My room was not as described, not even a jug to make tea or coffee unlike the description. Shared toilets and showers were disgusting and filthy and definitely not enouh to service the amount of rooms they are supposed to. The girl in reception was really rude when we checked in. This place used to be really nice but now it is CRAP! I do not recommend it and I will never stay here ever again! Save your money and book elsewhere, this place should be demolished it is bad for Cairns and visitors!!

Everything was as expected in terms of cost and the fact that we could have our pet with us. But the air-conditioner in the high humidity was not keeping up, it was uncomfortable, and that is coming from someone who lives nearby.

1, the whole room had a weird small that wasn't pleasant. 2, TV wasn't a smart tv and couldn't watch anything. 3, Show had a leak and the whole fool got flooded. 4, the hallway was dirty and never got clean. 5, random people were sitting outside.
