Nobu Hotel Toronto

Clean room. Friendly staff. The hotel has major flaws which for its cost should not happen. Breakfast was quirky with minimal choice. Very limited public area amenities, nowhere to sit and relax with a coffee. Room furniture strange with only a small table to sit at with a low wobbly chair. Lucky Im male and dont need somewhere to sit and do my makeup but I did want somewhere to work at my laptop. Minor gripes were reception not always manned and the taxis that the hotel uses are in a dangerous condition with more lights flashing on their dashboards than at Blackpool.

The breakfast options are limited, and not as many amenities that I was expecting. No Pool, no Roof Top Patio or social area aside from the restaurant.

Nice comfortable and well appointed rooms. Gym is awesome. Food is amazing. And Service is top notch.

Beautiful hotel, prestige service, personable staff making stay smooth and welcoming. Included a welcome tea, tour and information about the room. Would come back - only 23 rooms at this hotel for now, so service was very quick and professional.

We are from the Toronto suburbs and had an anniversary night 'staycation'. We were in the Mizu suite: the views of the Skydome (Rogers Centre), CN Tower, airport (can't hear it, but fun to watch take off/landing), and Lake are honestly the best vantage point we've ever seen. The floor-to-ceiling windows, with powered blinds (control from wall switches located all over) only serve to enhance the feeling of expansiveness. The bathtub under such a window was a real treat. The two bathrooms had heated seats and the lid automatically opens when you approach and flushes when you leave. The materials in the rooms are exquisite. The St. Regis, Royal York, etc can't hold a candle to the superb finishes and appointments of the room. This is our new fav place to stay in Toronto. The ONLY negative I have is if you're arriving by car: Google maps takes you to the rear lane of the property, which you can't use to access the entry: you have to access it via Mercer Street. There's no real place to pull over and check in: there are valet cones blocking the pull in, and the valet was not particularly present or friendly. You WILL get a ticket if you leave your car in the "no standing" area out front (I swear there was a meter maid there every time we were outside), so I don't know what management expects those with cars to do upon check-in. It was infuriating and a major scar on check in. Caesar was otherwise lovely, the tea was delicious, and the incl breakfast is indescribabe!

Amazing rooms with amazing views, but also the ability to achieve solace and serenity. Every detail is designed to bring delight to guests and make it an unforgettable experience. What truly sets the experience apart is the hospitality! From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left. Every single need, wish, whim, aspiration was catered to and exceeded. Any guests I had were also treated like royalty. If you want to stay somewhere that is unforgettable and unparalleled amongst the other 5 star hotels in Toronto, choose the Nobu. One note to guests is there is no pool/spa - but there is a very good 24 hour fitness room with above and beyond amenities. Everything was reasonable all things considered and the property does not nickel and dime you for basic things like bottled water and snacks which honestly was a refreshing change of pace in this modern world. This place has probably ruined all other hotels for me because they will be compared to my stay at The Nobu Toronto.

Impeccably clean with outstanding service!

Our stay at the Nobu was exceptional in every way! I can't say enough nice things about the Nobu as the staff are all so friendly and really take care of you! You feel so special and welcomed the minute you step into the hotel and you are well taken care of. The rooms are INCREDIBLE! So clean, tidy with amazing amazing views! We stayed in the corner suite and could honestly stay in the room just to enjoy it no problem! Snacks, drinks all taken care of. And the complimentary breakfast is beyond amazing. Whatever you would like each morning and have it taste sooooooo good. Nobu Toronto definetly exceeded our expectations. Cannot wait to go back again! Thank you!!

Spacious and clean room with very pleasant and calming decor. Excellent bed and spacious bathroom. Easy to operate TV (which surprisingly can be more challenging at other hotels). Staff is highly customer service friendly.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate. Turn down service was incredibly detailed. They even used hotel branded cable ties to organize my phone charger!

The room was immaculate! I also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. My check in process was smooth and seamless and everyone was lovely.

Nobu Hotel Toronto overshot my expectations during my stay. They upgraded me to their largest room, and the customer service went beyond and above before I even arrived; contacted me asking preferences to make sure when I arrived I would have the best experience possible. The room is very very beautiful, and everything is high quality; from the snacks and beverages, to the construction quality.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate. Turn down service was incredibly detailed. They even used hotel branded cable ties to organize my phone charger!

A perfect one-night stay with my daughter to celebrate her birthday in Toronto! We had room service delivered from the restaurant and enjoyed a lovely lake view from our room while we dined.

We tried the shangri-la, the ritz, germain and fsrimint, and this is one of the best room you can get in the city. Extra points for in room Apple tv already all setup. incredible bathroom and tub. The nobu hotel is amazing, the nobu restaurant however i would skip, its nice but way overpriced for what it is. There is way better sushi in the city, try Kaji for 300% better food at half the price.

The breakfast was fantastic, especially the food, the food presentation and the service. The front desk team was extremely helpful with valet service for our car, using the hotel bicycles and even offering beverages during calls in the lobby. Finally, the room service was impeccable. We will definitely stay there again.
