Check in easy enough, greeted by a hoover blocking our door with all cleaning products just dumped outside, had to move all to access room, thankfully no one was in there. Noise of lift can be heard in room all night, windows were mouldy and had so much condensation that there was a puddle on the ledge below. Brought these issues to the hotel after leaving and no response to any emails or phone calls

Had difficulty in finding the hotel but locals helped. We were pleased to find a parking space below the hotel. Your female receptionist was extremely helpful and professional. We arrived around 11.15 am Monday 30th April 2026. We were very happy with the room. Spacious, clean, modern a large very comfortable bed and bathroom with a bath. We didn’t eat at the hotel purely because it was a birthday celebration so chose to eat in one of the Cardiff city restaurants. We did have a drink in the restaurant when we are back. Thank you. We enjoyed our visit to Cardiff and enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
