Das Hotel ist ein guter Zwischenstopp aber nichts für längere Zeit. Nach Genua ist es noch ein gutes Stück und um das Hotel ist nichts interessantes. Das Essen im Hotel ist gut, insbesondere das Abendessen. Man sollte aber früh am Restaurant sein, da die Tische schnell belegt werden. Leider gab es Stechmücken im Zimmer, die selbst Antimückenspray nicht fern hielt. Gut waren die zahlreichen Parkplätze hinter dem Hotel.

Parking is excellent. Outside looks like it needs a good tidy up, many weeds. Inside excellent, staff lovely. Breakfast was great. Our room aircon didn’t work and they changed our room with no problems at all 👍

We used this hotel to break a long journey. City seemed run down but hotel was nice. Plenty of car parking. The breakfast was good. Room was big, clean and bed comfy. Staff was very good. I can stay here again if i was visiting this town again.

Comfortable hotel in a quiet, open, green area. Excellent large free car parking. Very pleasant dining room overlooking the terrace and hills beyond. Breakfasts were good (help yourself hot and cold buffet). Dinners were excellent with a limited but interesting menu of mainly Italian and local dishes - portions were large. Service in the dining room was excellent. There's no lunch option at the hotel so we used the Centro Commerciale just a block away.

Ci vado da qualche anno ma questa volta è andata male, ho trovato la doccia con dei capelli altrui, per quanto concerne la cena, che non è a buon mercato, un fritto di calamari particolarmente salato. Lasciato più dell metà nel piatto e fatto presente al cameriere ma ho pagato ugualmente 50 euro per un insalata di polpo ed un fritto. Infine la solita moquette in camera ormai fuori luogo ed indice di poca pulizia. Personale gentile e location comoda con ampio parcheggio.

Comodità, silenzio, parcheggio comodo e colazione buona. Alcune cose che non vanno: in primis i cuscini: sotto la federa sono sporchi e logori, duri e poco confortevoli. La porta del bagno che quando si apre intralcia e tocca gli ascougamani del lavabo. Questa volta ci è stata assegnata una camera con moquet vecchia ,orribile. La colazione è buona. Da migliorare la freschezza di brioches e panini che sembrano vecchi di un giorno. Per il resto tutto ottimo

Im großen und ganzen war das Hotel okay. Das einzige was sehr übel war, ist dass unser Zimmer voller Schnaken war. Selbst an der Wand war noch Blut zu sehen von den Schnaken. Ebenso hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert. Man konnte kaum in Ruhe schlafen wegen der Hitze und den Schnaken. Die wurden gefühlt immer mehr.

Die Unterkunft ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal war freundlich aber leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Das Badezimmer hatte diverse schwarze Flecken, Kosmetiktücher wurden nicht aufgefüllt und beide Handtücher hatten mehrere große Make-up Flecken. Sowas ist leider nicht passend für eine Unterkunft in der Preiskategorie.

Hôtel extérieur à GÊNES très pratique mais surtout prévu pour tourisme de masse. Chambre très vieillotte avec moquette très abîmée. Est elle réservée pour les clients avec chien ? Petit déjeuner décevant pour un Mercure. Poubelles renversées à l’entrée parking 2eme étage. Dommage ….

Room amenities great. Difficult to drive into Genoa and get back out of town —but in Italy that seems to be common. Good location otherwise to drive to. Comfortable. Would recommend if you are driving to it. We stayed and then made a day trip to La Spezia and Cinque Terre, about 90 minutes away.

Ich mochte die Umgebung garnicht und das Personal war nicht bemüht und nur da um Stunden abzuarbeiten.... traurig zm die gute Online Bewertung... haben das Hotel frühzeitig verlassen.

Diverse volte ho alloggiato in questo hotel. Questa volta il servizio è stato deludente. Per finire al venerdi mattina alle 7:30, orario noto a tutti gli hotel come punto di picco dei check-out, con una fila di 12 persone in attesa ed un solo addetto che doveva mettersi la mano sulla fronte per evitare il sole che gli arrivava dritto in faccia...

Ein wirklich gutes Hotel außerhalb von Genua. Professionell, super Frühstück, Hervorragendes Preis-Leustungs Verhältnis. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Nicht nur für Touristen gedacht. Die Umgebung könnte ein bißchen netter sein, aber es ist halt Genua und nicht Heidelberg oder St Tropez.

Super Hotel jedoch etwas weit vom Zentrum. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen war aber sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Frühstück war sehr sehr gut.

We used this hotel to break a long journey. City seemed run down but hotel was nice. Plenty of car parking. The breakfast was good. Room was big, clean and bed comfy. Staff was very good. I can stay here again if i was visiting this town again.

Comfortable hotel in a quiet, open, green area. Excellent large free car parking. Very pleasant dining room overlooking the terrace and hills beyond. Breakfasts were good (help yourself hot and cold buffet). Dinners were excellent with a limited but interesting menu of mainly Italian and local dishes - portions were large. Service in the dining room was excellent. There's no lunch option at the hotel so we used the Centro Commerciale just a block away.
