They didn't mention that the "ocean view" (over a parking lot that was very brightly lit all night) was on the fourth floor in a building where the elevator was out! Not out of a service for a day, but removed during construction. Shower didn't drain properly so after an inch had accumulated, it started spilling onto the bathroom floor. Their fix? Towels to block the water flow. Walked through dangerous tripping hazards of construction rubble on my way downstairs. No place to hang beach stuff in the bath, no place to put soap in the shower. No screen on the sliding glass door onto the balcony. Wifi didn't work in my room, although it worked in the office.

property sits across the street from any beach club great location. Expect loud music until the early hours of the morning from Manny’s on Friday and Saturday night. The property is still under construction. They do not mention it in their website. They wee using jackhammers grinders and saws 50 feet from the pool area 75 feet from my balcony. Debris shoots on the side of the building while they continue to build from the third floor. NO ELEVATOR. Nothing was offered from management or this website other than $20 in compensation. I would not stay ther

This is a dog friendly hotel which my dog has stayed in many. We stayed there for 4 days we had dirt and sand from ocean i whiped my make up off ect. They made us pay $1000 peso as a deposit. They said the room smelled and things were stained. Gizzy was always clean we got dirty of course everything was white. They charged us. $600. The pool was very cold. No fridge no microwave. The staff there was very nice till we left. Great location Mannys is across the road.

The hotel was okay, but it could have been better. They should have notified us about the construction and maintained the pool area. I expected a bartender at the poolside, but there wasn’t one. The pool area was quite noisy due to nearby traffic. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the multiple rooms being updated too early for comfort made it uncomfortable. The staff were so honest I left my ID my drivers license there at the front desk and they saved it for me for before I left. We asked for a delivery person right away. She looked online and she got us two number so that we can call Very very clean place. Very safe place. We’ve been there a few times already.

We have stayed here at least 4 times now. More small upgrades every trip. Chairs and a table on the balcony were added this time. Staff always wonderful and helpful. Check in and out was super quick. Beds are a little mexico stiff for me but the pillows and linens are clean and comfortable. Water pressure good with plenty of hot water. Balcony does overlook the parking lot but you can see the ocean across the street. This hotel checks the boxes for me as a more economical option. Will stay here again.

So this is my time staying in a hotel in Mexico, and I wasn’t to happy with it. We were on the 4th floor without an elevator. They did upgrade my room, but I was still a little upset that I didn’t have a balcony. I know they are still renovating but the room had no drawers, no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom, no small refrigerator. Beautiful room. No lie. But I look for the small necessities! And they didn’t have them! I probably would not stay at this one again until they do the full renovation!

The beds are unfortunately not comfortable. No chairs on the balcony to enjoy the amazing view of the Sea of Cortez. Pool was freezing. It seems it’s getting there but still needs furnishings.

Yuri the front desk person was rude. We got there on Thursdays at 12pm she told us the rooms were ready but cannot give them to us until 4pm. So we were out sitting in the pool area till them. We could not go anywhere in town since our luggage were in a hitch rack. The hotel does not have an elevator so if you get a room on the 4-5th floor is stairs all the way up.

Staff was rude, elevator not working, no ocean view they are in construction, they had loud music all night and tv not working. No refrigerator or microwave it was a terrible experience we didn't stay. They refused to refund our money, charge the credit card without authorization or signature.

The stay was out standing. Staff check in was flawless. The walls are a little thin but it was early morning and I was up anyway. They are working on installing an elevator. Mannys across the street served a great range of drinks and food. Got a few bargains at there store. Wife sang karaoke at the pink Cadillac down the street and the bottoms up served a good cheese, crisp. Overall, stay was great and we would not have a problem staying there in the future

Had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and polite. Hugo helped carry all our very heavy items up to the second floor. The security guards were great at providing recommendations and the front desk staff was also accommodating. The room was well equipped, AC worked great, and the beds were comfy. Walking distance to a few restaurants and bars, plus the beach access right across the street. Also pet friendly and have a kids play area. Would stay here again

Easy check in although Expedia booked the wrong dates but the hotel made it work thank goodness. It is not the best location for walking anywhere. Manny's is right across the street so that was good! Other than that we had to get in our car whenever we wanted to eat or grab a coffee.

Me and my lady enjoyed our stay very much! They let us check in early, and the staff is very friendly. Got to our room, the room smelled a little funky but after turning the AC unit on and opened the door, we felt at home! They are currently working on getting an elevator rn and we took 4 flights of stairs(sober easy, drunk well...) but had the prettiest view of the ocean! Pool felt amazing everytime we swam in it, also the location is AMAZING! Mannys across the street and the best vibes, food, and a bunch of seating so you dont get a crowded feeling at all! Loved the stat and would recommend Costa Elegante to any and everyone!

Me gustó mucho el hotel la alberca etc ,lo que no me gustó es que no ay lugares tan cerca para comer o servicio a domicilio de comida ,recomiendo llevar carro para trasladarse con más facilidad la playa que está cerca tiene muchas rocas por lo cual no la veo apta para nadar

Todo muy bien. El personal de recepción no es tan amigable y cortez como uno esperaría en el ramo de hospedaje en ninguno de los 2 turnos. La alberca MUY BIEN cuidada y limpia. Y que bien que pondrán un restaurante ahí hace falta.
