The room was a lot bigger than I expected! Very spacious! The bathroom was nice and clean. The ambient lighting that my room provided, it helped me to wind down after a long day. The staff were so kind and courteous! Whenever I had any issues, they were quick to respond. I have nothing but kind words for the whole staff! I was initially confused about the sauna’s location, so I’m going to add this. When you’re on the 8th floor, the sauna will be found in the changing rooms. Location is very convenient. You’re in-front of ROM, the train station is right around the corner (Bedford), the are many stores, cafes and restaurants along Bloor Street West. I enjoyed walking through the University of Toronto campus park. My only (tiny) downside is that the fridge is a bit small, but I didn’t have too many leftovers for it to be a problem. Will definitely consider this hotel whenever I’m back in Toronto.

Location perfect for us. Lovely tree lined street across from Royal Conservatory of Music and U of Toronto pretty campus Steps away from ROM, museum of natural history with modern style displays. Excellent restaurants walking distance. Multicultural staff are polite and responsive to guest needs.. Good fitness center and indoor lap pool with view. We have returned once and will do so again when next in Toronto.

Great location to enjoy everything Yorkville has to offer, fabulous shopping, abundance of amazing restaurants, the museum and proximity to subway. Getting our luggage from bell services was extremely slow, resulting in a made rush to the train station. The only on-site restaurant/bar was unfortunately unavailable to most guests because of a private function so unable to provide feedback.

Ok for a 2-3 star standard, but apart from their concierges and cleaning staff reception is just lacking general customer service knowledge. Took around 40 mins to check in, and if I asked them a question other guests would just walk in and interrupt and they would just help them instead. Travelled for more than 30 years and seen 1 star hotels with better staff and friendliness.
