The hotel was very responsive to our overall experience and made sure that we were attended to - even upgraded our room, which we appreciated. The view from the hotel is also gorgeous. The only downside is that the hotel has no parking space, which we should have paid more attention to upon booking. The hotel, though, sent us a message upon booking regarding paid parking options.

Parking was atrocious; it took 40 minutes to find a spot in the lot directly opposite the hotel. The staff at the counter did not know how to assist with identifying the location to enter to pay for parking online. Room was clean. There were no face cloths. The balcony was a nice size but there was no seating. Fan on balcony was noisy and ill-placed. They only allotted two 500ml water bottles each day. Breakfast was decent for the price.

I loved the whole Arabian themed decor, my creek view was beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like so much was the no parking. It made it difficult to get a taxi.

As a previous resident of Dubai, the hotel met all my expectations: namely being in a great location in the older part of the city, a few minutes walk from Baniyas square metro station, restaurants, supermarkets and shops of all kinds. It also was clean, friendly and helpful staff, and good value for money compared with newer hotels. The only issue is no parking, but having a car in that area is a hassle compared to using the metro and taxis. A taxi to the airport is 25-30 Dirhams and 10-15 minutes. I recommend the hotel, and want to give particular thanks to the employee who helped me round up the 10 dirhams in coins which I needed to park across the street (but not easy to find a space) on the day I checked in and before returning a car. I would definitely stay there again.

バスタブがあるホテルを探して、場所・値段・口コミの良さ等から決めました。 フロントの対応も良く、部屋は素敵、クリークの眺めも良く、フロントにあるホテル近辺の手描き地図も役に立ち、十分満足でした。 お風呂の残念さを除いて。 途中で水に変わる、栓がゆるい、といった口コミは見かけましたが、偶々かなと思っていました。 が、どちらにも遭遇。 タンク式で途中で水に変わるので、タンクにお湯が貯まるまでしばらく待つのは、まあいいです。最悪なのは栓が緩くてお湯が抜けること。 水に変わるまでのお湯でつかるにも、3分の1〜半分くらいは抜けてます。つかっている間もどんどん抜けます。足で押さえても、ジワジワ抜けていきます。 せめて栓はしっかり嵌まるものに変えてください。あれではバスタブの意味がほぼないです。 他は良いので、本当にバスタブだけが残念でなりません。バスタブでお湯に浸かりたい人は、このホテルは選ばないほうが良いです。 本当に残念すぎる。あれが無ければ満点なのに。

The shower was good with good amenities. The bed was average. The room had a random puddle of dirty water but I didn't care at that point as I checked in late. When checking out I had to wait for staff to check the minibar. All on all - there are much nicer hotels in Dira

I was hungry at breakfast, no variety. The rooms are poorly lit and the furniture is old. The bathroom bathtub is broken. When I left the hotel, they said you broke it and I paid extra money. I was not satisfied.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious and comfortable. We didn't get to try out the breakfast or other facilities. I would like to suggest fitting ceiling fans so the aircon doesn't need to be run so much (our aircon was quite loud). Also, there was a faint smell of stale smoke - I am a fan of non smoking floors. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were excellent and very professional.The reception staff were fantastic especially Omar. I would stay here again without any hesitation. Breakfast had a very good selection of food to choose from. Bedroom was very spacious and very clean with excellent air conditioning.

An older hotel, it seemed, but very well kept and with a lot of interesting character. Everything was very clean, staff friendly and efficient, room spacious and breakfast interesting, delicious and well presented. I recommend this hotel, if you want something with more of an older Arabic character and different from the modern style.

Excelente hotel, de alto padrão, com decoração maravilhosa (nas áreas comuns e no quarto), tradicional. Limpeza impecável, atendimento muito gentil e eficiente. Quarto com boa cama King, banheiro grande com banheira, chuveiro (seria bom ter barra para quem toma banho de chiveiro) e tem também bidê. Amenidades no banheiro excelentes. I booked Premium Creek View With Balcony to use balcony. Hotel service was exceptionaly good, way more than I expected. The only downside is the room was smaller than I expected. It is closer to Baniyas metro station (Dubai Green) and Union metro station (Dubai red). I really enjoyed staying here.

The interior of the hotel and lobby area is very stylish and unique. Very confortable chairs and sofas in various info individual corners, The room with 2 double beds was spacious with a walking in closet and a balcony with a view of the water. Very comfortable space. I chose this hotel with its proximity to the aIrport, hood ratings, and easy access to the creek, the Souk and the boats to cross the Creek. But I was happily surprised with the cleanness of the hotel, special decor and ambience, space and helpful staff. The street behind the hotel had shops and restaurant within walking distance with more locals than tourists.

Good location with view of the creek and in the distance Burj Khalifa seen from balcony. Reception very helpful and polite. Breakfast was most enjoyable. The style of the décor, furniture and fittings was very traditional and pleasing. All staff friendly and of smart appearance. Everyone made us feel welcome. Great location and very safe. We wanted a creek view and we're put in a lower level (1). The view was awesome. The AC was a little loud but worked. Breakfast was ample and diverse. The omelet station was a nice touch and they changed the grill items daily. We even had chicken fajitas this morning.

Clean, house keeping do great job and friendly staff. Please please don’t do airport pick up, they will rip you off ( they made me pay 120 D, it was estimated 80 D in Expedia). I took a taxi to the airport to departure and I only paid 20 Derhams. The two stars are only for cleaniness and friendly staff. Breakfast is ok, but other foods terrible!

Service really poor staff on the counter. Customer service was very annoying. Didn’t know how to respect him woman though and never less to let us to check in on time even we send an email about my flight delay and everything they know all things still they make big trouble to us every time when we pass through there was just checking to my family. Is that stay with us or no if you are my place how it was you feel that is really disgusting. First time I seen that hotel you guys are called four star. I think it’s less than zero star.

I booked a royal suite creek view with Balcony for New Year’s Eve to have good time with my girlfriend and watch the fireworks. They denied us staying at the hotel because we don’t have a marriage certificate, although the laws have changed in the UAE. When I requested a refund they rudely refused. If you book with this hotel you will be loosing your money for nothing.

I liked being in a part of town that is old and has some history. I also liked to be on the Dubai Creek and enjoyed thaking the small ferries to visit some sights. Very convenient to the metro as well. The room was very comfortable and well furnished. The cafeteria service off-hours was great and breakfast was very abundant and offered great variety of food.

As a previous resident of Dubai, the hotel met all my expectations: namely being in a great location in the older part of the city, a few minutes walk from Baniyas square metro station, restaurants, supermarkets and shops of all kinds. It also was clean, friendly and helpful staff, and good value for money compared with newer hotels. The only issue is no parking, but having a car in that area is a hassle compared to using the metro and taxis. A taxi to the airport is 25-30 Dirhams and 10-15 minutes. I recommend the hotel, and want to give particular thanks to the employee who helped me round up the 10 dirhams in coins which I needed to park across the street (but not easy to find a space) on the day I checked in and before returning a car. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location, amazing staff. Breakfast was ample with a good variety from many countries. The staff is that of a 5 star hotel from the porter to check in and breakfast staff to housekeeping. Everyone made us feel welcome. Even when we couldn't check in early, they welcomed us to leave our bags or just sit and enjoy the views.
