I did it enjoy the air conditioning not working for the first two days with no service rendered. I also did not enjoy the spotty WiFi for television and phone/internet use during my stay. And staying on the basement floor was unattractive.

Room was hotter than a sauna. No air condition and the only way to get some fresh air was through window. Same time you got the noise from opposite construction site. Everything in the room had seen its best days. Still big plus for good service from the front desk

I was being dealt with by a female receptionist and the male receptionist just decided to take over and was really quite rude/patronising to her - it was uncomfortable. Only 1 lift working. Room was tiny - if you were quite an oversized person, you wouldn't have fit in the shower. On the plus side - beds and pillows really comfy and location was perfect for The Royal Albert Hall.

After reading reviews on this property I was not looking forward to our stay. The hotel is very pleasant and rooms were nice, unfortunately the room we were provided had no Air conditioning and the heat was unbearable. Good hotel for 1/2 nights

My reservation supposed to be big room with 2 beds and when I arrive there, they just gave me one bed small and the room is very tiny and no air conditioning and some dirt. I have photo for that.

First I book a room, go to the room. No AC, just a fan. Unacceptable. Who books a room with no AC in the middle of summe. That needs to be stated that the room has no AC. So I asked for a room with AC, got it, but no TV, twin bed, when I booked a queen, and room very dirty. Stains all over carpet, dirty walls. Asked for some ice...no ice. No ice machines. NO FRILLS HOTEL. Look elsewhere!!

Staff were wonderful, very helpful and courteous. All very good, comfortable bed, clean sheets etc. My only one disappointment was there was no hot water at all during my stay.

air con in all rooms NOT WORKING! Been down for months . Staff couldn’t give an answer to why !! Needs modernising , very old and smelly . Breakfast service was good but hardly any vegetarian option !!! Disappointed payed for breakfast but no option !! Staff were pleasant. Overpriced for what you get . Location is the only positive 2 min walk to Hyde park , 25 mins to Marble Arch

Wow, how does this hotel survive, the corridors, carpets and smell was horrendous, I wasn’t expect 5 stars but 3stars is a massive stretch! The staff were lovely and the cleaning staff were great, but honestly the state of the hotel (other than the foyer) is awful! The staff do the best they can do with what they’ve got, but clearly someone is making money out of location versus quality. Will never return and I suggest you don’t waste your money!

Please don’t book there pay extra money somewhere comfortable and clean I had bad experience dirty hotel, all furniture smells really bad. The beds are really miserable and mattress. Not worth it even £1 if you wanna have a good experience in London don’t book in the hotel please thank you.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Dust build up in the radiator and stains all over the carpet and walls. Sink was blocked with hair and bathroom has stains on the wall as well. Hallways were scarily narrow. Bed was also very uncomfortable. Mattress was very thin and cheap. Genuinely the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

There was a warm welcome from Reception staff on arrival and checking-in was simple. The room was well-fitted with a comfortable bed and clean linen. The en-suite shower was clean and everything worked. The hotel overall is well maintained and kept to a high standard.

Stayed for one night prior to my husbands chemotherapy session. Paying £200, I didn’t expect to have to put up with a cockroach!! Made me worry about the cleanliness and my husbands vulnerability to infection He was actually suffered more than usual after his chemotherapy….. would not book again !!

The rooms was not close to the description and pictures from booking, it had a wooden/laminate floor that was weathered/peeling, furniture that looked like it was found in a bin, holes/dents on dirty walls, TV did not work, the room was boiling even with the window left open all day, bed should have been thrown away 20 years ago. We got locked out of our room on the 2nd morrning and had to go to reception to get let back in. Dirty coffee cups were not changed after the 1st day. 2nd day the bathroom had a horrible sewage smell. It looked like it had just been thrown together at the last minute. Absolutely awful and would not stay again. We also had to leave a £50 deposit when we check in, don't know what for as there was nothing to break in the room worth any money...

I had a lovely stay at Queens Park premier hotel. The room was spotless, had everything we needed for our stay! The staff were so kind and helpful! The hotel is also close to a couple of stations and lots of main attractions like Notting Hill and Kensington gardens. Definitely recommend

Room had blood on the floor, bathroom door broken, walls not clean at all with loads of marks, room quite tight. Not sure if they took advantage seeing 2 young people that don’t really mind but there’s no chance I’d stay there again as some of the rooms looked nice when walked past but we were chucked in a back room on the top floor which is nowhere near worth the same price as the others

The room was a lot smaller than I expected. I also didn't like that I was in an odd location in the hotel. I was put in a room where I had to walk through a few hallways and one hallway that was super narrow and sketchy. The walls were thin and not soundproofed. I could hear everything from the neighboring guest, which made me extremely uncomfortable and made it hard for me to sleep.

The staff at the hotel are excellent and worked extremely hard to make our stay comfortable. However, there were some issues with the wifi, room phone and tv channels and we had to move rooms because of this. A gentleman from the front desk worked so hard to resolve these issues and we greatly appreciated his time and effort! We were in a basement room for 4 people which was super spacious and clean, but a strange smell came from the air conditioning unit when you turned it on. The breakfast was great and the hotel is so close to the train and the city! A good hotel if you are looking for affordable lodging, close to main attractions, with great staff!

Id like to start this review by saying me and my boyfriend booked this trip AS CHEAP AS POSSIBLE without staying in an absolute hovel so the quality of this hotel especially the friendly and helpful staff and the amenties were an absolute bonus. When we checked in the lady who served us was lovely and showed us to our room. The room was spacious and even included a full size fridge and microwave! Everything was spotlessly clean and my only feedback would be the shower was a little small for my chubby self and my 6'3 partner 😊 the hotel is right by hyde park if you want to walk to the shopping areas but youre also only 2 roads from the underground which i found so much easier to navigate than i had thought. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and are very happy with what we got for the price, thank you to the whole team 🌟

Reception was friendly and helpful and,as we arrived some hours before check-in, allowed us to leave our bags whilst we explored the neighbourhood. We were allocated a basement room which was clean and reasonably sized. (Being in the basement area meant there was some noise from the underground rail system, but not loud enough to be annoying)The bathroom was on the small side but was adequate. The shower was great and the supplied toiletries were welcome. We would choose this hotel were we to stay in the area again.

Room very nice, tea and coffee, biscuits and bottle of water each provided. Toiletries provided in shower room, nice towels and very good shower, beds were very comfortable and room was modern with great air con. Normally stay in premier inns but this was much much better than the last few premier inns I have been to. Very close to two tube stations and Paddington station. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The location is great easily accessible to the underground and buses. We did complain about the room as it seemed to be at the one end used for staff, very tired, uncomfortable bed, damage that hadn’t been repaired. Staff listened and moved us to a newly refurbished lovely room. It was my birthday whilst there and I came back after a fun packed day to find balloons and swans, hearts designed from towels. All staff were lovely and friendly.

My wife and daughter arrived at the hotel to check-in and were told it hadn’t been paid for even though it was paid for on booking on Expedia. She was made to pay the balance again until she could contact me to get the receipt from the booking. She was then refunded the money which will take upto 5 days which is unacceptable in my opinion as it wasn’t an insignificant amount of money to be out of pocket ahead of our trip in london. Room was newly furnished and clean otherwise.

She was then refunded the money which will take upto 5 days which is unacceptable in my opinion as it wasn’t an insignificant amount of money to be out of pocket ahead of our trip in london. I booked the room via Expedia with a continental breakfast, during the check in the front desk informed me that the reservation was room only. The front desk, also said that my reservation was upgraded to a bigger room due the availability of double rooms. He informed that it was a triple room, with one double and one single bed. When i arrived the staff weren't all that nice to me. I was given my room key down to the basement, which I understand that ALL space needs to be used, so that didnt matter, but i was then met with cracked walls and discoloured paint to cover it before getting to my room. I got into my room that had markings all over the walls as though coffee had been spilt all over it, plus paint peeling all through the base of the walls. There was a hole in the wall where the door handle had been pushed into the wall. I slept with a chair beneath the door handle as I felt very unsafe. I also had issues with payment. I paid $140 pounds for the night through expedia, and then for some reason paid another $112 pounds at the property. When i questioned it later through expedia I was told the hotel said there was no problem with payments and that i wouldnt be getting a refund even though I had proof of two transactions. I would NOT recommend this 'hotel' to anyone.

When we arrived we told the staff in the reception, that we had tickets for the theater and that we had less than an hour to get to the theater. We asked if they could give us directions as to how to get to the show, "ABBA Voyage" in time. The staff gave us directions - 6 stops with the tube direction Holborn, and then no more than 10 minutes by foot. The only problem was that when we arrived, we found that the ABBA-show was 45 minutes away, and we could not - by far - get there in time. NOT GOOD!

Nice stay, 3-4 mins walk to nearest tube, fairly big hotel, decent size room and slept well. Reception staff were very friendly, happy to help with directions, taxi's etc. Room was clean although quite dated and def needs some TLC but for the price it was good value for money and would have no issue staying again.

To be honest the hotel was mediocre at best. I did expect a little better for the price. But was in a decent location. The rooms were tiny and I mean very small, the shower was very small too, I could barely move. But I am quite a big broad man. My biggest gripe was the breakfast, this was dreadful. Nothing was cooked properly. The orange juice literally tasted like water, coffee machines didn’t work and the other ran out of beans, I told staff and they did nothing about it. The bacon was warmed up at best, it looked disgusting. There was no eggs out, they didn’t have any, so they put mushrooms out instead, that’s not even in the same spectrum??!! The hash brown were just mushy. Tbh the whole breakfast experience was just dier. But as I said purely for the price and its location, I may stay there again. But would not entertain the breakfast, at all!!! The bedrooms were far too small, especially for two people.

The staff at the hotel are excellent and worked extremely hard to make our stay comfortable. However, there were some issues with the wifi, room phone and tv channels and we had to move rooms because of this. A gentleman from the front desk worked so hard to resolve these issues and we greatly appreciated his time and effort! We were in a basement room for 4 people which was super spacious and clean, but a strange smell came from the air conditioning unit when you turned it on. The breakfast was great and the hotel is so close to the train and the city! A good hotel if you are looking for affordable lodging, close to main attractions, with great staff!
