the area are ok and had good food and service but again the area is just nasty and dirty. Our friend had his necklace taken right off of his neck while looking at a menu outside of a restaurant.
