Location is good, walking distance to most of the shops and restaurants. Convenient walk to Grand Place and the Cathedral. Front desk is helpful and kind at a business-like level.

Room at the back of the hotel was clean, nice and cozy. Good double bed. Airconditioning and/or fans outside were very very noisy. We had to keep the window shut because of that. If the noise was not so loud we would have rated the room with a 4.
