Great downtown location and near shopping. The service was great, the breakfast buffet great but pricey onthe hot version so I would recommend going out for hot if you really want a hot breakfast. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfy and the bathroom is roomy. It had good walkability also. Horrible, and I cannot express that enough, horrible options for parking cars in that town. Taxi/Uber options are the only way to go pretty much anywhere.

The hotel looks dated but room are very comfy and with all the amenities including a good AC ( hard to find in Switzerland) staff is very nice and hotel is clean, the lobby bar is very convenient to finish a day. Hotel is across the train station, and 15-20 minutes walking distance to the lake and city center. I will totally recommend this hotel

Great location and staff was very nice. The train across the street can take you to the airport in 7 minutes. Lobby seemed new and modern and was able to store our bags for us. The rooms were decent but small and had not AC. It was March but weather in the high 50s, rooms were very hot at night.

This hotel had everything I needed. The room was spacious and clean, the bar and restaurant are well managed with good service and food. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the location is very convenient for shopping and onward travel. An additional feature is that it’s possible to open the window and get some fresh air. Would definitely stay again 😀

Hotel ambiance was not nice and the streets surrounding it make you forget you are in Geneva. We had a car so it is a huge hassle to find a parking specially if you want to use your car during your stay. Beds and pillows are not comfortable.

Luxurious hotel experience, excellent customer service and spacious room filled with amenities. Perfect location. Walking distance from the Jet d'Eau fountain, Lake Geneva and shopping district. More importantly, right across the Geneva train station. From the airport, you can take the 6-minute train ride to the hotel and vice-versa. Warwick Hotel was even kind enough to provide a transport card for free transport within Geneva throughout our stay. Last but not least, plenty of (fine) dining options in the hotel and around the area.

Overall, it is very good hotel with great location. The hotel nicely gave free city transportation pass. only thing I expect the hotel to improve is AC. AC is not quite working well. The room was hot in July.

I arrived from overnight flight early and they held my luggage while I walked around then worked very hard to get me in a room early which was greatly appreciated. Nice people on the desk every day and across the street from central train station and they sent me a pass for my stay for transport on public systems. WOW thanks Warwick

Most convenient location to the rail station… literally across the road. Easy walk to the promenade. Hotel is a little pricey, but as we found out, Geneva is a pricey town. Really clean room. Staff responded quickly to a small complaint.Would recommend the Warwick to anyone training into Geneva. Word of caution… take the high speed train. The TER train we took in from Lyon was jam packed. We had to stand the entire trip.

The entrance is quite good but my room has a very old, dirty carpet. Even though I stayed in a premium room, it was not spacious at all, the rolling chair was hard to accommodate even by the desk. I selected this hotel based on reviews which were misleading. There is no question I paid way too much for a very bad room!

The property is old - the rooms have a lot of water damage and black discolouration in the bathrooms. Staff are friendly / cleaning staff are lovely. Just an aging property with very out of date washrooms.

DONT STAY HERE. INSECTS IN THE BED. If I could share ZERO stars, I would. I checked into this hotel on the night of 29 May. I was escorted to a room with a door smaller than the rest of the rooms in the hallway, only wide enough for my one checked luggage to fit through. I requested to be moved to the proper room, which they obliged, but only after claiming this was technically an upgrade (IT WASNT — it is the room I originally paid for. A classic room). Nonetheless, i didnt complain. As I got ready for bed, I moved the pillows and blanket out of place only to find 8-10 small insects buried underneath (see photo of what it looked like). These insects also flew on me throughout the night. I called the reception and told them id like to check out and request a refund and they said I would have to handle this with Expedia, who I booked and prepaid the four nights with. There were also no available hotels at that time for me to go to (it was midnight). I waited until day break and went down to the reception to tell them what happened. They very nonchalantly told me there were flies during this time of year. Upon calling expedia to resolve the matter and get my money back for the nights i didnt stay there, the hotel refused. DONT STAY HERE unless you want bugs in your hair and clothes. I’m still waiting for Expedia to get back to me on resolving the issue. So disappointed in how well this hotel is rated on Expedia.

We stayed only one night as we traveling the following morning to Zermatt. Location is very convenient for travelers since it is across the street from Train station. It was a surprise to find that a city hotel did not have A/C. It was very noisy, late into the night, most likely as a result of its central location and proximity to restaurants and bars.

It was an amazing stay at the Warwick. We originally booked a standard room but we’re offered a discount on the penthouse room. We are glad we accepted the offer. The room is smaller but the balcony and view of Geneva were worth it.

The door into the room was almost impassable - maybe half size. The room was cramped. The bathroom was tiny. Even for Europe, this room was overpriced. The only advantage is the proximity to the train station.

The hotel's location is perfect. Shopping, dining were perfectly placed all around it along with transportation, such as the train station, which is right across, along with trams and buses strolling right in front all day at all times. The hotel lobby and bar look amazing, but the room is so small there was no way for two people to stroll around and the bed pretty much fills the space. The bathroom is very small and antiquated; and the shower/tub requires that you must be physically able to get in there safely. There was no room to put our personal toiletries and no hair conditioner was included.

Great location directy across from the train station. The staff was very nice. The room was very nice with great views of the mountains. The only issue is that the room was extremely hot at night - there was not air moving. We were told that the A/C is shut off at this time of year. We were advised to open the window. We were on the 6th floor right above a traffic light. We heard every car and truck that stopped at the light. We also heard people coughing, talking and yelling in the square below - sleep was unfortunately not an option. We loved Geneva just wished for a decent night's sleep.

The reception staff was MOST helpful. They were very accommodating in resolving our issue of having out of date currency. They really went above and beyond to help. Also great with dinner suggestions. Also the location was wonderful being right by the train station

Some people at the front desk are very rude, others are OK. The food is bad, breakfast is expensive for what it is offered in the buffet. Very poor service at the restaurant and the bar. This hotel is very, very expensive for what you get.
