The rooms were on the smaller side; however, I have never stayed in London before - might be normal for hotels there. We had to get a triple as my daughter joined us on the trip - it was cozy to say the least. location was PRIMO though. We were there in a recent heat wave - like 96-98F and it was challenging. they did provide fans which was helpful - but no A/C. Let's just say it was serviceable, staff were nice and location was fab.

Perfect for a one night stay, close to Portobello Road and Notting Hill. A 20 min walk from Paddington station or one stop on the tube. The rooms are small but comfortable. The room did get hot, but it was 30 degrees outside so to be expected. The staff were welcoming and provided an early check in at no extra charge. Only improvement would be to tidy up the terrace area a bit. Didn't have the breakfast, which was £15 pp, plenty of cafes etc close by.

The hotel is in very nice building and probably in one of the best places in London for holiday stay. Easy access to transport, shops, bar and restaurants. This district looks very safe and well maintained. Excellent breakfast for this class of hotel. When air temperature is hot, like during my say, the room was very hot as it is not A/C system. They were two fans in the room, but it was more noisy than reduction of air temperature. Secondly, the room is quite small for three persons so it is rather for a few days stay
