They gave us a free upgrade to a waterfront suite with gorgeous views! Comfy bed, large room and the fireplace was a nice touch. Breakfast was very reasonable and the location was very walkable to Scotiabank Arena. We will definitely come back for a longer stay in the summer to take advantage of the outdoor pool!

All in all the Property was excellent. Within walking distance of Rogers centre and Union Station. And the Harbour-front is a cool area to explore. The biggest downside is that the hotel pool is open to the public. People came in and set up For a birthday party while we were trying to relax and recharge. Hotel Amenities should only be for guests. Besides that we would most defiantly use this hotel again when attending Jays games. The drinks are most excellent and the food we tried was really good(Nachos,Fries). 9/10- would visit again. Change the pool area to guests only.

The property is in a great, walkable location. It is right by the water and near restaurants. The little pizza place in the strip under the hotel is fantastic. The pool was nice, but the drinks were very expensive. The rooms were clean and updated. The parkade is extremely small/tight and a warning about that would've been appreciated.

If you’re using the photos or the list of amenities as a reason for booking this hotel, I highly recommend booking another hotel. The main reasons for booking this hotel was the stunning pool views and the huge common areas to spend time with friends who we had convinced to book this property as well. After calling on Thursday morning prior to the free cancellation policy kicking in, to confirm the pool would be open, and then checking in Friday afternoon, we arrived back to our hotel room at 10pm to a note saying that the pool would not be available from 9am-4pm on Saturday due to a “doggy dip” where locals could bring their dogs to swim in the pool. Returning from the Blue Jays game on Saturday evening at 6:30pm assuming we could use the pool, my kids hopped in the pool only to be covered in dog hair(disgusting). They had a self driven vacuum that wasn’t working in there. We were then told the entire pool area would be closed for the duration of the stay. After disappointing my kids by telling them there was no more pool for the trip, we moved indoors to have some drinks and snacks with our group of friends. At this time we were told to pack up our stuff as there was a movie being filmed in the hotel. We were given the option to move to a dimly lit corner with a couple of tables and chairs. I demanded to speak to the manager and after two hours of negotiating, I was given 35% off my stay. This hotel did not value my business and they don’t deserve your business!

Room was very clean, good use of space in the room, each floor has a water fill station, 4th floor was convenient for breakfast great views of the lake. Staff were friendly and easy to deal with. Hotel is about 5 minute walk to Rogers Centre and 10 minute to Scotiabank Arena. Hotel has direct access to Shoeless Joe's, at the corner there is a Tim Horton's. Has underground parking for guests and public use.

Very close to Rogers Center. Very covenient to see a Blue Jays Game. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed. Breakfast is excellent with reasonable prices.

Hotel is in poor condition. The room looked like it was given the landlord special. The floors were dirty, shower was missing chunks of it and they filled it with some sort of putty. There was fruit flies in the room. We had a lakeview but couldn’t even take pictures because the window was so dirty. This place definitely over chargers purely because of the location and not the quality of hotel.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at The Raddison Blu. Here is a breakdown of our stay. Pros: Beautiful Location -close to lots of great dining and shopping. Right on the waterfront with breathtaking views of the lake. Bed - One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Lovely linens. Pool - Great Pool, but was super crowded and over run with Children during our stay. Pool food/drink service was great. Staff - The staff were lovely. Con’s: Housekeeping- 3 out of 4 days we were not left with appropriate amount of clean towels/face cloths. Shower - Appeared to be Mold on the ceiling in the corners. Also behind the large mirror on the bathroom walls. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would go back. Just a few little things I think could be easily taken care of with better attention to detail when cleaning.

Checkin was simple, but front desk staff weren’t very friendly and didn’t seem all that happy. We were told we would get a text message when our room was available and didn’t get one. The room itself wasn’t be dry clean. Skittles, food and hair under the bed, dirty inside the fridge and bathroom countertops didn’t look very clean. Bed was very comfy and clean, the restaraunt was fairly good and the pool area was pretty nice.

Very nice. The rooms don't have the floor to ceiling windows shown in the photos, but are clean. A bit dated and the bathroom was not in good repair - broken faucet and cracked sink, but overall comfortable, decent location for a weekend away and nice view of the harbour

Nice hotel but missing a few little touches. No mirror except in the bathroom, awkward when two people are trying to get ready. Also only one small bar of soap, no body wash or second soap for the shower. Very comfortable bed & pillows!

The property itself is very nice, however the rooms are in need of some serious updating and repair. Specifically the TV system is from the 90's or something. It is super slow, no proper channel guide, blury, etc. The bathroom had paint peeling on the ceiling, and the nightstand has no drawers in it. Basically a cheap wooden cube. The room doors can't help but slam and we could hear people in the room beside us and the hallway. Sunday was very loud all day with people coming and going and cleaners, mostly due to the fact that all the doors slam shut. The towels however were very soft, there was a robe included, and the view was great. I was under the impression from the pictures advertised that there was a restaurant onsite that was open for dinner. This is not the case but there is a sports bar attached.

Room was clean and the beds are wonderful. Only issue was that there were no drapes or shades to keep the light out. Suns up, your room is bright. Not ideal, but otherwise the hotel stay was great. Parking was also cheap and convenient underground.

I had two stays at the Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown. The first was in a room that was on a lower floor and with no real view of the lake (even though it was advertised, and paid for, as having partial lake view). The room was disappointing but luckily I only had to use it for one night. The second stay (5 nights) however was on the top floor with South exposure and full lake view. The light and the view in this room were stunning. The rooms were otherwise clean and overall acceptable. The bathroom was essential but functional. I appreciated the filtered water fountain in the corridor. The hotel lobby is unimpressive and disappointing, but luminous thanks to the glass perimetral walls. The building shows its age and its need for a renovation.

The room was beautiful and had a great view. Staff were helpful and very polite. However, the amenities were not great, no room service, no smart tv, couldn’t cast or stream. The room only had plugs and on one side of the bed. No usb/c ports. No water in the room, you had to fill a glass container down the hall yourself, under the guise of saving plastic. It was glass, no lid and I never did find the filling station. The $ per night was very high and did not reflect this. For the same a night at a nearby hotel you can pay the same and have all the amenities to make your stay feel special and that you are being pampered a bit. Would not recommend for a staycation or families. Maybe a business trip?

I think the front desk could have better training and give a little information regarding our stay. We put our bags in storage and received stubs. Later they couldn’t find my bag. It was in another room. As opposed to him panicking and having me panic they should have checked in that first. Otherwise very nice hotel

This my second time staying at this hotel and not just a couple of nights, they have been five nights each time. We love it because it’s walkable to many places. As to the hotel. Was not asked if I had a Choice rewards account, did not like the view on the second floor overlooking the slug in the police area and third to be waiting at the desk when someone comes of the elevator to be serviced first. Not once did someone physically ask how my stay was at the desk the many times I passed it but to get a text to ask, found that a little im personable Regards

Underground parking is very tight for a mini van. Shower doesn't have a door. At first we thought it was by design but after moving to an identical room on a different floor we found out that there is supposed to be a door. Water is everywhere on the floor after you take a shower. Our sink clogged up after 10pm. Called the front desk, they said they will send someone up within 10 mins. 30 mins later no one came. Called the desk again, another 15 mins later they told us they can't find the maintenance person. They finally agreed to give us a new room. This is when we found out our shower is missing a door. OMG. The location is good

We stayed at this hotel because of the distance to the Rogers centre as we were attending a Blue Jays game. This hotel was walking distance to the Rogers Centre. We were very pleased with the room but there was a lot of outside noise from the bars nearby. Very loud music until 1 or 2 am. After that time it was quiet.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff at Shoeless Joes are not very helpful or hospitable. Aware that it was game six of the World Series, but staff accordingly and show hospitality, there is more than one way to say no.

Great location with lots of shopping and dining options! The bathroom was a bit run-down with odd tap positioning in the shower stall. The shower handle came off easily with a mere touch, causing some anxiety in the beginning. The shower gel was out when I got there, so I requested it to be filled and got shampoo instead. They need to improve on their staffing. I wish they had a good breakfast option within the hotel premises - a buffet would have been wonderful. There was no scope of having pre-ordered breakfast at Watermark restaurant, unlike what they made me believe by their marketing campaign - when I went there to check out their breakfast one morning, there was no one at the reception. I waited for minutes and left disappointed. Instead, I got great choices right across the street. Overall, an expensive place - understandable due to its prime location, but could be better still. David was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Kudos to him!

Paul at breakfast was fabulous, gave great tips for shopping, eating, transport and walking in neighbourhod. Housekeeping staff were patient and efficient.
