We had a very good stay at Towers Rotana, I liked the hotel and the room was good but small for 4 people. The pool and bar and restaurantes are very helpful travelling with kids. Very near the metro station. There should be more than one shuttle offered for the amount of people staying at the hotel.

Location was very convenient for the Metro and in spitting distance of the Financial Centre Metro stop. Just 30 minutes door-to-door to the airport. Swimming pool was closed was a bummer, but shuttle service to sister hotel. I didn't use that.

Our room was thoughtfully designed, featuring two twin beds, a daybed by the window, a sleek and modern shower, and plenty of seating including a desk area. Breakfast each morning was “chef’s kiss” delicious with a great variety. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to Kite Beach, which has the clearest waters and soft, pristine sand. Just a heads-up, the shuttle runs on a set schedule, so arriving early is your best bet to grab a seat. They even provide towels and a beach bag, such a nice touch! One thing that really stood out was the staff. We checked in late and everyone was incredibly polite, helpful, and considerate. Because we had a super early 4:30 AM flight, they kindly packed us breakfast to-go. It’s those small things that really make a stay memorable. We also felt very safe walking around. Starbucks was just a short three-block stroll away. Plus, the hotel is in a great location close to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, and only about 25 minutes from the Gold Souk. Transportation was super easy: Ubers are available, but taxis right in front of the hotel tend to be cheaper. You can pay by card and get a receipt. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would stay here again.

Towers Rotana is a great hotel! It's close to the metro station from where you can reach almost every tourist spot of Dubai. The employees are very friendly and the breakfast is very good with custom made omelets with you own picked ingredients. Below groundlevel there is a nice sportsbar where you can eat and drink a glass of wine. Some evenings there is live music with good singers. I had a room with a window seat where you can sit on a kind of couch directly to the window with an overview over the city. There was a small reading light by this couch. Mine was located with a view to the sea. Tip: book a room with a window seat! The hotel is fine, a reasonable deal for being on Sheikh Zayed street. It feels a bit noisy due to being next to the highway, even on the 7th floor. Maybe the noise dies down a few more floors further up. The dinner selection was somewhat average, but the room was super clean and had all the amenities. I was only there for one night. The staff was very friendly. I would come back esp for the price.

All the staff and the lady who checked us in where all so polite and helpful. We had an upgrade with the room as they couldn't provide us with an earlier check-in as was requested a few weeks prior. This place was so very much accommodating that even an extension on room stay was needed and they did that with charge from the original room not the upgraded room. A big thank you from us in room 1415. We highly recommend this hotel. It's close to the metro too.

Since when have our standards for 4 and 5-star hotels dropped so low? The things that bothered me the most about our stay include: The concierge was indifferent to our presence and offered no assistance with our luggage. There was no help provided in hailing a taxi. The majority of the staff were rude, with the exception of one individual named Mohammadreza. Surprisingly, there was a charge for ice. The beds were uncomfortable, and the bathrooms were cramped. I cannot recommend staying here at all

The price was the biggest steal for this hotel. They even upgraded my room without extra charge since they probably overbooked my reserved room. The hotel is in the middle of the financial district which make it looks like a very expensive hotel. I would definitely come back and stay here again if I decide to visit Dubai again.

The hotel needs to improve on resturant seating and service. Queuing for breakfast for 20 mins. Restaurant is small for the many guests. Food quality was wanting. We have stayed in previous visits and it was wonderful. There seems to have changed. Got a room facing apartments and it was dark.
