Mina Al Salam is really well positioned along side other Jumeirah group hotels which means you have a wide range of pools to choose from and a fantastic extent of beach front to enjoy. Sitting below the Burj Al Arab you really have one of the most iconic views in Dubai. The best thing about the hotel was in our opinion the staff, they were without exception wonderful. They were friendly, helpful and attentive without being obtrusive or fussy. Leslie and his team at the pool took really wonderful care of us as did Benjamin at the front door. I was hugely impressed by all of them remembering our names and addressing us in person everyday. We had a very special stay indeed. The gym facilities our also great and for those with children of an age to enjoy a water park the easy access and free admission on a daily basis would be a real bonus. I would go back and recommend.

Toller Service und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.Alles top gepflegt.Der Strand ist weitläufig,sauber,super Liegen mit kostenlosem kalten Wasser und das alles mit tollem Blick auf das Burj al Arab.Pools aller umliegenden Hotels und der Wasserpark können mitbenutzt werden.Tolles Preis Leistungsverhältnis und Urlaub auf sehr hohem Niveau.Wir kommen wieder!

We came to Dubai and stayed Jumeirah mina a'salaam to celebrate my friends 30th birthday and the hotel did an amazing job to ensure she had a special time celebrating. From the moment we walked in to the hotel, we felt like royalty. There is no better service than the Jumeirah service. Having stayed at the Jumeirah hotels previously, I can honestly share that there is no better experience in Dubai. The quality of service and beauty of the hotels is unbeatable. We would like to thank the Cleaners for our room 327 during our stay, the personalised touches in our room did not go unnoticed. We really appreciate all the effort put in by each member of staff. The breakfast was also amazing, so much choice and once again amazing staff making sure we got our iced lattes! Moving on to the hotel facilities, the pools and beach experience were out of this world. The views from both were just amazing! One of our highlights was experiencing the voyager massage at Talise Spa!

マディナジュメイラの中でも、Burj al arabが近いのに、スークやアルカスル方面にも行きやすく場所が良いです。バルコニーからも景色が見れて良かったです。色々なプールやビーチにレストランを堪能できるエンタメ感もあり、無料のバギーやアブラに乗って移動できるのも良いです！ 毎年行っていますが、おすすめします！

Beautiful property, wonderful rooms. Got a great upgrade - thanks Expedia! Amazing Asian hospitality unmatched in any other continent. Our stay allowed us to access all the restaurants and facilities for the 5 hotels in the strip through the beach. Also free access to expensive water park. Was great for my kids. Too many great highlights. Would be back here the next time for sure. Some cons: fantastic location for dining in the hotel, right on the lagoon, but no control for non-stop seagull "attacks" for the entire breakfast time. So had to move inside. Service not as great for breakfast, almost seemed like they didn't have enough staff.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel. Überall sehr, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Schnelle Aufzüge, sehr sauber, tolle Essensauswahl. Manchmal etwas längere Wartezeiten auf den Buggy zum Wasserpark. Toller Wasserpark, Schwimmwesten für Kinder aller Größen vorhanden (inkl.). Leider dürfen Kinder nur alleine rutschen, nicht auf dem Schoß der Eltern. Ich spreche hier von längeren Kinderrutschen, keine Baby oder Erwachsenenrutschen. Haben wir aber überall in Dubai so erlebt. Kids club ist sehr modern und viele tolle Spiel Möglichkeiten, auch sehr viel Personal da. Allerdings nur zum Kinder abgeben, nicht dabei bleiben. Es wurde eine Ausnahme gemacht und ich durfte mit meinen Kindern (1J. Und 4 J.) Dort bleiben. Alles in allem wirklich ein luxuriöses Hotel der Extraklasse. Hier wird der Gast verwöhnt und versucht ihm jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.

Le prix exigé n’est pas en accord avec la prestation.

Did not receive the VIP benefit upgrade. Room was so simple and does not feel a 5 star hotel room. Restroom toilet was malfunctioning and the sink was clogged. Not even close to The Palace hotel downtown on where we previously stayed. Not worth what I paid for.

Another enjoyable stay at the Mina. The hotel is stunning, fab location and one of our favourites to stay when in Dubai. The cleaning staff get a special mention the place is spotless. I was a little disappointed that a number of food places within the hotel were closed and we hadn’t been given prior warning which gave limited choice on half board if you wanted to stay in the hotel at night. Having said that the staff at Hanarra the buffet option were great, from Garcia, Alyssia on the front desk to all the servers and chefs, who made my particularly fussy husband some food when he couldn’t find something he wanted. Thank you ! Also special mention to Imran who looks after guests waiting for buggy’s. He switch his aircon up when I needed cooling down on the way back from the beach !

Das Hotel im Allgemeinen ist hervorragend. Das Housekeeping-Team war außergewöhnlich gut. Es gab jedoch zwei kleine Mängel im Zimmer: Der USB-C-Anschluss an einer Seite des Bettes funktionierte nicht und die Regulierung von warmem und kaltem Wasser in der Dusche war äußerst mühsam und schwierig. Ein weiteres Ärgernis betraf den Poolbereich im Mina A'Salam (Cala Vista). Jeden Morgen um 9 Uhr beobachtete ich aus dem Fenster der 6. Etage, dass vier Liegen in bester Lage des Pools bereits mit Handtüchern reserviert waren, obwohl das Paar aus Schweden, das sie beanspruchte, noch nicht dort war. Das hat mich wirklich geärgert, daher sind wir an den folgenden Tagen zum Pool im Al Naseem gegangen. Abgesehen davon war der Service in der gesamten Anlage und in den Restaurants der Jumeirah Hotels erstklassig. Meine Frau und ich kommen gerne wieder.

The entire staff were amazing, the food, the beach side,restaurants and atmosphere was excellent. The housekeeping manager Alam Mehboob and staff went above and beyond also Hasan and Rayan at the beach went above and beyond. Everything about the hotel was great.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und das Bett war bequem. Der Service ist hervorragend. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal. Strand und J Club sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Essen war ebenfalls sehr gut. Der Blick auf den Burj al Arab ist umwerfend. Der Zugang zur Amal Lounge war ebenfalls top!

Exceptional in every way. Without doubt best choice for room decor and comfort, for location. Breakfast is a must with a huge choice of beautifully presented cuisines and above all lovely friendly staff. Loved our stay, wish it was longer.

Service is on top. The amount of facilities, restaurants and pool areas and things to do is more than you are more than enough. Only complaint would be the standard of the room, things like having an outlet close to a mirror for the hairdryer, a bigger closet. Beds a bit too hard. But would about recommend the hotel! Restaurants are really good and all staff very friendly and service minded.

The service was absolutely incredible. I was astonished by how helpful the staff was. Breakfast was amazing. The accommodations were stunning. The views were stunning. I felt so catered to and everything that the staff implemented for our was so thoughtful.

La liste est bien trop longue… Service plus que médiocre, personnels désagréables, 7 nuits dans cet hôtel, j’ai retrouvé le sourire le jour de mon départ ! Attention l’hôtel ne respecte pas les contrats Hôtels.com en tant que membre VIP et ose vous dire que Hôtels.com (Expédia) ne sont pas au courant de leur politique ! De plus je me suis retrouvé avec ma Visa bloquée à cause de la réceptionniste qui a fait une erreur en faisant deux pré autorisations de 8000 euros chacune et qui ne voulait pas annuler son erreur. Bref fuyez ! Évitez les hôtels de la chaîne Jumeirah ! Ce n’est plus comme avant !

Service in the hotel was slow, we have to call 2 times for our luggage when we check in, they did not know where our luggage was. Beach restaurant service was bad, waiter did not attend to us for a very long time, we had to wave them down few times but still didn’t get them over so we walk away from our table.

Mina Al Salam is really well positioned along side other Jumeirah group hotels which means you have a wide range of pools to choose from and a fantastic extent of beach front to enjoy. Sitting below the Burj Al Arab you really have one of the most iconic views in Dubai. The best thing about the hotel was in our opinion the staff, they were without exception wonderful. They were friendly, helpful and attentive without being obtrusive or fussy. Leslie and his team at the pool took really wonderful care of us as did Benjamin at the front door. I was hugely impressed by all of them remembering our names and addressing us in person everyday. We had a very special stay indeed. The gym facilities our also great and for those with children of an age to enjoy a water park the easy access and free admission on a daily basis would be a real bonus. I would go back and recommend.

I didn’t like the fact that as an Expedia gold member staying at this VIP property you have to ask if any upgrades are available. (As stated on Expedia to do so), only to be told that they know nothing about this as if you are asking for something totally unreasonable. Surely someone within Jumeirah could contact Expedia and sort this out as it happens all the time.

The entire staff were amazing, the food, the beach side,restaurants and atmosphere was excellent. The housekeeping manager Alam Mehboob and staff went above and beyond also Hasan and Rayan at the beach went above and beyond. Everything about the hotel was great.

This is my second time staying here. I love this hotel. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, but there is one person on the reception team who is not welcoming at all. When I arrived at the hotel, the first person was free, yet he just looked at me, not saying anything and not checking me in at all. He was not friendly and was very snobby. The other two were busy at the moment. The front door team is always very friendly and professional.

Si on doit trouver un défaut à l'hôtel, c'est qu'il est situé à environ 30 minutes de marche de la station de métro la plus proche (Mall of the Emirates)

Another enjoyable stay at the Mina. The hotel is stunning, fab location and one of our favourites to stay when in Dubai. The cleaning staff get a special mention the place is spotless. I was a little disappointed that a number of food places within the hotel were closed and we hadn’t been given prior warning which gave limited choice on half board if you wanted to stay in the hotel at night. Having said that the staff at Hanarra the buffet option were great, from Garcia, Alyssia on the front desk to all the servers and chefs, who made my particularly fussy husband some food when he couldn’t find something he wanted. Thank you ! Also special mention to Imran who looks after guests waiting for buggy’s. He switch his aircon up when I needed cooling down on the way back from the beach !

マディナジュメイラの中でも、Burj al arabが近いのに、スークやアルカスル方面にも行きやすく場所が良いです。バルコニーからも景色が見れて良かったです。色々なプールやビーチにレストランを堪能できるエンタメ感もあり、無料のバギーやアブラに乗って移動できるのも良いです！ 毎年行っていますが、おすすめします！

Jumeirah Mina Al Salam stay was very comfortable and convenient. We had a great stay as the staff was very friendly and helpful. They had alot of additional service as free entry to water park, afternoon tea, snacks bar available and the rooms were always clean. There was also madinat souk walking distance and had buggy service for jumeirah beach. So its really nice for family and kids to enjoy as everything is convenient.

Beautiful property, wonderful rooms. Got a great upgrade - thanks Expedia! Amazing Asian hospitality unmatched in any other continent. Our stay allowed us to access all the restaurants and facilities for the 5 hotels in the strip through the beach. Also free access to expensive water park. Was great for my kids. Too many great highlights. Would be back here the next time for sure. Some cons: fantastic location for dining in the hotel, right on the lagoon, but no control for non-stop seagull "attacks" for the entire breakfast time. So had to move inside. Service not as great for breakfast, almost seemed like they didn't have enough staff.

Amazing hotel and amenities. The staff were so accommodating. We had specific dietary requirements and the staff in the kitchen and all of the managers in the kitchen area went above and beyond to make sure we were catered for. Great facilities for children. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dubai after this experience.

Excellent, attentive staff, great location on the beach. There is a mall next door with bars/restaurants/shops etc. Room we had was spacious with everything that you could need. Great hotel.

Exceptional hospitality and a perfect relaxing getaway Mina A’Salam delivers luxury through the finest details. We loved our upgraded Burj view room, especially the thoughtful gestures from housekeeping who organised our charging cables with leather ties and left bookmarks in our reading books. The service throughout the property is top-tier. Abbas at the Cala Vista pool was a standout, providing amazing, attentive care throughout our days there. Combined with memorable meals at Shimmers and Pai Thai, it was the perfect relaxing escape. While the breakfast buffet spread could use a bit of an upgrade in quality to match the rest of the resort's premium feel, the staff there were still lovely and efficient. Highly recommend!

The hotel and the resort facilities are nice - but the size of the hotel is a problem. The service is declining. But Ahmad Atef, the duty manger made the difference!
