Friendly, spacious, clean and modern stay. Stayed for one night and appreciated the helpful nature of all staff. The quality of finish / design in all areas and the rooms is great. The pool could have been warmer but enjoyed the seating area. Other than the safe not working, I couldn’t fault anything.

The staff is awesome! They go above and beyond. I was greeted by them each time I walked in and out. Although they don’t have a business / office room. The front desk let me email them my report for printing. 👍👍 Room was okay. Clean and updated bathrooms. I did experience some noise in the mornings from the hallway. Parking was abit of a hassle as my vehicle was too big for the underground parking. There is also a fee of $18 per day for parking. But considering the location of the hotel. That isn’t much for downtown parking. Restaurants, pubs, and stores are all within walking distance from the hotel.

A very comfortable stay. Check in was effortless and friendly. I had my EV valeted and they charged it overnight which was extremely helpful. Every staff member I met was professional and nice. Beds comfortable and amenities were nice.

Super clean and nice! Comfy beds. My only complaint is that the way the retrofitted the bathrooms during remodel made it really constricting. Opening the shower outward would make contact with the toilet. Small things like that

The hotel is in decent condition and well-located. The 1st day we were out for most of the day and came back to a room that was still not made up. On the 2nd day, again, the room was not made up, although we didn't leave the do not disturb sign on. Parking is $18 a day. Breakfast and dinner was good but took a long time. Our 3rd day we were told we needed to wait 20 mins to even be seated for breakfast so walked up the road.

Was a pleasant stay other than the noise. Rooms had paper thin walls but overall I’m pretty happy with my stay. My only disappointment was the washroom had a really bad sewage odour and nothing could really solve it so we just put up with it

The doors are paper thin, so heard everyone in hallway. Every word, every door open, every child running through the hall playing mini stick. Had a heat pump or something attached to our room that was loud and woke us, every time it kicked in. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Not sure we’ll stay at Delta in Kamloops again, which saddens me because Delta hotels are usually go-to hotels for us.

Extremely disappointing - rock hard bed that gave me sore shoulders and hips. Pillows were even worse, no support at all, feathers poking out of metal zippered pillow cases. In room Furnace so loud it was vibrating the floor and bed. Delta should be ashamed of this Hotel in Kamloops. Each staff member I interacted with was excellent, but a comfy bed with supportive pillows is what this traveller wanted.

The lobby is nice, but the pool area looked better in the photos. The room was very small. We ordered sangria at the pool and it turns out it was from a pre-mixed bag. Pretty disappointing for a $10 drink. Breakfast at the hotel cost $60 for 2 people and was average. The bed was comfy. Overall it felt pretty pricey for the quality.

Die Lüftung resp. die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht komplett ausschalten (Geräusche in der Nacht). Das Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstüre, man konnte die andere Familie hören. Die Duschglastüre lässt sich nicht komplett schliessen, daher Wasser auf dem Boden vor dem WC.

Room walls are quite thin so you can definitely hear full conversations when people are talking in the hallways, especially if you’re situated near the elevators. If you’re a light sleeper earplugs are highly recommended. Other than the noise, the room was renovated and clean, the towels are nice a fluffy, and the staff were great!

Room was clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Customer service at the restaurant needs some work. My coffee took a long time and every guest at my table got their drinks before me. I had to ask for cream for my coffee which took longer than expected.

We were in Kamloops during a very busy weekend. The staff at the Delta Marriott could not have been more friendly and helpful. We changed rooms after the first night, to a king from two queens, and the staff was so accomodating. Thelma, at the front desk, was knowledgeable and so helpful from checkin through changing rooms. We would absolutely stay again.

Confirmed multiple times on the phone that the hotel had received everything needed for us to have a credit card on file. When showing up I was told that there was no credit card on file 15 minutes after I had checked in with no problems and already had my room key. I then had to deal with an employee that was pretty hard to work with for hours before resolving the issue . Other than that every employee was great, also that restaurant and bar has good drinks and food.

Nice hotel that is very central. Room okay. Nice pool and spa area but didn't have time to use it unfortunately. I did feel the that it wasn't very welcoming however. The lady on reception was quite short and didn't really give us much information about the hotel. We then ended up walking around a little lost to see what was what and where things were. No information in the room either. Just could have been a little more welcoming. The chap that checked us out was really nice however.

I think this is the best hotel in Kamloops! The rooms are a nice size and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is centrally located downtown and is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. The front desk staff are very friendly and provide amazing service!
