Location is great, close to a tube station and with lots of amenities close by. Friendly staff, comfortable room (with a quirky design) and nice hot shower. Minor disadvantage is no breakfast offered but plenty of options close by. During my stay lift became out of order on day 2 and remained out of service for the remaining 2 days

Generally the room is small but has everything you need. Shower area feels like on a cruise ship. No frills hotel, good location in London. Everything else is okay, small breakfast area and everything is chargeable. Washing machine use is free though.

The location was good, only a 5 minute walk to the tube station. Staff were friendly and helpful. No availability of twin beds in a room, and the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. We stayed 4 nights and the lift was broken the entire time. Washing machine available for use, but no drier, staff seemed unaware there was a laundromat nearby, and offered us a laundry service brochure.

Very centrally located hotel close to the railway station, high street and venue we were visiting. The lift was out of action on our stay and we were on the 3rd floor but it didn't cause too much inconvenience. All staff were courteous and helpful.

The property was in excellent condition, appeared to have been recently renovated. Small toilet area and separate small shower area but adequate. Room was larger than expected and clean and modern. Hotel had very good security. Very close to Hammersmith tube station with access to several tube lines. Lots of reasonable restaurants close by. Coffee and small breakfast items as well as drinks in lobby. Room had kettle, small fridge and safe.Would recommend and stay here again.

At first glance the room was amazing but after settling in we found blonde hairs in the beds and one of the plug sockets was hanging off of the wall. The beds in our twin room were very uncomfortable. The door key system was not working so all guests had to be escorted around the building by staff. The hotel is in a very convenient location only a 3 minute walk from the subway. You could not hear any road noise from the room. All of the staff were lovely and I don't blame any of them for the unfortunate condition of the room.

It was a good stay! Maybe just empty the bins in the room daily. Doesn’t need to get cleaned fully but empty bins would be a nice touch. Good neighborhood and would come back

My stay was OK, i slept weel and the bed was comfy. It was the cleanliness that let down the hotel. My hairdryer bag was covered in dried sick. My colleagues also had sick and blood stains in their rooms. The towels were too small and I'd booked a double room but had a twin plus a sofa bed made up instead

Area around the hotel is nice and quiet. Tube is a 5 minute walk away which was very convenient. Comfy bed and good price for the room size. Only issue was cleanliness, the floors and furniture were dusty. Rusted faucet and towels were paper thin, you couldn't dry a spot of water with the ones offered. Toiletries and other complimentary items were very limited.

Nice place to stay local to the Hammersmith Apollo. Lots eateries and pubs nearby. Tube is a few minutes walk. Bed was comfortable but the room was very hot even though i turned down the thermostat. Though the hotel is good value, there was no complimentary water. That was sold at the desk for £1.50. Also selling over priced confectionery. The room had a few stains on the couch and floor. The towels are very small and no hand towels offered. Otherwise a good stay and would stay again.

Great stay in Hammersmith. A few minutes away from the tube with lots of food options nearby. Comfy bed and nice room but strange layout. Toilet in what seems like a cupboard, open sink / kind of kitchen area, then shower in another cupboard.

The location is great, 2min from one Tube station and 4min from the other. There are supermarkets, shops and plenty of places to eat around there. The staff are great, they really helped me when I had some issues with my room. But to me, the "concept" of this hotel is not comfortable. Having the toilet and shower in individual separate 'closests' and the sink open plan in the middle, right next to your bed, is very strange and awkward to maneuver. The wardrobe is an open wardrobe inside the shower 'closest'... The rooms are also quite rundown, they really need to be renovated.

The room was overall ok. Very strange solution for the shower and toilett. The bed was very hard so had problems to sleep because of that. Also hard pillows. But it was clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Did not tried the breakfast.We thouht it was a little expansive 12 pound. It was a lot of good choises for breakfast near the hotel. We eat at Pret a manger every morning were they had fresh sandwiches and lots of other good choises for nice prices. The hotel was very close to Hammersmith train station and tube. Maybe less than 5 minutes from the hotel. That was really good. It was a very nice pub near the stations. I think I could stay here again. Hope they do something about the hard beds.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that made it not 100% perfect was that the window in our room looked onto a brick alley (not outside) with a noisy boiler outside. We got used to it and it was only for 1 night but would ask for a different room next time as my daughter is a very light sleeper. We were room 012 in the basement. We would definitely stay again.

Basement room was an unwanted surprise. It had one window and it looked out into another hallway rather than outside. Sink is in the main area not the toilet room. There are no hand towels - just large towels. Shower stall is very tight. Mini fridge doesn’t work. Room was clean, good air conditioning, solid water pressure, lots of mirrors. Location was great - just a few minutes walk to Hammersmith station.

It was a very accessible location with the Hammersmith train station about 4 min walk from the hotel. The aesthetic of the hotel was nice and everything was clean from as far as I could tell. The staff were very helpful and kind and attentive. There are a lot of eating options, shopping options, and other necessities like pharmacy, ATMs, etc. The only thing is that the room felt small--they were very space efficient so that made it feel smaller than the average hotel room. And the mattress could have been thicker and more plush. Sleeping on it felt a little uncomfortable, but were were only there 4 nights so it was okay to bear.

Nice modern room with an unusual layout but it had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, it was nice to be able to open the window to get fresh air and it was very quiet so had a great nights sleep. Only downside was no hand towels and smaller than average bath towels.

We stayed here and a hidden gem. Maria was lovely on reception and put right a confusion with a cost over refreshments from a chap the night before. Great conversation and very happy with the room. One constructive piece of feedback would be more breathable material for the quilts.

We have stayed quite a few times abs as always the staff and the room were great. The check in has been changed now and to be honest it's hopeless, we were quung out the door to use the single ipad check in, it used to be so good but now you check yourself in on an ipad which is a pain, you can't see the staff as they are hidden away. A great shame and definatly has reduced our scoring of the hotel.

When we arrived they told us they couldn't provide the room we booked several months in advance, and they would put us up at their sister hotel in Earls Court. I was furious, but as I waited almost an hour for the transport to the next place I saw 3 separate couples complain about their rooms; so frankly avoid the Luma Hammersmith at all costs.

Additional *fees* were charged at checkin on top of the prepaid rooms and damage deposit. The man on the checkin desk said the extra would be refunded right away, yet this was a lie as later on I was informed by another member of staff it has to be written up and then signed off by aanager to then be refunded in 3-5 days

Nice Hammersmith boutique hotel. Reception is self check in with tablet which I hate, especially when there are two members of staff going spare. I opted for a Luma room which was a mistake as it was in the basement which was freezing. Called the janitor to help with the heating, he was so helpful and even came back to check we were ok. Room ok once warm but found carton and hair from previous tenant around bed. Same process on check out, do your own typing while being watched by two reception staff!🤔

Here are the positives…the location is great! And they held onto our bags until check-in time. When we returned, we were given a room in the basement that was extremely cold. And the heater in the room didn’t work. We were brought space heaters, which did work but the bathroom closet and shower closet doors automatically lose so they remained frigid for the duration. Because of the space heaters, we were left with one working electrical outlet; the ones of the office desk didn’t function. And I nearly forgot to mention the pile of trash that was directly in front of our door when we arrived. It was finally removed after I asked them to do so. So, not terrible but I wouldn’t book again.

I was really impressed with the hotel. Location was excellent, less than 5 minutes from Hammersmith tube, close to the Eventim Apollo. Lots of places to eat near by. There was a fridge in the room, the staff were friendly and the room was clean. Beds were quite hard but not as bad as some I have stayed in. We felt safe walking back late from our concert. I would stay here again.

The Heston Luma Hammersmith, London is located in a quiet area where in few minutes walk could be found plenty of places where to eat as well as coffee shops. Being close to the Piccadilly line is an absolutely plus. The front desk personal is very attentive and kind. My room was decorated in a modern style and provided all the needs for my stay.
