I couldn't fault the Staff, communication, cleanliness immaculate. Even though there is limited parking on site there are options close at hand. It would be good to know a bond is required at checkin beforehand and also be told it could take up to a week to receive your refunded bond. Apart from that handy to Spark Arena, the Railway Station and Parnell.

This hotel is new and lovely. Kitchen with dishwasher and full washer and dryer is heaven. Easy walk up the hill to tons of restaurants and coffee shops. FYI you can use the bottom floor back entrance and skip walking the hill and use the elevator. You learn quickly. Easy bus acccesss from hotel to get to cute other neighborhoods. Overall we enjoyed walking a lot. Woolworth grocery store not crazy close but easy 15 min walk. Highly recommend. Bed very comfortable and shower terrific. A+

This is a newly built apartment hotel. The rooms are small but clean. My husband enjoyed the gym.It is just at the edge of Parnell centre. Our check in was easy. Free parking on the street over the weekend.

Great hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable , have a kitchen with fridge and freezer. Location is about 10-15mins walk to the centre and a lot of parking space closeby (free in weekends, during weekdays 3.5 NZD for the first 2 hours after that 6NZD per hour (8am-6pm))

I enjoyed this hotel. It appear to be newly built and very quiet location. I would say it’s perfect if you have a vehicle, but a bit far if you want to walk anywhere. I stayed in a room the was apartment style. I had a great view and room and kitchen were clean.

Friendly and attentive staff greeted us. The room was wonderful, I was especially impressed by the mini-kitchen with 2 burner stovetop and fully equipped for light cooking. Everything is in top condition. We enjoyed complimentary Netflix being provided. Good bus connection from downtown and easy walk to Parnell restaurants. We were just here overnight before taking the Northern Explorer but would definitely stay here again for a longer visit.

Deluxe apartment was perfect for me and my two teenage boys. Love the kitchen. Having the washer/dryer (with detergents) was a nice surprise and much needed at the end of our trip, on New Year’s Eve. Saw the fireworks from the park in front of the hotel. Steps from the shops and restaurants of Parnell. Raj at the front desk was wonderful.

For a modern hotel. Its well short of the normal expectations. 1. Shower rail keeps falling off 2. Internal phone function to call reception does not work. 3. Sky tv not activated, tvs not smart tv. 4. Hardwood Floors are squeaky. 5.the whole key card situation is pretty strange and over complicated.6. Beds are avg. Overall not worth staying again

We were a “late arrival” so check in was through a lockbox which went OK but once inside, there was no way to get any services. Simple things like ice or vending we’re not available information and access to parking was not available. And then when we went to check out before 8 o’clock, there was still no one available so we just left our keys with the housekeeping people. The room itself was fine except that we could not turn off the fan in the bathroom and so it was a noise, an annoyance for the evening. And since there was no one available to call, there was nothing we could do about it.

No one told us about the 8.00 pm checkin deadline we were lucky we just made it in time. What wouid have happened if we hadn’t made it? Our key after we checked in was hard to operate also and we thought we would be locked out with no one on reception or to contact Very scary. . No one on reception to check out at 6.30 am. No one told us this of what to do. Very poor. Crazy how can you close a check in at 8.00 pm in this day and age and not have an early check out policy, again no one told us what to do. Not impressed at all.

New and very clean hotel. Raj, working the front desk, was courteous and helpful. The hotel is 20min walking distance from most points of interest (museum, harbour, CBD), just in different directions. It is situated on a quiet residential street, however Parnell St is 5min away with a few cafés and shops. If you're looking for centrally located hotel with a shopping mall and restaurants at the doorstep, this hotel is not for you.
