You really could not swing a cat in that room. It was tiny and very basic. The bathroom was equally tiny and room for only one person at a time. The windows were filthy and so we kept the curtains closed. In terms of proving food and drink, the hotel seemed to close very early and did not offer residents anything beyond 1pm. Its hard to see how this hotel is 4 star and some of the reviews are hard to believe. The only positives were the location, which is excellent and the staff, who were extremely pleasant and helpful

There are currently renovations / construction being completed, which makes it quite noisy during the day and early mornings. The gym is also closed due to construction which was not communicated prior to arrival.

This was our first stay at the Caesar Hotel. The location is fantastic and very quiet. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. There is an elevator which is a must with suitcases. Very comfortable bed and good food including breakfast. The standard room is VERY small, we had to somehow stow the suitcases under the bed. And the blow dryer has such a short cord that you need to bend down to use it. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would come again on our next trip to London.

Excellent, friendly, multilingual staff. Exceptional hotel breakfast.Small, but clean and comfortable room near Hyde Park. No fridge nor microwave. Small, functional gym with a sauna. Overall, great experience.

Major noisy refurbishment which we weren’t informed of when booking . Bed was nice , air con good but the rest of room very average and not clean . Bathroom door has rot on it . Ordered and paid for 2 drinks which took 25 minutes to get , there were only 6 other people in the bar so can’t blame it on being busy . Reception staff were nice and moved my son to a different room when the overpowering smell of incense burning affected his asthma. Location is good short walk from Paddington Station and close to Kensington Palace . Would not book there again .

I stay here regularly, always a great welcome. Staff are excellent. Hotel is in a quiet residential area roughly halfway between Paddington station and Bayswater High Street. Plenty of evening options in both directions. Rooms are great, small bar works perfectly, food is good and free breakfasts are lovely.

Really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Quite beautiful neighborhood, not far from Paddington Station. The staff was wonderful from check-in to check-out. Having a lift with all our luggage was so nice. I would definitely stay again when visiting London.

My stay was brief but highly enjoyable. Staff were very warm and welcoming and the room was immaculate. I also got to use the sauna, which was a welcome bonus. Just one small improvement would make a real difference: the bathroom had one of those terrible half-screened showers, which meant that water went everywhere. It's hard to relax in the shower when you're conscious of potentially flooding the place. A liquid soap dispenser (like the one in the shower) at the handbasin, rather than a small and slippery piece of soap, would also work well. White Company toiletries were delightful! I highly recommend this hotel, it's a real find in central London.

I liked this property but after staying wish I had stayed a little closer to paddington station. The room was cozy but did have some areas by the bed that were not clean. I mentioned to housekeeping and they will alert the cleaning staff. There was very few electrical outlets so charging devices was one at a time. No fridge in the room and no water bottle filling areas. Mentioning because I wish I had known that. The area seems quiet and walkable. The bed was super comfortable and housekeeping was daily. WiFi seemed to work perfectly so no issues there. I just felt I had to walk a bit to really get anywhere which is not the hotels fault but listing in case it helps others. Staff seemed super attentive and helpful. Although I didn’t need their assistance I often saw the level of service they gave other customers and it was very warm and professional.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and it never disappoints. The staff are consistently polite and friendly, and the rooms are always spotless. It’s always an enjoyable experience, and although this visit was only for one night, I hope to stay longer next time.

Great hotel, close to everywhere you need to be in central London. We unfortunately were in one of the unrenovated rooms, so it was very small, and there were no outlets near the beds, but the hotel itself was fabulous. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very helpful and kind. Would definitely stay again, hopefully after the renovations are completed.

This is a delightful hotel on a lovely Street about 10-12 minute walk from Paddington Station. Alsoclose toThe staff are friendly, very helpful and very responsive to guests' needs. I will definitely return to the Caesar if I require lodging in this part of London in the future.

We were very impressed by this hotel. Carmen gave us a very warm welcome and seemed to really care about the hotel guests. All other staff were also very kind and considerate. Rooms were a nice size, clean and had a nice supply of towels. Location is handy for Paddington and Hyde Park (although Bayswater was a handy nearby station to go to). A nice touch was the birthday greetings, cake and decorations left in the room for my mother's birthday, which was much appreciated. Looking forward to returning to this hotel. Thanks to everyone, especially Carmen.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at The Caesar Hotel. The location was the perfect distance from Paddington in a quiet road, felt very safe walking back about 10pm. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, dropped off our bags first thing and were in our room when we got back. The room was small but perfect for us, very clean and the amenities you’d expect plus the slippers and bath robes. Breakfast was delicious, lots to choose from and weren’t rushed. We didn’t use the gym or sauna, maybe next time. When we checked out, which was later than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in, they were happy to keep our bags for as long as we liked which was marvellous. We’d definitely stay here again 😍

I love this hotel. It is conveniently located halfway between Paddington and Bayswater stations (a 10-minute walk to either) on a quiet street. The rooms have been recently renovated and are very comfortable. Like most European hotel rooms, the room is on the small side, but that is to be expected. I will definitely stay here again.

Great safe location. Room was very nice, clean. When you walk into hotel the lobby always had strong terrible inscense smell.Very bad for any one with allergies. It smelled awful in lobby. Our room happen to be on lobby level. On way to room the hallways smelled of chinese food maybe because the kitchen was on that level. The room was nice and very clean. A great stay except for the smells outside the room. Also we choose one day to have the breakfast there. It was overpriced we thought and also it was buffet style and all cold even the hot items.Nice breakfasts place walkable 2-3 blocks away

Attending a concert at Hyde Park, it was an ideal,location. Quiet road. Paid for an executive room which was exceptionally small,on the ground floor. Condition of note is exceptional. The food in bar/restaurant was pretty poor, deep fried from frozen. Staff were all excellent.
