Great location. Friendly staff and good condition. My only concern was the gym. Average condition and minimal equipment. One machine (bike) was not working. Still not fixed after 8 days (I told them on day 2). Otherwise excellent.

2部屋がつながっている構造で、広々として清潔でとてもよかったです。 バスルームの外に洗面台があるのも、順番にお風呂に入る際にとても便利でした。 スタッフさんは親切で、荷物も預かってもらえました。 サウナやフィットネスもあり、今回は利用できませんでしたが、疲れを取るのによさそうです。

8月にジュニアスタジオスイートに3泊しました、Expediaで予約しましたが3泊で8万円程度だったのでコストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。部屋は40㎡あり広く快適です。自分たちの泊まった部屋には窓が3箇所もありましたが、窓からは建物の壁と屋根が見えるだけでした。周りは静かで快適にすごせました。部屋にはワードローブ、小さなテーブルと椅子、ちょっとした作業も可能なデスク、電気ポットなどがありました。セキュリティボックスはとても小さく、自分の14インチのPCは入りませんでした。毎日出かけるときにPCはフロントに預けましたが、預り証もなかったので少し不安でした。バスルームも広くバスタブもシャワールームもあります。歯ブラシはありません。タオル類はバスルームの床かバスタブに置かないと交換してくれないようです。ただフロントに交換してほしいとお願いしたら、部屋に新しいタオルを届けてくれました。 朝食は緑の野菜がないですが、それ以外は一般的なホテルと変わらない感じだと思います。コーヒーはカプチーノもありますが、普通のコーヒーを頼むとポットで持ってきてくれ、ミルクも別になっているので、ミルクの量を調節したいひとには良いサービスと思います。 ランドリーがあるという情報があったのですが、洗濯機と乾燥機が1台ずつで、タイミングが悪いとなかなか使えないようでした。ランドリーを使う場合は、フロントに申し込んでから使う必要があり、1回につき20ユーロかかるということでした。自分が申し込んだときはまだ洗濯機が使用中だったので1時間ほど待ってからフロントにお願いしたところ、洗濯物を取り出して使わせてくれました。洗剤も備えていました。乾燥機はずっと使用中だったのですが、乾燥用の物干しラックがあり、自由に部屋に持ち込んで良いということだったのでそちらで乾かしました。夜干して次の日観光から帰ったら乾いていました。またバスルームに電熱のタオル掛のようなものがあり、そちらでも乾かせるとのことでした。セルフサービスで20ユーロは高い気はします。 このホテルはウィーンの中心には徒歩圏内、地下鉄のStadtpark駅までは2分と近くシェーンブルン宮殿には地下鉄1本で行けます。すぐ近くにGmoa Kellerという評判の良いレストランもあります。宿泊最終日には夕食の時間に強い雨が降ったのですが、眼の前にインターコンチネンタル ウィーンという高級ホテルもあり、そこで食事もすることができました。 スタッフは皆親切でフロントでは色々質問したのですが、丁寧に回答してくれました。ちょっと中心からは離れていますが、部屋が広く静かな環境で過ごしたい人にはおすすめできます。

Black mould. Old beaten up. Uncomfortable beds. Phone not working. Shower not working. Tiny 20 inch screens used as TVs. No lock on bedroom and bathroom doors. Parking not on site as promised. Extremely difficult and time consuming to go to another hotel across the road to park. Had to walk three times back-and-forth to figure out where the parking was and how to access it. Very frustrating.

Serene, calm and beautiful hotel, conveniently located within a 5 to 10-minute walk to the heart of Vienna. The light-filled room was large, immaculate and so nice with its tall ceilings and blackout curtains. The breakfast is one of the nicest hotel breakfasts I’ve seen with its many fresh options. We look forward to it every morning. The hotel also has a new small gym downstairs with a nice sauna.

Lovely hotel just on the edge of everything and walkable! Room was so comfortable, with a small kitchenette, soaking tub and separate master suite. Staff was was helpful and welcoming. The elevator was out while we were there.

Bra läge, rena stora rum, trevlig personal, bra frukost, mycket trevlig träningslokal och fräsch spa. The beds were a bit on the hard side for us but I would still recommend this hotel.

Interessante Location. Da wurde ein typisches Ringstraßenhaus zum Hotel ausgebaut. Unsere Suite waren 2 echt große Räume mit Wohlfühlcharakter. Sehr großes Badezimmer. Dennoch wurde mit den alten Fensterrahem der ursprüngliche Charme erhalten. Top freundlicher Service, sehr hilfsbereites Personal in allen Bereichen. Parken gegen Aufpreis im Hotel Intercont schräg gegenüber möglich. - Bei der Buchung voranmelden nicht vergessen! Frühstück sieht zwar "klein" aus, ist aber umfangreich und sicher für jeden was dabei. Uns hat es prima gefallen und wir kommen fix wieder.

Odaların büyüklüğü aile kullanımı için ideal günlük odanın eksiklikleri tamamlanıyor fakat temizlik yapılmıyordu. Odaya ilk girdiğimizde odanın temizliği iyiydi. Kahvaltı fiyat performans anlamında tatmin ediciydi. Çeşit çok değil fakat her kesime hitap etmekteydi. Resepsiyon görevlileri ilgili ve çözüm odaklıydı. Erken check-in yapmamızda herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Viyana'ya tekrar seyahat yapacak olsam otel tercihim aynı olur ;)

Good location that was walkable to the centre and very close to the U Bahn. The hotel was very clean, comfotable, very friendly and very spacious. Can’t fault it. The breakfast choices were fresh and varied from cereals and fruit to pastries and cooked items. Our party had a wonderful few days.

It is located close to the central. The room was spacious, with a bath and shower. The staff was lovely. However, I think they never changed the towels and bed sheets in our room. The towels were precisely in the same place where we left them in our room, and the bed sheets were just tidied up.

Mostly the hotel is great for value pros: spacious, clean room, friendly staff. cons: they didn't change bed sheets daily, a bit far from shopping center and touristic attractions, no shower gel.

Great location if you want to be near the Wien Mitte train station (where you catch the airport train). Hotel itself was a bit dated but everything is mostly fine. Suite was very spacious and well equipped if you're in for a longer stay (we had a 20-hour layover in Vienna). Also very quiet location so you can easily get some rest. Photos suggested a suite with hardwood flooring but ours was fully carpeted, including the kitchenette which suffered from stains. Suggest leaving your shoes on in this suite or at least socks.

Venligt personale. Vi havde 2 værelser, hvoraf der lugtede meget på det ene, vi tænker det skyldes at der var gamle tæpper på værelset og aircondition ikke virkede, lugten blev ikke bedre i løbet af ferien.

We were made to feel very welcome upon our arrival. The hotel was clean and tidy. Our room on the 3rd floor was quiet and spacious. Was glad that the windows could be opened. Liked that there was a separate bathroom with a closed door. Everything was spotlessly clean. Plenty of wardrobe space. Safety deposit box. Minor things: bath towels were a bit on the small side, no shower gel supplied only shampoo/conditioner, no iron in room, and pillows were limp (although the bed itself was comfy and it was a proper double not two singles pushed together). Location was good in as much as it took about 12 minutes to walk into the city centre, but there wasn't a lot to do in the immediate vicinity. Beethoven's statue was very near, and a few restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

It was really easy to get to on public transport and everywhere was within a 20-30 mins walk. Lots of places to eat and the staff were really helpful when approached. The room was big and clean, with nice in room toiletries. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so can't comment but there are places within a short walk which we preferred as en route to places. It's between two other hotels but I'm glad I picked HiLights!

Nice large suite that was clean and stocked nicely. Location was right across the street from a beautiful park that we walked through everyday to get to the centre of Vienna. Great location if you want to be near the Wien Mitte train station (where you catch the airport train). Hotel itself was a bit dated but everything is mostly fine. Suite was very spacious and well equipped if you're in for a longer stay (we had a 20-hour layover in Vienna). Also very quiet location so you can easily get some rest. Photos suggested a suite with hardwood flooring but ours was fully carpeted, including the kitchenette which suffered from stains. Suggest leaving your shoes on in this suite or at least socks.

We booked the most expensive and large suite but were given a standard room. The room was very hot although outside it was about 5. The bathroom smelled like an open sewer and despite all windows open the smell got worse in the room itself and the room did not cool. Later the evening we complained but were told we were already several hours in the room and no rooms were available. When we got upset they suddenly found a room (yes the same one we originally booked). This room was noisy at night (see picture with a noice level at 2 hours past midnight). We thus needed earplugs to sleep

Highlight Suites was just terrific. The staff was pleasant and helpful, the location in downtown Vienna made it easy to get to the many restaurants, museums and shops, all of which are easily walkable. The room/suite was beyond spacious! Nicely appointed with great bathroom amenities. My only slight disappointment was there was no iron/ironing board which after unpacking, would have been helpful. I didn't eat in the restaurant so, cannot review it. Overall, a really terrific hotel!

Overall a great place to stay. Neat "boutique" style hotel within easy walking distance to the subway station and the park, as well as the city center. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very spacious, although the showers are very small (bigger than a cruise ship shower, but not by much). The beds were a bit harder than I prefer, and the king-sized bed was actually two twin beds pushed together. Still, I would not hesitate to stay there again when in Vienna.

Overall it was a good hotel, however AC was very low and with high temperatures it wasnt enough, room layout could be improved and lastly when we tried to complete check out there was no staff on service, even if it was after 7am

The room was great! Location was very central with almost 20-30 min walks to major attractions and museums. It's close to a train station and a lot of the trams and buses. Most importantly, it was close to the Vienna concert hall where a many lovely concerts were held. The staff is super nice and helpful in all aspects - from food recommendations to umbrella rentals - everything is perfect! The only thing is that the heat is a bit too high but this was resolved via opening windows. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the hot sauna, since it rained while we were there. The room was perfect with a view of the park. Breakfast buffet was splendid and had lots of choices, like various meats, eggs, and cheeses, some oatmeals, yogurts, cold cereals, pastries, fresh fruits, fresh veggies, juices, coffee, and lots of attendants replenishing. Great location being close to everything we wanted to see and do.

It was ok overall and hotel staff has been kind however it was bit weird and difficult to understand to book the taxi. I asked to book the tax once at reception and told me confirmed but one day before leaving I checked with them just in case then it was not confirmed and then told me to pay in advance in cash. (I have not been informed anything when I had asked them before ) then paid the cash 50 euro. Several hours later they called me to pay … I explained again and again these situation. Also I asked the receipt at reception when I paid , they answered taxi driver will give the receipt. But driver didn’t give me the receipt saying me “I don’t receive many so i can’t give you the receipt.” I really don’t understand these arrangement for the taxi , it was so annoying. Of course I sent a message to send me a receipt to Hotel but I don’t receive any answers from them. How can I get a receipt??

on arrival we have been allocated a room that wasn't up to standard -to say the least so we wanted to leave.Than the very efficient and lovely girls moved us to another room that was great for us and we stayed.Loved the way they have thought of many thing a traveller might need in the bathroom and the whole place had plenty of room,light and space for our stuff.We will be back again and that time to sample the great breakfast too as this time we had no time for it.All the staff are exceptionally nice and pleasant -fully recommend it.

Serene, calm and beautiful hotel, conveniently located within a 5 to 10-minute walk to the heart of Vienna. The light-filled room was large, immaculate and so nice with its tall ceilings and blackout curtains. The breakfast is one of the nicest hotel breakfasts I’ve seen with its many fresh options. We look forward to it every morning. The hotel also has a new small gym downstairs with a nice sauna.

It was really easy to get to on public transport and everywhere was within a 20-30 mins walk. Lots of places to eat and the staff were really helpful when approached. The room was big and clean, with nice in room toiletries. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so can't comment but there are places within a short walk which we preferred as en route to places. It's between two other hotels but I'm glad I picked HiLights!

I was not expecting the room to be huge but there was big space for luggages and all our stuff. I walked to St steohens Cathedral around 15 mins. Went to belvedee same 15 mins. Walked ro christmas markets stephansplatz, rathausplatz, belvedere, everything is walkable. I walked solo to christmas markets and it was safe at night

What a wonderful hotel!! We just loved it here. Our suite was huge and so comfortable. The hotel was spotless throughout. The location was great. It is within walking distance of most all of the Vienna tourist attractions. What we enjoyed here the most though was the staff. All of the desk staff just went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us out. We can’t say enough excellent things about them. The only negative about our stay here was the breakfast. It was 24 euro per person and it just wasn’t worth it. There was a decent selection of food to choose from, but the food was just ok quality. The juice one morning was so chemical tasting that we couldn’t drink it. And I question their food handling. The sterno went out under the sausages, and my sausage was really cold. When I alerted the buffet staff, they just relit the sterno and never adequately heated the meat. That’s a big no no. Overall I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat, I would just avoid the breakfast buffet at all costs.

Beautiful hotel and absolutely beautiful and very spacious rooms. My favorite hotel that I stayed at on my Austria trip and I kept missing this hotel. Staff was nice and helpful and always greeted visitors coming or leaving as well. Good location, comfortable bed and bedding.

We booked two rooms, they were in most respects, identical, so these comments fit both rooms unless stated otherwise. Hi-light Suites provides excellent value especially when compared to others in the same 4 star class. Spacious, well appointed with a decent bed, small TV room/lounge room area beyond the end of the main bed, a refrigerator but no freezer nor ice, a good working desk (plenty of space for lap top and reference materials, and a good chair), and plenty of power points where needed. The only downsides concerns the plumbing - the bath is used to stand in for the shower, and the water does not drain freely. In one of our rooms the shower head was leaking and spraying all over the bathroom. I have marked most aspects with 4 oo 5 because although it ticked all the boxes functionally, there was room for ready improvement. Typical improvement would be to provide some rooms with free standing showers so that elderly guests do not have to clamber precariously over the high sides of the bath tub for shower. A guest laundry would be a welcome addition.
