Radisson Hotel Reims

Modernt hotell i ett nytt område. Lite steril omgivning. Bra garage med flera laddplatser för elbil. Bra bar och resturang. Vi kommer definitivt att komma tillbaka.

Great location that was walkable to everything. Staff was friendly and lobby bar was great gathering spot.

Extremely comfortable hotel to stay in with great facilities. The staff are very friendly and we had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The location around the hotel is a little under developed, but other than that it works very well. Also worth noting that the car park is in the adjacent building. Worth letting the reception team know so you can get a reduced parking rate for your stay given the affiliation they have with the car park. Overall would recommend.

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. Parking is in a structure away from the hotel. Joseph was amazing and we really appreciated his time.

Comfortable modern hotel and very comfortable bed. Hotel is within walking distance of the city centre (and railway station). Staff were welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast offer. Liked the access to the roof terrace (lovely to have an outdoor space to sit in on a warm sunny day.

A relatively new property, clean and well located. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cocktails were well made. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything you need. The one issue was that there was no drawer space for small clothing items.

Rooms were not ready 1 hour after check in time. Roof top bar was not open and they wouldn’t open it. Requested a king size bed and got two singles. They wouldn’t rectify this.

Very good hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. 10-15 minute walk into Reims. Clean room. Parking was in an adjacent multi-storey and the hotel have a discount rate of 19€ per day with multiple entrance and exits (apparently, we just left our parked there overnight)

The Hotel is outside the main center in newly developed area to the north but within a 15' walk of the major tourist area, it is brand new so everything is in excellent condition , the bed quite firm but that can be considered a matter of personal preference, the breakfast area is too small for the number of rooms and gets very crowded during the breakfast rush hour and the breakfast buffet itself is a bit basic considering the price range of the hotel , You car will need to be parked in public carpark next door there are no really no other options near by to park for free

L’accueil, parfait. La chambre, parfaite. Tout est propre et la literie est très bonne. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux avec un excellent choix.

All the people at the reception were very nice and helpful, couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The room was clean and spacious, better than i anticipated. If I ever travel back to Reims, Radisson will be my preferred hotel.

The hotel is modern and clean. Housekeeping was very efficient. Our fitst morning our room was made up while we were at breakfast. Catherine at the Front Desk gave outstanding customer service. 10/10

Madame, Monsieur, Je tiens à exprimer mon vif mécontentement concernant mon récent séjour à l’hôtel Radisson de Reims . J’avais réservé via Hotels.com avec un paiement directement à l’hôtel sur place. À mon arrivée, j’ai demandé une facture au nom de ma société. Le réceptionniste ne pouvais pas la faire et il allait me la donner plus tard . A mon départ , j’avais oublié de la demander . Arrivé chez moi j’ai appelé et demandé après la facture et a ma grande surprise, cette demande a été refusée ,sous soi-disant une politique de Radisson . Je ne comprends pas cette attitude, d’autant plus que je n’ai jamais rencontré ce genre de problème avec d’autres hôtels de la chaîne Radisson à l’étranger, ni avec d’autres chaînes hôtelières en France. Je souhaite également signaler l’accueil téléphonique particulièrement impoli et peu professionnel que j’ai reçu .Cela est d’autant plus regrettable entend que membre Radisson et qu’il s’agit d’un hôtel récemment ouvert, où l’on pourrait s’attendre à un service irréprochable. J’ai également constaté un manque d’expérience du personnel, notamment au moment du check-in, qui s’est déroulé de manière laborieuse. Enfin, je ne comprends pas pourquoi il n’existe pas d’accès direct entre le parking et l’hôtel. J’ai dû marcher environ 300 mètres sous la pluie avec mes bagages, ce qui est tout à fait inacceptable pour un établissement de ce standing. Je vous invite à bien vouloir prendre ma plainte en considération et à m’apporter des explications

The hotel is only 1yr old and is in good modern decor. Room fittings and furniture are of good quality. The staff are very polite although some seem inexperienced and not quite enough of them. Witnessed couple trying to book in for over 10 minutes before someone came to reception desk. Biggest letdown was bill when we left. Tried to overcharge us €40 when I queried was left for 20mins as for some reason they could not provide me with itemised bill. I was then presented with 4 receipts when I knew had only signed 3 during stay. 4th one was for €40 and unsigned, knew it wasn't mine, finally agreed to cancel. Other french woman after us was also querying bill. Think it is a reflection of staff training rather than anything else. Advise to check your bill.

This is a very nice near new hotel located near nothing. Is a kilometer walk to nearest cafe or grocery market. There must be some important development coming near it but there is absolutely nothing there now.

Its a solid 3 star hotel (cant see how this can be clasified as 4 star) in not an ideal neighborhood. Its a classic Radisson Blue (not Radisson). The rooms are OK actially (in between 3 and 4 star), breakfast is OK. The neighborhood is rail tracks on one side and industrial estate and empty field on the other. Service good, employees very friendly though. Its not far from the center

Hotel excelente , moderno ,confortável e com uma equipe atenciosa e prestativa . Localização para mim boa , podendo ir facilmente a pé para o centro ( 15 min de caminhada ) . Retornaria com toda a certeza. 😍😍👏👏

Very new contemporary hotel with high quality furnishings and fittings. Could do with some more comfortable seating at the bar area. We thought the breakfast offerings were fairly limited and overpriced at €15pp on top of the room rate.

Lovely hotel although a little walk from The town centre. Rooms were immaculate. The only thing that lets this place down is the bar. They had no wine. In France? The first night we thought it was because they just ran out but it seems not and they did nothing to rectify it. Not the end of the world but given how far they are from the centre you would think they would be able to offer their guests a full bar if they chose to stay in the hotel to eat.
