This hotel isn't cheap but the convenience makes it worth it if you are renting a car located at the hotel. The rental car was super easy to pick up and return and they provide an airport shuttle - great if you have a early flight! The rooms were very nice and the restaurant in the hotel was great!

There was a swimming pool that was not mentioned on hotels.com. it saved a lot. The rental car return was quite a challenge. Most difficult was to find the tranfer from the airport to the hotel. I guess it would not be so hard to organixe the alphabets from A to D.

Helpful staff. Good amenities. Being able to leave my car while I was overseas and get the hotel bus to and from the airport made my trip so easy. FYI parking is free for a number of days if booking is made with the hotel which I had not known.

But the shuttle service is quirky with poor instructions about airport pick up location for unfamiliar guests Shuttle service seems also to be involved in pick up and drop off of private tours, creating confusion for those awaiting transportation to the airport. In my experience the driver was worse than useless in explaining which bus was private and which was the airport shuttle.

Check in staff friendly. Basic small room, which reflected the price paid, room felt damp, quite dusty and the bathroom smelt of mould with poor ventilation. Room was next to the motorway so could hear road noise all night and the room would shake when a heavy vehicle went past. Paid extra for the breakfast buffet in the morning and all the “hot” food was cold. The fruits and some hot food item were not replenished while I was there even with it still being early and many more guest still to come. I like the free parking during your staff and there’s ample parking spaces.

Nice staff and ok room. Unfortunately under the bed was so dusty you could see huge dust balls and a thick layer of dust on the carpet. The cover over the water carafe was covered in black mould which I cleaned. The staff were lovely. Restaurant convenient with nice food. Great free bus service to and from airport with the lovely bus driver dropping us near car rental outlet day of our check out.

The beds were comfy and staff friendly but room was quite grubby. Drops of something red (toothpaste? Lotion?) dried on bathroom sink bench, I could remove it with wet finger though. Bathroom cabinet mirror was grubby with greasy marks. Disappointing as you are left wondering how clean the rest of the room is then, which isn’t a nice feeling. I wasn’t feeling well and had an early flight next morning so I just ignored it but it was disappointing.

We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find. The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.

Room great and spacious - has everything you need. Bed quite comfy. Soundproofing not great - loud neighbours kept me awake until they decided to go to sleep. Staff, wonderful and helpful for the most part. Reception staff were spot on, restaurant staff were lovely, one of the bar staff was great (the one from Columbia). The other one was pretty rude and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. Food was fine. Not as great as I was hoping. The chefs specials were delicious. The burger was bland and lukewarm. Took an age between starters and mains. I was impressed on the whole and would come back.

The rooms are reasonably small but efficient for short stays. Little room for suitcases on the floor and limited storage full stop. We couldn’t get our air conditioner/heat pump to stop blowing out cold air so gave up and turned it off - which is probably more our fault but I suspect previous guests had played around with it and it was not on correct settings - cleaning staff maybe could check??

The room was clean and spacious, however i was keen to utilise the coffee machine in the room but was unable to as ut wasnt plgged in nor capable of being plugged in. The wet floor shower had good pressure however without a guard to stop water splashing the entire floor in the bathroom was wet including around the toilet and handbasin, we ended up using the towels to dry the floor so it we could use the other amenities.

Nice check in staff, stay was going great until found no iron on the room I had to call twice for an iron highlighting my tight time frame, but received no urgency Offered to go to housekeeping myself as I was totally happy to do so, but asked not to. I ended up going to housekeeping where the staff were terrific and gave me an iron The iron I ordered turned up after 20 minutes and I had already ironed my shirt Such a simple thing that soured an otherwise great stay

Checkin waren sehr unfreundlich. Grüsste nicht. Antwortete auf Fragen nicht. Ist eines der unfreundlichsten Checkin je .Concierge war sehr hilfreich. Auch das checkout mit einem anderen Mitarbeiter war sehr gut. Restaurant: Wartezeit für Bestellung über 30 Minuten, dann Restaurant verlassen!!!!@

The staff were kind and very helpful. When I called to advise that I had arrived and was hoping to take advantage of the free shuttle service they asked who I was so they could start the checkin process. Easiest checkin I’ve had at a hotel, which was especially appreciated at 11pm after a long flight. And thank you to the wonderful shuttle drivers too!

Check in was super fast and friendly helpful guy on the counter. We were going to a concert and when we came back about 11.30 at night they welcomed us and said there was food available in the restaurant and they were still open. Only wish else knew this before we went out earlier as would not have come back with McDonald’s and ordered something from restaurant. Amazing service

The staff were courteous and helpful both check in and out were quick and seamless. I got in to Auckland early and they were able to do an early check in. The room was presented immaculately wifi was excellent and was able to cast movies off my phone to the tv. They had all the channels on the tv as well. I went down to their restaurant and had the scotch fillet. It was cooked to perfection with an awesome char on it. Everything was fresh and tasty. This morning I took the shuttle bus at 4am to the airport. Driver was awesome and polite. Well done. Will be back.

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are large and the service staff is attentive. It is farther away from restaurants. Which means you'll have to order food and drinks from the hotel, which is can be pricey. If you'd like more food options at a reasonable price, stay at the IBIS.

翌日の飛行機のために宿泊。空港の行き来はシャトルバスがあるから大丈夫だけど、予想以上にホテルの周りに何もなし。まぁ、前泊が主目的なので大問題ではないですが。部屋自体は広くて快適ですが、まだ寒い季節なのでエアコンで部屋を暖めようとしても、ほとんど効果なし。この点だけ残念です。

Always enjoy our stay here. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff and great shuttle service. This time we encountered a problem. Saturday night and we weren't able to order off the dinner menu at the restaurant as they had a buffet on. This is new apparently, For Thursday through to Sundays. We were told we could order room service if we didn't want the buffet. That wasn't really an option as we did not have a table and chairs in our room to sit at and we definitely do not want to eat sitting on our bed. We had to speak to several staff members before they agreed we could order off the room service menu but have it delivered to the restaurant. This was just ridiculous. For an airport hotel trying to determine your menu based on weekends or weekdays just doesn't make sense. We had been travelling due over a month. I didn't even know what day it was ! We weren't the only ones who didn't want the buffet.
