Great huge hotel with loads of history. Beautiful gardens & Nile view ADR Ahlan & others were superior on check in & the palace tour respectively * Exec lounge was great. And a late check out was much appreciated Thx team

Everyone is extremely helpful. The property is well maintained. My only exceptions were that on several occasions when I order room service I am advised to call within a short time period for recollection of the food tray; the room temperature never fell below 24F despite adjusting the thermostat to 10F and despite assistance from maintenance; and breakfast was always crowdy so it would be best to know the breakfast times when there is less foot traffic.

A beautiful hotel with amazing history- built for the opening of the Suez canal, still with the stunning marble stairs and statues etc. Wonderful service, reasonably priced food, all beautifully cooked and served. Very secure. All staff very helpful. Great location.
