Nice quiet location with lovely views and big decks. The staff is quite nice and welcoming. The bar is quiet and there is outdoor seating in a lovely setting. It’s a little inconvenient to services (a 3-4 block walk to coffee, pharmacy, etc.). If you need a cab, I recommend Uber since the cabs weren’t reliable, but Uber drivers are usually waiting nearby. Gym was small but serviceable. The pool is quite small.

Das Haus punktet allein schon mit seiner besonderen Lage am Ende der Wharf und somit direkt am Meer. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und konnten die Formalitäten schnell erledigen. Das Gepäck wurde auf unser Zimmer gebracht. Beim Eintreten in das Zimmer fiel unser Blick durch die große Fensterfront direkt auf den Hafen. Diese Zimmerbuchung hat sich gelohnt und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Für die Gäste waren Bademantel und Hausschuhe bereitgelegt. Es gibt einen kleinen beheizten Infinity-Pool und Fitness-Geräten. Das Frühstücksbüffet bietet eine reiche Auswahl. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, so dass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und gute Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar sind. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit im Hilton Hotel Auckland.

Property was a bit tired looking especially for the price point. It needs a renovation. Mold in grout in shower, etc. Be sure you understand that any room that doesn’t face the water, is not a city view but rather a view of an apartment which = closed curtains all the time. Very convenient if you are cruising given its proximity to the port.

Balcony was absolutely filthy when we checked in, it was clearly not cleaned for days or weeks. Disgusting to see rubbish and poop when looking out at the harbour. Bathroom had stains around the bath faucet. Breakfast buffet had very few dairy free options and the food signs were inconsistent with the allergy info, which could be dangerous if you had severe allergies. My husband ordered the pancakes and said they were good, fried eggs and bacon were fine. Soy milk was freely available. Service was fine. Condition of room was a bit old and tattered. Bed was comfy and big. Be aware that you will be able to hear quite loud ferry horns at all hours, rooms are not soundproofed. They woke me up early in the morning. I was not informed about works at the hotel until I checked in. Hilton blamed hotels.com who I booked through, however the responsibility sits with Hilton to ensure it is clear to guests at the time of booking, and it was not despite them being planned works. Works were noisy both in the room and more so on the balcony. I would not have booked the room if I knew. Assistant manager Catherine tried really hard to make up for the issues but a free drink at the bar or a complimentary brownie - which was apparently sent to our room but we didn't receive it - doesn't make up for the poor experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. The room was very comfortable and beautiful. We loved the extra large balcony and view of the ocean. The room was clean. The bathroom was super nice. The staff was helpful and caring.

Shower had about 5 drops coming out - terrible. Bathroom wall tiles around bath dirty. No basics like plates or cutlery. No small kitchen sink - had to use bathroom for glass of water. Harbour views blocked by cruise ship - no notice given that would be the case. Staff lovely.

Alles wirkte alt. Das Badezimmer war schmutzig. Die Fugen waren z. T. Mit Schimmel überzogen. So sah es auch auf dem Balkon und am Pool aus. Im Restaurant oder an der Bar mussten wir mehrfach sehr lange warten auf Getränke. Selbst das Frühstücken war nicht schön, da zunächst eine Warteschlange überwunden werden musste. Kaffe aus der Maschine wurde extra berechnet. Die Wartezeit für Kaffe war zum Teil über 20min. Der Kaffe kam erst zum Ende des Frühstücks. Zum Glück gibt es bessere Alternativen.

Great location, hence we picked this hotel. Check in was at 3pm. We waited around until this time, headed in only to be told our room wasn’t ready! Had to wait until 4pm to even get into the room. The hotel staff called when ready which was convenient. This made our evening unnecessarily rushed as we had to be out at an event soon after. Hotel itself is nice, the rooms are fairly outdated and drabby. Given the price, I would have expected better condition suites & better service. Much nicer hotels available for half the price in Auckland.

The curtains were broken which made it difficult to shut the light of the Hilton sign out. The toilet moved because to was not properly attached to the wall. There was a lot of noise that made impossible to sleep. So between the light flooding the room the noise and the bed being extremely soft with pillows that were to high, we had limited sleep.

We had a king room with a view of the harbor. Enjoyed watching the ferries come and go. The room was attractive and comfortable. The main room was rather small, but the bathroom was very large. The breakfast was wonderful, with a wide variety of very high quality items. The breakfast was a buffet, and the servers would bring specialty drinks like lattes.

We arrived late at night. Efpost was “unavailable”. The check in was long and tedious. We’re required to leave a bond in credit card but efpost is not working ? Staff focus only in complying with the hotel procedures, not in offering the customers solutions. Breakfast was overcrowded and understaffed. We’ve waited 25’ for a (paid) coffee that never arrived

Arrival greetings superb. First impressions and lunch in Bellini fantastic. The service via text/qr code is a great way to communicate. Sadly the famous breakfast was underwhelming. Scrambled Eggs cold omelette dry, waitress never came back with my milk etc etc. staff friendly though. Valet parking and attention to detail in our booking, spot on. A wonderful stay thank you Hilton Auckland
