Bueno el hotel está ubicado en una zona privilegiada en un risco muy bonito y está un poco aislado del resto de la playa donde está toda la gente entonces tiene una playa privada hermosa. El hotel tiene un excelente servicio todo el personal está conectado con hacer una buena experiencia para sus clientes. En el tema de mantenimiento tiene varias áreas de oportunidad por ejemplo en la zona de la alberca que por cierto es muy bonita los camastros y las sombrillas ya están viejos y eso demerita la imagen del hotel. Así mismo los elevadores también necesitan un cambio porque son viejos y no dan muy buen aspecto. Las habitaciones son maravillosas las camas y la ropa de cama están en excelente condición lo único que podría criticar de la habitación es el tema de las toallas las cuales podrían estar mucho mejor de lo que están

Le hace falta mantenimiento, las personas de recepción son poco amables. Los meseros Ismael y Samantha son espectaculares en su buen trato y atención, el gerente Fernando de alimentos y bebidas es muy atento y fueron los que mejoraron de manera muy favorable la estancia en el hotel. The Staff is absolutely excellent! The property location is excellent! The beach in front maybe best in the area. However, the entire property is showing it's age. The bed and pillows were excellent however the towels were torn and worn out? No hand towels in the bathrooms? Room felt dirty. The lounge chairs and pads were worn out at the pool? Food was marginal at best. The facilities in general are overdue for a remodel!

Es un hotel muy lindo, nos encantó la playa, las instalaciones en general son muy buenas y el personal es muy amable. Sería bueno que arreglaran los elevadores que son muy viejos y las habitaciones no tienen black out por lo que entra luz en la mañana.

This is a premier hotel. As far as beachfront lodges go, it would be hard to compete with Quinta. The staff, on the whole, are terrific. And the accommodations tremendous! BUT, there are a few things to be aware of…. The restaurant is VERY EXPENSIVE. We (two) had a total of five meals over three days, and it cost me over $750. I don’t know how that’s possible, except that I did not pay sufficient attention to the pricing in pesos. It would benefit the international traveler to ensure all menus contain $ listings, instead of only displaying peso prices. It’s a tourist getaway, so there is obviously no hesitation to charge exorbitantly. I’m still astounded by the amounts. Another thing to consider… the hotel does not have easy access. The heavy security apparatus makes coming and going a challenge. If you’re traveling by taxi, it can be an aggravation. I would rent a car if I had it to do over again. There was one incident with a guest in the suite above playing excessively loud music, apparently preferring to party rather than enjoy the surf side experience. I complained to the front desk, and fortunately the matter was resolved within an hour. The main thing to bear in mind is, Quinta is not within easy walking distance to common services, like grocery stores, restaurants and malls. Be prepared to spend on transportation if you’re planning to go out and visit places in Acapulco. But if your objective is a relaxing seaside stay, there is possibly no better place in Acapulco.

The location is spectacular… surrounded by an entire private neighborhood that’s great for beautiful morning walks and a private beach that I loved, quiet and tranquil. The beds and pillows were amazing- I couldn’t have slept better. The food was also good and affordable and we really enjoyed the service by the pool. The rooms are dated and they are a bit stingy with drinking water in the room, but the views make up for the old couches :)

Ya me he hospedado antes en este hotel y me gusta muchisimo la ubicacion y el area de alberca, que es muy privado y agradable. Pero esta vez hubo 2 incidentes que hicieron que mi opinion del hotel cambiara: 1. Pague por una habitacion de mejor categoria, y nos dieron una habitacion con un aire acondicionado que no enfriaba no suficiente, cuando estabamos a mas de 40 grados. Era sofocante llegar a un cuarto medio fresco cuando lo unico que deseabamos en ese momento era un lugar muy fresco. Lo reportamos pero junca atendieron nuestra queja. 2. Al final de nuestra estancia ya que estabamos partiendo, llego una persona del hotel corriendo a cobrarnos unos articulos del servibar que no consumimos. Me parecio de muy mal gusto q no lo cobraran al hacer el checkout y no darnos la oportunidad de rebatir esos cargos. En ese momento los pagamos, pero no me gusto eso. En fin, espero que mejoren en esoa aspectos ya que el hotel me gusta mucho a mi y a mi familia.

Nuestra estancia estuvo muy agradable. El staff del hotel muy atento. La primera noche tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y lo reportamos el dia siguiente. Como no quedo bien, la gerencia nos cambio a otro cuatro. Los empleados en la piscina tambien un atentos y amables.

We paid for one of the suites for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfortable if a little dated. The bed was comfortable. We went to dinner the first night. We ordered the sashimi. It came to the table room temperature. I ordered a Caesar salad. They put bottled blue cheese. When I called them on it they insisted it was Caesar. Whatever. My wife ordered the red snapper. It was the toughest piece of fish we have ever had. Then they left the salad I didn’t eat on the bill. When my wife asked for extra coffee pods at the front desk she was told there would be a surcharge. I’m paying for a suite and you are going to nickel and dime me for coffee pods. The next night when I ordered ice for the room that took forever to get there. Don’t waste your money at the restaurant and temper your customer service expectations if you go to this hotel

This is a premier hotel. As far as beachfront lodges go, it would be hard to compete with Quinta. The staff, on the whole, are terrific. And the accommodations tremendous! BUT, there are a few things to be aware of…. The restaurant is VERY EXPENSIVE. We (two) had a total of five meals over three days, and it cost me over $750. I don’t know how that’s possible, except that I did not pay sufficient attention to the pricing in pesos. It would benefit the international traveler to ensure all menus contain $ listings, instead of only displaying peso prices. It’s a tourist getaway, so there is obviously no hesitation to charge exorbitantly. I’m still astounded by the amounts. Another thing to consider… the hotel does not have easy access. The heavy security apparatus makes coming and going a challenge. If you’re traveling by taxi, it can be an aggravation. I would rent a car if I had it to do over again. There was one incident with a guest in the suite above playing excessively loud music, apparently preferring to party rather than enjoy the surf side experience. I complained to the front desk, and fortunately the matter was resolved within an hour. The main thing to bear in mind is, Quinta is not within easy walking distance to common services, like grocery stores, restaurants and malls. Ya me he hospedado antes en este hotel y me gusta muchisimo la ubicacion y el area de alberca, que es muy privado y agradable. Pero esta vez hubo 2 incidentes que hicieron que mi opinion del hotel cambiara: 1. Pague por una habitacion de mejor categoria, y nos dieron una habitacion con un aire acondicionado que no enfriaba no suficiente, cuando estabamos a mas de 40 grados. Era sofocante llegar a un cuarto medio fresco cuando lo unico que deseabamos en ese momento era un lugar muy fresco. Lo reportamos pero junca atendieron nuestra queja. 2. Al final de nuestra estancia ya que estabamos partiendo, llego una persona del hotel corriendo a cobrarnos unos articulos del servibar que no consumimos. Me parecio de muy mal gusto q no lo cobraran al hacer el checkout y no darnos la oportunidad de rebatir esos cargos. En ese momento los pagamos, pero no me gusto eso. En fin, espero que mejoren en esoa aspectos ya que el hotel me gusta mucho a mi y a mi familia.

Le hace falta mantenimiento, las personas de recepción son poco amables. Los meseros Ismael y Samantha son espectaculares en su buen trato y atención, el gerente Fernando de alimentos y bebidas es muy atento y fueron los que mejoraron de manera muy favorable la estancia en el hotel. Very pleasant stay in a perfect location in Acapulco. The service is excellent, and I want to specially mention Victor, server at the restaurant, as he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Don't forget to try the pina colada served at the pool and on the beach, it is especially delicious.

Nuestra estancia estuvo muy agradable. El staff del hotel muy atento. La primera noche tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y lo reportamos el dia siguiente. Como no quedo bien, la gerencia nos cambio a otro cuatro. Los empleados en la piscina tambien un atentos y amables.

As a Watermen the property is in an ideal location with the best surf in Diamante. I own beach house six hours south of Acapulco in Puerto Escondido and another one four hours north in Troncones. I like to stay here to break up the long drive. I have stayed here now four different times and love it. The staff is excellent so no reason to go anywhere else.

Bueno el hotel está ubicado en una zona privilegiada en un risco muy bonito y está un poco aislado del resto de la playa donde está toda la gente entonces tiene una playa privada hermosa. El hotel tiene un excelente servicio todo el personal está conectado con hacer una buena experiencia para sus clientes. En el tema de mantenimiento tiene varias áreas de oportunidad por ejemplo en la zona de la alberca que por cierto es muy bonita los camastros y las sombrillas ya están viejos y eso demerita la imagen del hotel. Así mismo los elevadores también necesitan un cambio porque son viejos y no dan muy buen aspecto. Las habitaciones son maravillosas las camas y la ropa de cama están en excelente condición lo único que podría criticar de la habitación es el tema de las toallas las cuales podrían estar mucho mejor de lo que están

The location is spectacular… surrounded by an entire private neighborhood that’s great for beautiful morning walks and a private beach that I loved, quiet and tranquil. The beds and pillows were amazing- I couldn’t have slept better. The food was also good and affordable and we really enjoyed the service by the pool. The rooms are dated and they are a bit stingy with drinking water in the room, but the views make up for the old couches :)

The Staff is absolutely excellent! The property location is excellent! The beach in front maybe best in the area. However, the entire property is showing it's age. The bed and pillows were excellent however the towels were torn and worn out? No hand towels in the bathrooms? Room felt dirty. The lounge chairs and pads were worn out at the pool? Food was marginal at best. The facilities in general are overdue for a remodel!

Nos gustó mucho la vista y la tranquilidad aunque estuviera a lado el mercado de revolcadero. y por la temporada no habia mucha gente lo cual estuvo mucho mejor. Lo malo es que los precios de los alimentos y bebidas están altísimos muy por encima de otros hoteles que hemos visitado este año, consumimos un par de veces dentro porque fue necesario pero generalmente nos íbamos a buscar restaurantes o buffets en la avenida principal

We paid for one of the suites for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfortable if a little dated. The bed was comfortable. We went to dinner the first night. We ordered the sashimi. It came to the table room temperature. I ordered a Caesar salad. They put bottled blue cheese. When I called them on it they insisted it was Caesar. Whatever. My wife ordered the red snapper. It was the toughest piece of fish we have ever had. Then they left the salad I didn’t eat on the bill. When my wife asked for extra coffee pods at the front desk she was told there would be a surcharge. I’m paying for a suite and you are going to nickel and dime me for coffee pods.
