The bar downstairs plays loud music every night until 3-4am. The hotel is also under major renovation while booking guests. There's no common courtesy as contractors would be making unbearable noise at 8am. I had to call a few times to let the front desk know about the unpleasant noise from the construction and the bar downstairs. When I tried to cancel the reservation, they kept citing their no-cancellation policy.

Staff is always nice. Helpful. Hotel lobby is still incomplete, but it is well maintained. You can hear music at night, as there is a KTV downstairs. Free parking if you stay at the hotel. 24hr service. Rooms are clean, housekeeping is on point. Fast and efficient, I was in the room when they cleaned once. Nothing stolen, honest hotel. Huge plus is the An Dong market across the street, has anything you want to buy in Vietnam.
