Breakfast is not a buffet and service is in spanish only... but the food is ok ..

It took us almost 3 hrs. to get checked in. Of the 5 rooms that we got only one had a shower that worked. One of the rooms toilet seat was broken. Our room only had one electric outlet and it was up near the ceiling. There was black mold on the ceiling. Phone hanging down on the wall. Closet ceiling had holes in it. The positive things, where the Beds, they were clean comfortable, They served us Breakfast (Eggs, Toast and Juice)

Communication was weak! Hotel was overbooked but took 4 hours to admit having to stand and wait. Would have been nice to just admit up front!
