We stayed at the hotel for a week. The room was lovely and spacious. The only downside was the bidet toilet; we don't use it at all, but it caused the bathroom to constantly smell like urine. At breakfast, it was clear the staff were trying hard to keep things running smoothly. However, the scrambled eggs frequently ran out, as did the bread, spoons, mugs, or other small items; we had to ask for them specifically. Still, this wasn't a major issue for us. One downside was that only coffee was available—there was no hot chocolate for me or the girls—so our breakfast ended up consisting of yogurt and orange juice. We would have liked a better selection of vegetables and fruit, but the effort was certainly good, and the space itself was beautiful. The hotel’s location is excellent, and we were able to park our rental car in a nearby parking garage for the week. It cost 140 euros. We really enjoyed the spa, especially the young girls; the pool water was warm. There were some minor shortcomings, but overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything at this hotel from the restaurant food, to the easy location, to the sauna was perfect. The room was cozy and well maintained. The spa was a nice treat at the end of a busy day. It's located within walking distance of everything you'll want to do in Torino. Not only will we stay here again when in town, but we're thinking of booking this hotel for my parents when they travel. Highly recommend 👌

Rooma was very clean, breakfast decent, service was overall good. We arrived early, around 11am and still received our room directly even though check-in was 15:00. The spa area was pretty nice, although could have benefited from a round of service (floor was in spa room was soaking wet and used towels were thrown around here and there). Sauna was Finnish level 👍 Only complaint is that there was no one in reception in the nights and in all public corridors "elevator music" was playing non-stop which could be heard in rooms too.

We had a fantastic stay, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, large with tall ceilings, big windows, a nice little balcony, and a huge walk in shower. Would stay here again. The spa facilities were a great way to relax after the long day, I wish they were open a little later. Some additional amenities in the room such as wine glasses or lotion would have been nice. Overall really enjoyed our stay.
