Perpetual Elysée Montaigne

Cute boutique hotel close to champs Elysee and walkable to arc of triomphe, Eiffel Tower and place Concorde. Excellent service. Breakfast was charming though small (served at common table with high top seating). Common area is small. Room was fine - clean and well appointed. We were on top floor so water pressure in shower was not great. But the room was floor-through so windows on each side made it seem spacious. Would stay there again as good value for location.

Rooms are very small but I guess that is Paris!! Outside COurtyard space is nice although they should remember to take the cushions in at night to stop them getting wet!!

Wonderfully situated on a street with acouple of bars and bakeries. Moreover minutes from Champs Elysees- one of the world's most known streets. Hotel has a well stocked bar too.

Great stay; clean, quiet and charming

Decent hotel in good location within walkable distance to many sights. Very central location but yet quiet area. Very good bed and a/c in room but overall a lot of visible wear and tear.

Ce doit être la norme à Paris mais, pour nous, cet hôtel est loin d'être un 4 étoiles. Meubles abîmés, pas de frigo en chambre, douche minuscule et pression de l'eau limitée, taches sur la moquette et les draps, serviettes de bain à l'odeur douteuse. Confort vraiment basique. De plus, il faut savoir que le petit déjeuner n'est pas un buffet, mais à la carte avec 2 formules : classique à 15€ (café, pain et viennoiseries, confitures, beurre, jus de fruits, fruits frais). Pour avoir des œufs et une crêpe en plus, compter 23€. Tout cela est servi en quantité limitée, tout supplément est facturé. Au niveau de la localisation : très bien situé à proximité des Champs Élysées. Cela implique cependant la présence de quelques lieux de fête aux environs, attendez-vous à trouver des traces de fin de soirée aux environs de l'hôtel le matin (regardez où vous mettez les pieds...) En résumé, quelques déceptions et une expérience loin d'être mémorable dans cet hôtel...

Clean nice and quiet hotel, close to various Metrostations.

Dirty glasses from previous guest in room. Shower didn't drain, despite the fact that the shower pressure was non existent anyway.

Excellent hotel, very clean and staff were all very polite and friendly. Great location easy walking distance of Eiffel towel approx 20minutes The street it’s located on has a few bars and restaurants all lovely. Would definitely recommend and would return if back in Paris

Nice hotel, location was great, close to shops, metro and restaurants. Service is a little slow during breakfast. Also, very strange but my bathroom didint have a door. 🙄 We had two rooms and one of them had a very strong odor of humidity.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. My first room had a balcony which was great but no closet and was very small with no room for luggage but then my second room on the next portion of the trip had a closet and was much more comfortable. The great plus of this hotel is the prime and convenient location.

Hotel com boa localização, atendimento excelente, sobretudo por uma brasileira, Natália, que foi muito gentil. Gostamos bastante do café da manhã. O quarto era pequeno mas atendeu as necessidades e o banho não estava tão confortável por ter box pequeno e falta de regulagem no chuveiro.

Overall, the stay was really good. The staff is friendly. The rooms are nice. We asked if we could switch rooms because our original room did not have a door to the bathroom. They switched us to a room that did have a door. We saw very positive reviews about the breakfast so we decided to do that but this was absolutely not worth it. We chose the more expensive option which supposedly included the basic breakfast items on top of the extra items but we never got the basic items. We eventually asked if we were getting anything else and we got a gross fruit cup. We got one cup of tea and they never asked if we wanted anything else to drink. I wouldn’t spend my money on this again.

Upon arriving for my 4 night stay, I was greeted warmly by Sophie at reception. I had explained to Sophie how the taxi cab driver from the airport to the hotel was extremely rude. Sophie appeared sympathetic as she apologize, then stated how she had upgraded me to a room with a balcony. The hotel lobby was filled with an aromatic perfumed scent, which made me never want to leave. The Lobby was clean, with an intimate bohemian chic cozy feeling. My room was small, however quite lovely for one, as well as exceptionally clean. Perpetual Elysee Montaigne is located in a great area close to shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions. I was able to walk from the Louvre back to the hotel within 25 minutes. However, very small in detail, and something I did not mention to reception. The shower door did not completely close shut, which created a small puddle of water on the floor located on the right side corner near the toilet. There's space for two hangers located in the bathroom for two shirts or dresses but nothing more. My stay was only 4 nights, however if longer, I would not have been able to hang more clothing. There's space in the room for folding clothes, again my stay was short. My first day there, I ordered tea, which promptly arrived within minutes of my request. (Very impressive). Great stay! When in Paris, I would definitely consider staying again at Perpetual Elysee Montaigne.

Nice little hotel, but very rude staff

Nice accessible area. Close to everything Paris! Room is a bit tight, but worked well for us. Staff get a 10 out of 10! They went above and beyond to help me see a doctor within 30 minutes. Even did some preliminary paperwork for me since I don’t read French. Nice breakfast, too.

The hotel was ideal for our short trip. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Great location, metro nearby, walkable to many restaurants and sites. The only thing I think that could be improved would be to have a door between the bathroom and the bedroom :-).

I stayed at this property for 3 nights with my teenage daughter. Hotel is well located and staff speak English and were helpful. Despite asking for two single beds in my reservation that was not available on first day. The hotel agreed to change our room on the 2nd day- however we did stay in the same room - as the large bed was split into two single beds- cannot understand then why this was not possible on Day 1? The Air Conditioning is centrally controlled - rooms are warm. It would have been nice to have some tea and hot water in the room as well as coffee for guests who may not want coffee- I was charged $7 for a tea bag and hot water. Staff are reasonably friendly. Convenient location.

Great location! Breakfast was some of the best I've ever had. Room is very clean and new and modern. On the smaller side but that is the only negative.

The Amastan has a lovely comfortable vibe. Breakfast is included and wonderful. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Rooms are small, some have terraces. Bathroom, in particular, shower, are a bit claustrophobic. Overall, a lovely choice in Paris if you like small boutique hotels.
