Accueil et personnel à l écoute, très serviables. L hotel est situé dans un quartier très bruyant,les bruits de la rue durent la nuit. L hôtel dispose d un bar très sympa et le petit déjeuner est correct.Malheureusement Le Caire est si poussiéreux que la propreté est difficile à obtenir.

Auf jeden Fall kein 4 Stern Hotel. Nicht sauber und die Zimmer auf Straßenseite sind sehr laut. Also nichts für schwache Nerven. Die Umgebungen von Hotel war für Kairo Verhältnisse sehr gut. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

The location is very good. Nice neighborhood where we can walk go to a restaurant etc. The stuff is really nice and professional but the rooms are terrible and dirty not cleaned and with cockroaches. Beware I even found one in my suitcase!

OUR ROOM WAS DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY - SHOCKING. Refer pictures attached - they speak for themselves: * The room had clearly not been cleaned / wiped for a very long time. I used sanitising wipes to clean the bedside tables. One wipe and they were black. * The drain would not empty - this prompted us to pull half a cup of hair from the drain. * The mould was thick and black around the bath edge. * Linen was threadbare and duvet inners had stains. * Curtains had holes in them. * We could scratch the filth off the TV remove with our nails. * Shower rail was pulled out the wall. * Soap dish contained soap residue from previous travellers. * Carpets had stains. * Lampshades were broken. * Bedside table was hanging at 30-degree angle. * Very dated décor to 1970's..

I stayed several times at this marvelous place. Just to point out the breakfast bouffett, the service at the reception desk and the room service, which is cleaning every day is splendid and a real pasis for travellers.

Es war so laut draußen und das Fenster ist nicht dicht für Lärmschutz. Ich hab das Zimmer wechseln lassen aber es auch war nicht besser. Das Zimmer ist vielleicht OK, aber nicht für mich. Einmal wurde die Zimmereinigung vergessen. Die Angestellten streben sich an, um besseren Service zu geben, und ich mag grundsätzlich lokale Hotels, aber das war ein Flop.

Very old furniture curtains are broken I had to wait at least 2 hours for them to fix and even after they brought the guy he did not fix it fully. Hair dryer is broken I had to call again to fix. Safety box was not working I had to call them . Room condition is horrible I don’t recommend anyone to go there very expensive when you consider the room condition and facility in the hotel

The rooms are becoming dated and the price of this place has increased dramatically, so it is not good value. I had to ask people in the corridor to be quiet at 0230 and was surprised to find that it was hotel staff making the noise. Overall this hotel is now too expensive and not good value anymore, sadly.

The hotel is only a block away from the Nile and the River Bank dining/recreational facility, so very convenient. Restaurants nearby. Staff were super, very friendly. The hotel was a mixture of old and new. We were in one of the older rooms, smaller but clean. I had been worried about outside noises, but this was not an issue and we slept well. I would stay here again.

The hotel was good but need to focus on the conditions of the room, even we get a suite, we find the curtains detached from the rail (High that we cannot access) letting the light in and bothering to sleep and the frigobar wasn't working. We reported this things early in the morning and told us they'll fix them, we return in the afternoon and have to request them to be fixed 3 times before the fix it. The amability of the personnel is very good and the breakfast was good

Decepcionante.... ar condicionado nao funcionou e disseram.que era pq estava so.no.odo.quente, mas no.quarto de amigos estava funcionando, mentiram! Napeza do.quarto nao dei aram novos kits de sabonte, shampoo e condensado e ape as 1 toalha, absurdo! Fomos usar o secador de cabelo e houve um papoco grande, curto circuito, deixando varios quatos sem energia... PERIGOSO DEMAIS! Café da manha nao inclui suco, poucas opcoes, muito basico... e a agua nao dá pra tomar, horrivel... melhor pagar sem Café

I had a great experience at this hotel. I was given a room facing Nile and it had the most beautiful view of river Nile . The staff was excellent and well versed in english and ready to help you at every step . The breakfast was excellent. Overall I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel . I would highly recommend this hotel .
